We r using candes geyser, but before 13 -14 months o[censored]sing there is tank leakage problem, after complaing many many times your executive came, approx 1 month ragular complaint send, after that they change the tank, and in changing they damage geyser paint also, and tank is repaired not new, they said please give me otp no if satisfied, but I didn't give otp because I am not satisfied from the service and time u take to send the executive .
After some days tank again leak, but there is no response from executive, tank warranty is five years please send executive with new tank . Write this mail to candes on 13oct 2020and still following but they r not coming today is 18nov 2020 Was this information helpful? |
