Last year one of your salesman visited my lab marketing for larger format printer pro 540 and showed your sample book with the prints of translight, canvas, paper. Being satisfied with the quality of print and goodwill of Canon, I placed an order for the same with DPI Technologies Chandigarh.
-Firstly I got the delivery after 2 months of placing the order.
-Engineer who came to install the printer coundn't print the quality as per your sample book. Even I was not satisfied with prints.He left with an excuse that our senior will handle the same.
-Inspite of calling several times they didn't come.
-They tried to solve the matter on phone only but everything ended in fiasco.
-We tried everything they said, which wasted time, ink, media, and most importantly our goodwill was affected.
-At last they concluded that CANON PRO 540 couldn't print better than that.
-We were badly harassed by Mr. Amarjeet verma( owner, DPI tech). I just request you to cancel his dealership.
-Please help me in ensuring the best quality of the prints, or take it back.
-I have suffered the huge loss after purchasing it.
-It is a dead asset for me.
- I am satisfying my customers by getting them printed from my competitor who has installed Epson printer with them.
-Please help to resolve the issue before I discuss CANON products with other labs on social media.
