I have registered a complaint on candes whatsapp number on 5 July 2021 with complaint number [protected] regarding fan not working which is not working. They said our service team will visit your address within 5 to 7 days but nobody came to my house and when I contacted your team they did not reply. I also mailed customer service but they are also not replying. Today is 28 July it's almost 23 days since no one is listening from candes. Was this information helpful? |
