Hello canon im an user of 5d mark iv.. Elite club offered me mebership with compementary package which was announced before nearly 2 and half months.. But till now i didi not received any product except the membership card.. Please provide that package as early as possible.. Its not the correct way u are going.. I was surprised to hear that canon technical service is not available if the product is out of warranty. My issue is that i was not able to scan documents through wireless showing campatible scan utility is not installed however scan through usb wired is working and installed latest scan utility v1800. Recently i got an offer in a fb page like discounts on canon cameras, first i tatut its a prank but later on i entered that page and found the canon logo and decided that the website is genuineand great offer. I proceed to place an order in that website and the amount was also deducted in my card. Buy i can see the ststus is still proceessing. We are using canon products from 2 decades. Whether it's eos high end full frame cameras to selphy printers to ink tank printer's. I m happy to use canon, but my recent problem wasn't solved yet, as i m using g 2000 printer it's not taking paper and if it gives poor quality of prints. Printer not printing color printout, as i complaint before yours eng. Say by deep cleaning printout comes. After tow days same problem exists, by deep cleaning again (While color print out not coming).
