Candidate Refund — Refund amount is very less due to the cancellation of train ticket

Sir, I have book an E- ticket from thrissur(TCR) to kottayam(KTYM) today, for the journey date 18/12/2015. But unfortunately I have mistaken for the time of travelling. i have book through mobile IRCTC sites may be due to the screen size and resolution i couldn't find the time of travel. I think it was in the evening. So I suddenly cancel the ticket with in 10 minutes and book a new ticket for the next day. (19/12/2015) The problem was they have refund only Rs. 100.00.
