Hello, maine 5d m4 purchase kiya tha, mai usse 250 300 pic leta hu to battery puri low ho jate hai or video shoot krta hu to video quality bhi thik nai aate jb mai wahi setting dusre camere se krta hu to aachi aate hai.maine shopkepper ko complain kiya tha jab maine purchase kiya tha uske ek week ke andar bt shopkepper ne bola maine apke samne seal open kiya tha..plz help me ki mai ab kya kru.mai apne camere ko open nai krwana chata, , mere ko suru mai hi aacha camera nai diya gaya.plz canon aap dekho isme kya kr skte ho aap.

    Above mentioned model printer i purchased 25 days back and i installed to my pc successfully, than i took printout. But printout not coming properly and same has been complained to customer care on 30 jan 2020 (Docket no : csp/20200130/1732279) engineer visited to our place & he told cartridge problem, than he done something in cartridge and printout was good and he closed ticket. After 2 days again same problem occur i logged 2nd complaint on 11 feb 2020 (Docket no : csp/20200211/1750807) engineer visited today at 2 pm to collect cartridge than i told to engineer call you head i need to speak... Than i spoke to his head i explained 25 days over till now iam not able to take single printout, again you are telling 4 days to solve issue... But he behaved very roudly and he told me i will not give service... What you can do... Do. Finaly we are felling taking canon product to listen this one from someone. So very sadly we are planning to go to media.

        Whoever reading this, ready line by line, i tried to articulate to my level of english skill with my own experience here to escalate this to canon head office, and i will continue my work until this reaches the right person.

        I took my canon g2002 sl no. Kkxe02861 with code 5b00 waste ink counter error.
        In the view, error code 5b00 is a minor error based on available information to me.
        I took the printer to the local service centre address: 29, w sivan koil st, ottagapalayam, somasundara bharathi nagar, vadapalani, chennai, tamil nadu 600026.
        At the service centre, recipient told me that, printer board reset solution or mainboard replacement required for this error code.
        When i added the printer port issue, they said that the mainboard replacement required. I was upset because the port issue was there even during the warranty period and a common problem for that issue i know mainboard replacement not required.
        I told them that i am going to escalate this unethical practices to the canon head office and i lost trust with this service center.
        When i mentioned about escalation to the canon head office, they discarded the acer job sheet and put a canon job sheet, i insist to write my stated complaint on it, and then i left the printer at the service centre.
        Next-day morning, the service engineer called me on my mobile and confirmed me that given printer is ready. Action taken is reset the board. I told him that i will collect the printer by evening.
        I went the same day evening to collect the printer, i saw the test page printout on the printer taken by service engineer in the morning, print out was good with a small line, and i know the small line can be resolved by system cleaning, but when i tried to test the printer wasn't working, and light 14 blinking with error.
        This time i waited for the service engineer at the same service centre to check the printer again, i waited too long, service engineer came and confirmed that printer cartridge connector needs replacement because he tried to check my printer with different other cartridges, also mentioned to me that spare part is not available at that time. But with my experience, i don't want to leave my printer in the centre anymore, i asked to visit home to repair at my place. No one showed up until i logged a new complaint against the issue. After the new complaint, the service engineer showed and replaced the spare part at my home.
        This time, still same error, led 14 blinks. Than the visited service engineer called back the printer at the service centre for a thorough check.
        Next day, again i took the printer at the service centre and got another canon job sheet for the same, service engineer called day after and confirmed again that printer is ready with two cartridges replaced at the same time.
        With all above my experiences, i would like to escalate to canon head office to hear from me, for this issue.
        I know printer was ready for the first time after board resting.
        I saw test print out over 3800 pages printer in that printer with a very tiny line in the block print out.
        When i test the printer in service centre on the same evening, nothing comes out, how this happens. How?
        Waited for 3 hrs to check again by service engineer - he confirms that cartridges connector needs replacement but when i give printer for the second time, they are confirmes cartridges both gone at the same time need to pay for new cartridges.
        In my logic, the printer was ready the first time, and before i take delivery the cartridges (Both gone) - how?
        Need this problem to be resolved and i need working printer like ready for the first time and i ready to pay the service charge but other charges i believe something happened between morning and evening so that my printer didn't work.

