Hello canon, i am a proud customer of canon 5d mark4. I purchased the product on sept 1, 2018 from fotocircle, brigade plaza, s c road near anandrao circle, 17/1, seshadri rd, gandhi nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560009. As canon was announced canon club elite membership and other benefits, i was very happy to be a part of canon family. I've registered in canon club elite on 2nd sep 2018. I've got approved my membership on 24th sept 2018. And its been almost 2months, i didn't get any membership card or other benefits as canon promised. I tried to call in customer care number many times and i've got no response. It's very bad for an esteemed brand like canon does such promise to their customers and not keeping it. I've never expected this from canon. If you are unable to provide what you promise to your customer, please don't cheat the customers. I spent almost 8 lakh rupees for various canon products till now. If i'd know about irresponsible customer care of canon before, i would go for nikon. Now i regret that. Please do needful. Please don't spoil your credibility. I can see many complaints about canon club elite online. I hope you'll respond to my complaints and resolve it quickly.
