    Dear sir
    We wish to bring to your kind notice that we have given above said printer in the month of april 2020 at global service point visakhapatnam after our repeated follow up they have given in the month of july delay to due carona.
    When we approached get repaired they said initially it will be rs.4500/ service charges, when 2nd time we asked they you need to change the cartridge accordingly we have purchase two cartridges for worth of rs.4500/- and paid service charges rs.550 plus. They said it will work when we brought to our office started one print only we could take we once again given to global service point diamond park area visakhapatnam. They said cra asy not available hence they can not do any service for the same and said take away.
    We wish to ask if they would have said cra asy not working you need to buy new one we would have not invested on cartridges. Now it is not working. We spent rs.5000+ un necessarily.
    Is it justice to your service agent did. Now we dont have printer in our office
    Please arrange to send the cra assy repair the same.
    Or else give us replace the printer. Failing which we have to file consumer complaint.

      I have connected my computer (Windows pc) to the printer and have downloaded the application also, after doing what the manual says, to print 6 pictures at once, i went on the image garden and selected the pictures, but i was not able to fit the pictures within the box, the image in the display as shown was getting cut from the ends, i tried to adjust it within the box's limit, but it just went from one side to the other, which resulted in the cutting of the edges. So how do i fix this problem?
      The image size also is small and medium downloaded from google?
      How do i go about the printing then?

        Date of Incident - 18th Aug 2020
        Incident - Bought a new lens from a retail shop, Camerina South city, Kolkata.
        Noticed (dust/mould) in the lens after connecting it to the camera body. RF lens are supposed to be weather sealed,
        it is clearly a faulty lens that is provided to me especially when this a brand new lens.

        Resolution - Need a replacement lens.

          I have purchased a canon 200d on 04.08.2020 from photo express and camera shop, patna, authorised dealer

          He has just given the camera to me after clicking one or two photo graphs.
          Actually he is unable to operate the same.
          We are just new taking it for home purpose so i am unware about what thing i have to check.

          Dealer told me that every thing is ok. Do not worry, i am here for u.

          After reaching home, in night i have just checked it, flash was not lighting up.

          I contact to the dealer, he said that, you have to go to canon service centre, patna
          I have visited the canon service centre, where the authorised person told me that i will take it 15 days atleast, because flash is defective,

          Now i thought that where i was wrong. And how i am travelling from here to there.
          This is the situation where one can expense rs.50000/- or more and he has to wait for taking the items.
          Wether it is justified?

          I have deposited the defected camera on 10 th august 20 at canon service centre, patna, bihar

          Today again i visited the dealer shop and he told. Me that sir i will take 7-8 days more because your problem is not solved.
          I am really harrased, seeing these type of things

          Kindly see the issues and take appropriate action against him. They are making bad reputation of canon.

          I am furnishing the details of dealer and service centre.

                Dear sir/ ma'am not satisfied with the customer care service (Techshop services, add: 66 rajgarh main road guwahati-7). I have small dust on my 6dm2 sensor which i have given it to clean. After cleaning, the present dust was removed but the cleaning wasn't done carefully which results in 3 more new dust on my sensor when zoomed in. When i complain about it they have told me to keep the camera at the service center because they have to send it to kolkatta as they cannot fix the problem here which almost took 6-7days. I agree because i don’t have any other option. They have given me a customer management portal to sign in and i signed it. The next day they call me and said that i have to wait 12 days or more instead of 7 days. I'm not satisfied. Instead of solving making it worse so i started to read the customer management portal which they provide me because i lose faith in them.in the backside, their terms & conditions. At point no.10 “while every effort shall be made to take care of customer’s equipment, the company assumes no responsibilities for loss or damaged due to theft, fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.” what???. That’s how you provide care service. Instead of fixing making it worst and then give some # terms and conditions. If you can't provide good customer support why you sell your product. I want my refund as soon as possible. Im a canon user for more than 6 years never had such a problem. To inspect and resolve my issue. Otherwise, people hesitate to buy canon products.                   I have deposited my canon ink jet all in one printer g 2000 series at agra service centre on 16th july 2020. I was reported that the black head is defective and will be replaced. Its 3 weeks going to over but still the service centre is not rectifying the defect and returning the printer. Please take appropriate action as it is/was very urgent for mr to have the printer in serviceable condition.

