I purchased this machine in the month of february2017. Before the warrenty peroid due to the board problem the service provider corporate solutions thrissur representative take off the three boards by saying that they will send it to the banglore regional office. After three weeks they refitted the boards. But there after the performance of the machine was improper. Last month they changed the cable flat by chargig3200 rupees. But now the machine is not working. During every complaint some technicians are coming doing something no result. I have taken only nearly 14000 copies. I dont know what to do. Please help me. Please donot force me to go to the court

    I have used this for not more than a year and now i am getting an error having code 5b02. I contacted the local canon service center and was told that this issue can be resolved by just a software resetting but will cost ₹2500 as i will require replacing the pcb of the printer.

    It was working properly and now i am getting this error suddenly. I did my research and found out that this is because of the counter built into the printer's firmware which has triggered the error. Canon should not try to loot their customers.

    I am sure the service center personnel is trying to cheat me. There has to be some transparency regarding the service charges and cost of repair of various problems that arise. Canon india should provide a detailed list of repair costs and replace parts price.

    The error which i am facing now indicates that ink absorber is full and needs to be replaced. Upon inspecting i found out that it is not completely full and can still absorb more waste ink. And yes i am a pro user. I am well aware of the way this printer works and that why error code was displayed in the first place.

    The cost of this new printer is approx. ₹3, 500 and pcb replacement costs ₹2, 500 which doesn't seem right.
    Cost of both color and black ink cartridge when combined is more than ₹2, 500 which if added to cost of pcb goes above ₹5, 000.

    As a fair resolution to this problem, i want canon to take only service charges and repair my printer as replacement of pcb wouldn't be required if canon didn't put such counting mechanism which restricts complete usage of the device even the scanner.

      Hello canon im an user of 5d mark iv.. Elite club offered me membership with complementary package which was announced before nearly 3 months.. But till now i didn't received any product except the membership card.. Please provide that package as early as possible.. Its not the correct way u are going.. U people not announced that package very better than u people not maintaining ur promise..

        I have submitted my flash many times in canon service centre because of over exposure issues with warranty and without also, i felt many times bad experience with canon flash 600, they saying repaired my flash but still same output, are they making me fool? Why this doing? I submitted with warranty also, in that time they said the issues is cleared still happening the same, talked with manager named santhosh he also knows the issues of my flash, he said he will clear it but no response from canon service centre kochi. Its really pathetic...

          I have been using canon pixma printer since one year and few months.

          The product showed its bad face 1 month after warranty period...

          we gave it for a service in image mobiles and computers perinthalmanna(The shop from which purchase was done) and after 3 week they came with a conclusion that printers ink head has got damaged and will take 3000 INR to repair which is unaffordable...so we ignored it, still the black and white printing was working good enough though...3 weeks later the printer showed another workbreak as the orange hazard light is on when we plug in the printer(no other response...no inputs where taken by the printer...just the hazard light lit when the plug is on)
          The printer just went unresponsive and I took it again to image mobiles and computers shop who after examination said the chord connecting the
          computer and printer has been damaged. and it will cost 4000 inr to repair it...
          please note that we will get to buy a new printer for that price...

          This is the worst ever performace and customer care I have ever had from a company...the worst product I ever used...please respond...as I checked in internet your guides doesnot what the lit up orange hazard light indicates..."PLEASE MAKE ME KNOW ABOUT IT"my email is "[protected]@gmail.com"

          or else iam gonna post the same story on product details on amazon and other online shopping sites and even in youtube

            Sir,
            I have bought a canon eos 200d on nov 18 2018. As per the website and details mentioned on the box, i tried to register my product on canon india website online. There is this verification mail which comes to our mail for verification, no matter how many times i click that link, it shows a page error. I am unable to verify my mail id, sign up and register my product online due to this. Please see that the problem is resolved.

            I cannot print my bill through printer...page was stuck in between while printing...may b some rolling problem...since almost 20 days i cannot click print for bill...customers ask for bill n i daily nt able to give...please looking out for this problem as soon as possible...so that my work wont atop because of this problem...

                Hello canon, i am a proud customer of canon 5d mark4. I purchased the product on sept 1, 2018 from fotocircle, brigade plaza, s c road near anandrao circle, 17/1, seshadri rd, gandhi nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560009. As canon was announced canon club elite membership and other benefits, i was very happy to be a part of canon family. I've registered in canon club elite on 2nd sep 2018. I've got approved my membership on 24th sept 2018. And its been almost 2months, i didn't get any membership card or other benefits as canon promised. I tried to call in customer care number many times and i've got no response. It's very bad for an esteemed brand like canon does such promise to their customers and not keeping it. I've never expected this from canon. If you are unable to provide what you promise to your customer, please don't cheat the customers. I spent almost 8 lakh rupees for various canon products till now. If i'd know about irresponsible customer care of canon before, i would go for nikon. Now i regret that. Please do needful. Please don't spoil your credibility. I can see many complaints about canon club elite online. I hope you'll respond to my complaints and resolve it quickly.

