I have bought Epson L15150 on 2 may 2023, within just 20 days ADF not working, complaint raised they visited on so many delays, finally they committed new machine will be replaced now, asked a week time, I said ok, , but make sure it happens as already we are losing business, today morning they told k yesterday night they received new machine for us and he is saying it's in transit and it will arrive to them tomorrow, how come it is, being a customer I'm speaking him politely as sir, whee as he is nowhere saying like an no polite ness, however I don't wantt here respect and I just want machine to be replaced, plz solve this query