                    Dear Canonon 13th july 2020 this incident happy but i have raised complaint through customer care not resolution provided yet.i am very much disappointed with your service of my printer one of your service engineer Mr.Keshav Meena has visited to my shop for printer repair work at that time he is totally drinked alcohol and he is demanding money for repair of my printer instead my printer is in warranty. He came to my home daily at that time he is fully drinked of alcohol demand money from me and taken some other person to scare of him to me and demand money i don't know how canon is dealing with that and not taking care of it. He also taken Black cartilage form me for repair work and said canon will provide you new one not returned back and said do what ever you want to do and due to this i am very much disappointed with your service i am really frustrated with that and i will never ever buy canon product and suggest other not to buy due to this type of engineer you have.
                    Please take necessary action on this asap.

                        Hi,
                        I have purchased a Canon Colour Printer Model No G 3010 for my personal use from pathankot on 18 Jun 2020 . As per the policy of the Canon Company as informed to me by the dealer that The installation shall be done by the company engineer. As guided, i spoke to the customer care on 20 Jun 20, registered my request and received the confirmation as mentioned below:-

                        CSP/20200620/1858816 Sr No KMAJ53818/g3010 Engr from Image Tech System Co PH NO [protected]

                        I was informed that i shall be contacted within 8 working hours. However, no one called for more that 48 hrs. Thereafter, i contacted the number i was provided with. Since morning today on 22 jun 2020, i have spoken to the individual 6 times and he kept on promising the installation today. How ever It didnot happen today also.. It is a false promise from the company to contact the customer in 8 working hours and poor services facility. i am regretting of buying such expensive printer from Canon India.

                        I want the installation as soon as possible and reason for failing the promises and not adhering to the timelines set by the company

                          When i printing on cards not paper that above 130gsm its quality getting very low. Its main complaint is on cards when there it has black color on the printing subject the color don't get correctly as the color get on our hand.in my experience i can't give it to the clients that they coming to me for printing, can you solve this, i just bought this machine about 6 months. Please give replay as fast you can.

                              Once paper is struck in printer while printing. Then onwards printer is not working properly. Only one paper is printing for a trail. That paper also sticking at the last edge of paper. Printer also shows red light after a single print. After power off and restarting it again it gives only single print.in system it shows 500 error afer single print. For every single print single printer shows red light.

                                Hello, maine 5d m4 purchase kiya tha, mai usse 250 300 pic leta hu to battery puri low ho jate hai or video shoot krta hu to video quality bhi thik nai aate jb mai wahi setting dusre camere se krta hu to aachi aate hai.maine shopkepper ko complain kiya tha jab maine purchase kiya tha uske ek week ke andar bt shopkepper ne bola maine apke samne seal open kiya tha..plz help me ki mai ab kya kru.mai apne camere ko open nai krwana chata, , mere ko suru mai hi aacha camera nai diya gaya.plz canon aap dekho isme kya kr skte ho aap.

                                  Above mentioned model printer i purchased 25 days back and i installed to my pc successfully, than i took printout. But printout not coming properly and same has been complained to customer care on 30 jan 2020 (Docket no : csp/20200130/1732279) engineer visited to our place & he told cartridge problem, than he done something in cartridge and printout was good and he closed ticket. After 2 days again same problem occur i logged 2nd complaint on 11 feb 2020 (Docket no : csp/20200211/1750807) engineer visited today at 2 pm to collect cartridge than i told to engineer call you head i need to speak... Than i spoke to his head i explained 25 days over till now iam not able to take single printout, again you are telling 4 days to solve issue... But he behaved very roudly and he told me i will not give service... What you can do... Do. Finaly we are felling taking canon product to listen this one from someone. So very sadly we are planning to go to media.