        They are running the centre for the last 15 years, and they know every detail of their practices based on customer handlings, this time they picked up the wrong customer and exposed with this kind of experiences, that was the reason they tried different job sheet at first, so that room for extra miles. This is a logical way to point out, and canon india pvt ltd need find the truth and need to resolve my issue.

        I don't know the actual action taken on their side against the service center, but they didn't charge me for issues, and my printer delivered at home

          Purchased canon pixma e 3170 all in one printer just ten days back. The printer is not giving the exact size of the print on glossy paper. Its giving only photo size print of a4 documents when got from pdf format. How to solve the issue. Ink from colour cartridge is running away - getting emptied fast. I always get the company helpline numbers are busy. Totally unsatisfied with the product (E3170), let me know the return policy, i promise that shall purchase another printer of your company which can print a4 size from pdf if you accept the return policy or the solution of problem which do not drain ink that fast as it was.

                me canon ke printer se pareshan ho chuka hun, iski service sabse ghatiya hai
                We Have put our canon Imager Runner IR 2002n to the service where the service provider said the board ii not good so we have to change it .so the part is not available here and the cannon technician of Guwahati will come and fix ur issue its been more than a month still they are saying the canon technician has not arrive yet .

                  Purchased in march 2019 through amazon. When copying, black is not printed. When pc to printer black is printed with light impression.in copy mode only colours are printing. It is of home use only. Assuming that the black ink exhausted, purchased new black ink for rs.530/- from the canon authorised service centre and filled. Isliye hame business ke liye Lazer ka printer Lena chahte hai aapki company se. Lazer printer ke liye aur paishe lage to ham aapke bank account par transfer karenge.                       Sir,

                      I lodge a complaint against the error occured in my canon g 2010 having complaint no. Csp/20190913/1543464 on dated 13/09/19 having the error in reading the black cartage. Your engineers visited two times to my office but did not find any solution. Further they taken my printer to their workshop somwhere at moradabad. When i contracted the engineer, they are telling that some assembly part is awaited from the company to replace into the printer. It is continiously 15th day that i am not getting any solution and feeling cheated and looted. It looks that a misselling happened with me.

                      It is requested to repair my printer immediately or return back my money, otherwise i will bound to carry my matter into the consumer court.

                          I would like to inform that i have received a bugged product from flipkart and i was forced to visit canon showroom and placed my dslr for service and after service i got my camera and i came across an issue in my camera like internal lens shaking and not in a good rigid condition as same as an issue while before giving for service there was no correct check up done and some thing running inside my camera.

                            canon printer not working within 2 months

Its become rs. 10599 by clicking on that, when i press buy button it changed to rs 9985 why prices are varying on this site it shows that it is complete cheating with customer standard price must be given on the website.

                                  Last year one of your salesman visited my lab marketing for larger format printer pro 540 and showed your sample book with the prints of translight, canvas, paper. Being satisfied with the quality of print and goodwill of Canon, I placed an order for the same with DPI Technologies Chandigarh.
                                  -Firstly I got the delivery after 2 months of placing the order.
                                  -Engineer who came to install the printer coundn't print the quality as per your sample book. Even I was not satisfied with prints.He left with an excuse that our senior will handle the same.
                                  -Inspite of calling several times they didn't come.
                                  -They tried to solve the matter on phone only but everything ended in fiasco.
                                  -We tried everything they said, which wasted time, ink, media, and most importantly our goodwill was affected.
                                  -At last they concluded that CANON PRO 540 couldn't print better than that.
                                  -We were badly harassed by Mr. Amarjeet verma( owner, DPI tech). I just request you to cancel his dealership.
                                  -Please help me in ensuring the best quality of the prints, or take it back.
                                  -I have suffered the huge loss after purchasing it.
                                  -It is a dead asset for me.
                                  - I am satisfying my customers by getting them printed from my competitor who has installed Epson printer with them.
                                  -Please help to resolve the issue before I discuss CANON products with other labs on social media.
