Printer in complaint and they are not rectifying

Epson printer not working it is in warranty service engineer came and left unattended and its two time the problem was not cleared. Second time he came and told he will take the printer to shop and repair and after that he closed the complaint without un-attending its Epson L3200. my work was halted and its been one week and more the printer was kept aside this is the latest complaint raised in progress INW[protected] and previous INS[protected]...

No response from Sales team regarding the purchase post payment

I am Srikanth SP resident of Hyderabad, recently ordered Espon EH-TW7100 through "https://epsonshop.co.in" with Order ID #[protected] on 12th July'25 and paid fully amount through credit card payment. Until now i dint receive any dispatch or shipping details even after 5 days.

Could you please take necessary steps/action regarding the delay of the delivery of the product. Infact my credit card emi is going...

Issues not sorted and no response from support

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Epson regarding the purchase and subsequent service of their printer model WF-R8591.I invested a significant amount of ₹2, 20, 000 in this printer, expecting a high-quality product and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Not attending complaint for long time and thereby causing financial loss

Channel copiers, thiruvalla, kerala. The printer has developed some problems earlier and repaired by m/s. Doctorfone, kottayam, kerala and as i conceive they are the authorized service center for the area covering my place. The complaint is the ink tank...

complaint on epson service center

I go to epson service center and asked for timing belt but the service center people says that we have it but we wont give it to you in a harsh way i entered the store asked politely the working person in the stored said that they have a timing belt but the head of the store says that i won't give it to you.. Now this printer giving problem from two days.
Pls replace the printer model number

Saurav visited to us on 28/11/2017 and said that he don't have any knowledge about dot-matrix printer...

I am from kandivali, i have an epson printer model no. L210 Serial no. S2AK138487, the printer was not working properly so i have called an epson engineer to repair it that time he took around 630 of visit without informing us he came to my place and made us wait more than 3 to 4 days before coming. Then after checking my printer he forcefully made me put ink in the printer i did all possible things he said that time...
