I purchased 4 celing fans through Amazon at 2100 each which was supposed to have 3 years warranty. After an year all 4 fans stopped working one by one. I raised a service compliant.No.TS-C[protected], I am following up through WhatsApp, customer care call and e mail, since Aug23 but no progress and response, they are not sharing escalation matrix as well, i don't know what to do now, one thing i can say don't purchase any product form Candes...

Geyser not working- under warranty
A new water heater stopped working after 6 months and is leaking. We raised a complaint on 11th December 2023 and the company has done nothing till now. We have been calling customer service continously for the past 50 days, they either don't pickup or keep cutting the call saying that they will get back to us in 2 hrs. No body is responding and no service person has come in the past month and a half. The product is under warranty and we have submitted all documents on WhatsApp as well. It appalling to see the lack of ethic from this company. Fraudulent services.

Geyser compaint not resolved and no one picking the call
I purchase one geyser in 2023 and it is not working from last 2 month.

Company is not responding
I bought the ac stablizer from Amazon of candes company it is stopped working under 16-17 days and I am try to call them what'sapp, mails but they not responding me I got very tied im try to reach from last 5-6 days

Mixer not working
I purchased the candes mixer and iron combo on Flipkart in May 2023. The mixer stopped working in july 2023.
I reported this to candes customer care complaint no MH-C[protected], but till now(oct 2023) mixer is not repaired. Very worst service and product from candes.

I bought a Candes Florence fan 1 yr ago. It is in warranty period of 2 years. Now It makes too much internal noise. I called to the Candes customer care and registered a complaint on 22/08/23. Complaint no. UP-C[protected]. But even after 10 days they didn't provide any resolution....

On May 20, 2023, I purchased a geyser from Flipkart, trusting that I would receive a reliable and safe product. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, I encountered problems with the geyser's performance, but these issues were not dealt with adequately by your customer care team.
Regrettably, the problems persisted and have now reached a critical and hazardous level. Today, the geyser malfunctioned to the extent that it burnt out, releasing smoke that filled my entire house. This dangerous situation not only put my property at risk but also caused harm to my wife, who suffered injuries due to the geyser's burnt sound.
This incident is entirely a result of your company's irresponsible approach to customer care. Despite my efforts to seek assistance and support, I was met with indifference, delays, and empty promises from your representatives. This lack of concern for customer safety and well-being is completely unacceptable. Please consider this feedback as an opportunity for your company to make things right and ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers.

Water leaking from geyser
I bought a geyser from Candes in December 2022 through Amazon. After usage of 4 months, water started leaking from the geyser. I filed a complaint with them on April 21, 2023. They acknowledged the complaint and issued a complaint number (UP-C[protected]. They assured that a technician will visit for investigation, but even after more than two months (June 27), no action has been taken.

I have bought voltage stabiliser . It is still in warranth. 3 months back it went bad. I raised complaint. For 1 month nothing happened. I pursued them like anything then they sent one technician .This person took the voltage stabiliser and never returned back. I am exhausted pursuing them .They just message it will be resolved soon on mail, on call they will disconenct, the technician will not pick up the call

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received regarding my geyser. Despite registering a complaint several times, no one has visited to address the issue. first complaint was registered 20 days ago.
I am disappointed with the lack of response and would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly. Due to this experience, I will not be recommending your products to others and i won't be buying new product from candes.

We have recently purchased this geyser and it went faulty within one month. It is no longer working. When we called service center, no body is acknowledging the complaint. They don't even bother to rectify the issue. Its been more than two months since we raised the complaint, but still now they have not sent a technician to our home. Worst ever after sales service. They intentionally sell the product at lower price because any which ways they will not attend any service calls later. Customer care will say they don't have any spares available, so they can't repair. Then what is the meaning of warranty?

I have comllained on condes customer care about stablizer not working they registered complain assign technician on 07.01.2023 but no one came to serve till date . on call they always reply pls wait . no one come to serve so pls never go to this brand .people are giving 5* rating on flipkart and amazon because they promise to extend 2 year warranty . but they dont know they would not get any warrant or service . be aware of it .

I have purchased a voltage stabilizer of Candes through Moglix vide invoice dated[protected]. On checking I observed that this is not working as voltage stabilizer just working like a power extension cord.
I wanted to return the same but Company refused to collect back the same. Then I called their service center for repairing the same several times but no one has come till now. The product is having 3 years warranty....

Poor CUSTOMER service they never provide you any kind of HELP and service. I purchase the fan from candes my fan is stop working within a year. Than i complaint to candes company on every platform Email, whatsapp. But they are just saying pls wait our technician is coming to you. But the technician never come to repair my fan. This company only thing is know just sale but no service. Totally stupid and ### company. Never buy any this company product or not suggest any one to buy.

Many people Registed complain on condes service senter no but never servse. people are reading warranty card and became happy for 3 year warranty . when product not work they know there is no warranty / no service feel cheated .

Poor Customer service and poor product

I have bought a CANDES geyser and it is within warranty. The tank is not working in less than one year time and I had raised a complaint regarding this. I was promised that I will be given a replacement before a month and I have not received it yet. I have been contacting the manager/responsible person for Chennai Branch Mr. Monsingh for the past one month and he is helpless and useless. The surprising part is that I call him once in 3 days and he does not even remember me each time I call him. This idealy means that he never even remembers the issue that I have raised, The moment I get off the call he forgets me and my issue and I have been waiting for more than a month now for an issue that I have raised. Any escalations or any help in this regards in getting me a replacement will really help me a lot

Bas product and service
I have recently purchased a BLDC fan for Candes company. The fan stopped working after few days. For this I have contacted the customer care on 15th July 2022 and they have given me a Complaint Number MH-C[protected] for this.
After few days I have emailed them but still the issue it's not fixed. It is very bad and disappointing.
Thus, I warn people to be aware of this company and support me getting my money back.

Water leakage from Gyser & indicator lights are not working
Purchased a Candes Gyser (through Amazon on 30.01.2022), which started leaking water & indicator's are not working. The product is covered under 1 year Warranty on Components and 5 Years Warranty on Inner Container. Have raised a complaint on 18.07.2022 but not got any resolution. No one responding against the complain.

Have ordered 2 fans, one completely stopped working in 4-5 months and other one is making so much noise and not working as expected. Has 2 years warranty.
Contacted their support 3-4 times they escalated it multiple times still no one came to attend the service.
Gave me service center number contacted him 4-5 times every time he just says tomorrow but never turns up got regional number also but not receiving.