                                    Respected sir on 26th purchased lens paid 58000/rupees with your showroom they said it's kit lens they given old bill on 2018 dated i asked how can i agree with this old bill they said we will take care of you but the lens is defective, if showroom people selling this kind of defective products fake bills how canon will encourage this people to sell the products when i paid amount on card after that he said

                                      Whoever reading this, ready line by line, i tried to articulate to my level of english skill with my own experience here to escalate this to canon head office, and i will continue my work until this reaches the right person.

                                      I took my canon g2002 sl no. Kkxe02861 with code 5b00 waste ink counter error.
                                      In the view, error code 5b00 is a minor error based on available information to me.
                                      I took the printer to the local service centre address: 29, w sivan koil st, ottagapalayam, somasundara bharathi nagar, vadapalani, chennai, tamil nadu 600026.
                                      At the service centre, recipient told me that, printer board reset solution or mainboard replacement required for this error code.
                                      When i added the printer port issue, they said that the mainboard replacement required. I was upset because the port issue was there even during the warranty period and a common problem for that issue i know mainboard replacement not required.
                                      I told them that i am going to escalate this unethical practices to the canon head office and i lost trust with this service center.
                                      When i mentioned about escalation to the canon head office, they discarded the acer job sheet and put a canon job sheet, i insist to write my stated complaint on it, and then i left the printer at the service centre.
                                      Next-day morning, the service engineer called me on my mobile and confirmed me that given printer is ready. Action taken is reset the board. I told him that i will collect the printer by evening.
                                      I went the same day evening to collect the printer, i saw the test page printout on the printer taken by service engineer in the morning, print out was good with a small line, and i know the small line can be resolved by system cleaning, but when i tried to test the printer wasn't working, and light 14 blinking with error.
                                      This time i waited for the service engineer at the same service centre to check the printer again, i waited too long, service engineer came and confirmed that printer cartridge connector needs replacement because he tried to check my printer with different other cartridges, also mentioned to me that spare part is not available at that time. But with my experience, i don't want to leave my printer in the centre anymore, i asked to visit home to repair at my place. No one showed up until i logged a new complaint against the issue. After the new complaint, the service engineer showed and replaced the spare part at my home.
                                      This time, still same error, led 14 blinks. Than the visited service engineer called back the printer at the service centre for a thorough check.
                                      Next day, again i took the printer at the service centre and got another canon job sheet for the same, service engineer called day after and confirmed again that printer is ready with two cartridges replaced at the same time.
                                      With all above my experiences, i would like to escalate to canon head office to hear from me, for this issue.
                                      I know printer was ready for the first time after board resting.
                                      I saw test print out over 3800 pages printer in that printer with a very tiny line in the block print out.
                                      When i test the printer in service centre on the same evening, nothing comes out, how this happens. How?
                                      Waited for 3 hrs to check again by service engineer - he confirms that cartridges connector needs replacement but when i give printer for the second time, they are confirmes cartridges both gone at the same time need to pay for new cartridges.
                                      In my logic, the printer was ready the first time, and before i take delivery the cartridges (Both gone) - how?
                                      Need this problem to be resolved and i need working printer like ready for the first time and i ready to pay the service charge but other charges i believe something happened between morning and evening so that my printer didn't work.

                                      They are running the centre for the last 15 years, and they know every detail of their practices based on customer handlings, this time they picked up the wrong customer and exposed with this kind of experiences, that was the reason they tried different job sheet at first, so that room for extra miles. This is a logical way to point out, and canon india pvt ltd need find the truth and need to resolve my issue.

                                      I don't know the actual action taken on their side against the service center, but they didn't charge me for issues, and my printer delivered at home

                                        Subject - print on glossy paper.

                                        Purchased canon pixma e 3170 all in one printer just ten days back. The printer is not giving the exact size of the print on glossy paper. Its giving only photo size print of a4 documents when got from pdf format. How to solve the issue. Ink from colour cartridge is running away - getting emptied fast. I always get the company helpline numbers are busy. Totally unsatisfied with the product (E3170), let me know the return policy, i promise that shall purchase another printer of your company which can print a4 size from pdf if you accept the return policy or the solution of problem which do not drain ink that fast as it was.