                  My printer is not responding to any of the sources it just shows that the ink cartridge is empty but i have filled it so i request to give me a solution to this problem as soon as possible it doesnt help me in xero or in printing my stuffs as im a student i need to get the help as soon as possible because im i need to finish my work on time plzzzzz

                      I buy a canon printer model no. (Mg3077s) in january 2018. My printer done very good work but in september 2018 printer get cause. Problems faced by me of printers are :-
                      1) my printer is wireless and i reseted my phone in this process phone forgotten the password. And i don't know how to reconnect with it.
                      2) sheets are not going in the printer.
                      3) and printer is not geeting connected with my computer also.
                      I wrote a complaint many a time but no action would be taken so far. Please solve my problem fast for using my printer again.

                        I have submitted my eos 70d dslr camera for repairing (Was not powering up) on 6th oct and experiencing worst service in my life. I never expected it from such a big brand.

                        On 6th oct, while submitting my camera i was told by service executives that within 5-10 days i will get a call back after primary inspection however never received any call. Though on oct 10th, i got a email notification that the work is in progress however after that no email. I sent few reminders and then on oct 18th i got a reply that "we will be sharing estimated cost shortly" however till today that 'shortly' never happened. I sent several reminders on email however no one responded. I called service centers 3 times and every time they said we are escalating it and you will receive a call back within 24 hour but never received.

                        I am highly frustrated with the way this mumbai canon service center is working. I have no clue what is happening with my camera. Diwali is coming up and i need my camera but looks like that is not gonna happen.

                        I request senior canon management team to tighten up the service workflow. No one can blindly wait. There must be some timeline and escalation mechanism.

                            G 3010 printer sr. No. Klmf 12933 purchased from blubird info tech wazirpur industrial area on 15/10/2018 is having colour printing problem as well as its installation.
                            We are not able to use it till date.

                            The printer is not being connected with computer. While trying photo copying blue colour is not working/printing at all though all the chambers of the ink are fully filled in. Could it be a problem of malfunctioning of newly purchased printer?. The seller of the equipment was contacted personally who says tat it is the function of the canon co. To do the needful.

                            There is problem in installation of the printer also. The computer is not accepting the printer. Many attempts to call the call centre no[protected] proved to be unreachable.

                                I was surprised to hear that canon technical service is not available if the product is out of warranty. My issue is that i was not able to scan documents through wireless showing campatible scan utility is not installed however scan through usb wired is working and installed latest scan utility v1800. Why is it so, i need help from technical guys but no warranty no technical service slogan by customer service executive nitin, new delhi canon customer service and unable to reach technical support... Thatz kind o[censored]nacceptable answer that i got from a reputable canon. Please resolve the scanning issue, i have windows 10 os, updated latest scan utility v.1800. I expected a reply/explanation from you guys regarding the scan issue as well as no warranty no technical support.

                                  I have placed my lense to the service center with the issue front element is loose, the technician claim that there is always play with front element, which i am not agree, i compare the lense with other but there is too much play in my lense

                                  But engineer asking me to accept the lense as it is per him the lense is as per specification, (Which he not giving any specifications details)

                                  The engineer asking me to mumbai from pune to compare the lenses which is not feasible for me

                                    Recently i got an offer in a fb page like discounts on canon cameras, first i tatut its a prank but later on i entered that page and found the canon logo and decided that the website is genuineand great offer. I proceed to place an order in that website and the amount was also deducted in my card. Buy i can see the ststus is still proceessing. And there is no furether communication from the website nor any confomration message nor any mail. Seriously this is frustrating and i complained to the canon customer care and they say this is not a canon website. If it is not a canon website then why the logo is canon for that website. Is that website fraudlent or what.?

                                      I had provided to mata electronics (Sp road, bangalore) my canon camera (Eos 600d) for service along with lens for which they serviced & billed around rs.4, 400. Since i forgot to give my 55-250 lens, i has asked them to service quickly as was i bound to travel. I gave it for service on 04th oct 2018. They informed that the servicing will be done & delivered by saturday (06th oct 2018). I was trying to call the sp road canon office. Whenever they received the call, they told that they will check & call after 30 mins. Till evening i didn't receive the call. At 05.15 pm i received call from mr. Rajesh (From number +91 [protected]) who told he is the manager & informed that they have to use sulphur, etc etc to clean & the charges will be 1850+delivery charges. I asked him that camera should have been delivered by this time & now you are telling me this. He was very rude in his conversation. I asked him this is not the attitude that should be shown to the customers. He became abusive & told that he will show his attitude & that is his wish. He also told that he doesn't want business & he will not go to the customers asking for business. I politely asked him if there is any other customer service, he rudely told that there is one & you can go there.
                                      Being a canon customer, i always believed in your quality & service. Regret to say that this day, your executive has proved me wrong.
                                      I do work for one of the biggest automobile industry & i am the manager too. But this is not how we treat the customers. We try to understand what the customer talks & then respond. But mr. Rajesh was not ready to listen. He was just reacting without leaving me to talk.
                                      May be in the future i think i will be giving a second thought to buy canon products.

                                        My canon printer e560, technician had come and said its a motherboard problem & part not available so i have to buy a new one. Bought a new epson printer which is much better than canon. When my technician saw the canon printer he said there is no problem you just have to reset. Very bad technician with no knowledge. Never buy a canon they have no clue
