Candes Geyser — Useless service of Candes Geyser when the Geyser is in warranty period

Hi Team,

I purchased Candes 10 L Storage Water Geyser from Candes on 22nd Sep'23. For the last 20 days it's not working properly that’s why, have already registered the complaint on 17th Aug'23 and also taking continuous follow-ups on the WhatsApp chat boat number. For the last 14-15 days the customer care/Whatsapp chat boat team only saying that we are working and it is under process.

Not able to understand that no one yet checked my product and did not visited from 17th Aug’23 on what basis they are saying team is working on??

Also, on 28th August we got a call from customer care and they informed me that the technician will visit the home for checking the issue in 2 days, but no one yet visited. Its been 21-22 days now since raised the complaint for the issue but no one able to acknowledge and resolve the issue. Not able to understand are they waiting to warrant period to complete?
