I have bought a CANDES geyser and it is within warranty. The tank is not working in less than one year time and I had raised a complaint regarding this. I was promised that I will be given a replacement before a month and I have not received it yet. I have been contacting the manager/responsible person for Chennai Branch Mr. Monsingh for the past one month and he is helpless and useless. The surprising part is that I call him once in 3 days and he does not even remember me each time I call him. This idealy means that he never even remembers the issue that I have raised, The moment I get off the call he forgets me and my issue and I have been waiting for more than a month now for an issue that I have raised. Any escalations or any help in this regards in getting me a replacement will really help me a lot Was this information helpful? |
