Purchased the canon printer on 30.6.2017. Found fault after few prints. Contacted customer care. We were asked to refill. Even then the printer was not in good condition. The fresh new piece not even 3 months old. Contacted customer for more than 4 months but still no reply from your side. We insist for replacement of the product. Failing which this will be taken to the customer court.

There was no response from your side.we would like to replace for a new machine.kindly give your response as earlier as possible.otherwise we will take legal action against your company.
Sir i have canon G2000 series colour printer and after 1 year it is not working properly when i took it to the service center here at Balangir, Odisha they said the printer roller or something is damaged it is leaving the paper in between the printing process and the part is not available here. So please send the part here as soon as possible

    Canon pixma mg 3070s which we bought on december 2017 has problem on taking photostat. While taking photostat a black margin is shown on the paper which was not supposed to happen. It has also offered a wifi printing but we cannot wifi print in this printer. Sir, we request you for a repair or give us a new printer. Kindly act fast as possible.

      There was a problem with the scanner module of my Canon Pixma E477 printer. The printer was purchased in May 2017. Since it had carry-in warranty, I was advised to show the problem to my local Canon service center. So I visited my local Canon service center in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India by the name of Central Camera Services. I showed the problem and they advised that the whole printer unit will be replaced and they gave me a replacement slip for the same and took the old printer from me. This was done on 10th March 2018 and it has been approximately 20 days and there is no update from the service center. Our business is affected due to this.

        Printer not working. it shows that the following ink has run out. replace the ink cartridge and close the cover.

            I bought a product of yours "canon 1300d", my first ever dslr. For which i have been waited since 2 years.
            Much of my friends suggested not to take bridge cam or digital cameras. Then after much searches i come to decision to take dslr.

            [protected] i purchased 1300d & registered it on canon webside for warranty purpose. I heard much about it. Also checked sample pictures
            On google which were amazed me. Then i have started abcd of dslr. Couple of my friends using dslrs, i meet them to know about settings of camera.
            Shutterspeed, aperature, iso & light... Without these you can't get a perfect picture.
            I was much interested to capture macro pictures because i was clicking on my cell only macro pictures.
            Without getting clear edges of clicked picture i am not getting satisfied. Some what 1300d is ok for these type of photography.
            Mostly i am only using 55-250 lens for clicks (Used 18-55 rarely)..
            In last month (February 2018) i am getting something on every pic... Dark black spots... Its not looking so dark but it can be found easily.
            Then i have searched on google about servicing.in warranty canon providing free servicing for 2 years. But service centres are not available
            At my native place as i am leaving at kolhapur, maharashtra. Servicing centres are only at pune and mumbai. But canon has pickup centre at kolhapur.
            Then i called up pickup centre (King computers - canon authorised pickup centre). They suggested me to come with bill, warranty card & camera, they will
            Pack & send it to pune centre.

            [protected] i deposited my 1300d camera body & 2 lenses to pickup centre - same day they sent it to pune centre.

            [protected] next day i got call from service centre (Power care systems, pune). They asked me what problems you facing with camera. Then i told
            Them problems, then they said camera is ok now & we are sending it by todays courier & you can get it by tommarow at kolhapur pickup centre.

            [protected] i got my camera, happy to have my camera back, i very happy about service of canon & pickup centre also.
            Very next day i checked my camera by clicking some objects, mirror shows the same dots on same places also
            Images are not sharp as i was getting before sending for servicing. Suddenly i called up pune service centre & sent them clicked pics on mail & then
            Talked with engineer, she told me that there is nothing left to clean but it can be reamin mistaken, & she requested me to send camera back to pune.

            [protected] again i have submitted 1300d camera body to pickup point at kolhapur, she said will send it today evening.

            [protected] called up pickup centre whether they sent my camera - but said courier guy won't came today.

            [protected] called up pickup centre whether they sent my camera - replied to we couldn't send as canon has disputes with courier company & suggested that problem will resolve in next 2-3 days.

            [protected] called up pickup centre again to confirm they have sent camera or not. But as per them yet issue not sorted out - i told them if problem from
            Company i will send to canon india as discussed with canon cse & i sent mail on same day.

            [protected] got call from power canon centre pune, said got your camera & sorted out all issues & sending back your camera.

            [protected] called up pickup centre to ask whether my camera came at your end, they said yet not.

            [protected] got a called from pickup centre that camera arised & same day evening i collected my camera.

            Very next day clicked some pictures but result was very hard to digest. I have wasted these much days on camera but result is zero.
            I was loosed my confidence towards my camera as i am feeling like i have wasted my rs. 37000/-.

            Two days i kept mum. Then i used to call powercare pune - they said as per our knowledge camera is ok. But still you problem then you have to come pune. I already told them that i am working in hdfc bank, and rarely i am taking leaves, thats why its not possible to come there.

            I given my camera for 2 days to my uncle (Professional photographer) he said realy camera has problem, blurry images, edges getting dual imbossing. Also i have eye eaching for last 2 days. Not able to look at images as its looking dual edges.

            Today[protected] i have family fuction - clicked almost 100 clicks in which only 5 "ok" images otherwise all blurred.

            Canon india - its my question to you, is this customer satisfaction??? Almost a month i wanted my camera problem resolved but its still on zero progess.

            You may think, customer wrote an essay above but i had paid for this...& getting result zero.

            Now i wanted my funds back or replace of my full kit.

            If this is possible then & then only call me...!!

              I have purchased canon g1000 inkjet printer on from alpha computer via tax invoice no. 12 on dated 07-feb-2018. But it is not working, i have two times complained. A. 24/02/2018 complains. Canon company engineering solve my complain 26/02/2018 change power supply unit. B. Second complain 18/03/2018 against customer care. Company engineering visited printer 18/03/18 and check printer. Engg. Ask next day he change power supply and circuit board. Next day engg. Change power supply and board but printer is not work or not on. And called senior. Senior is ask i am not repair printer.
              So again here i am requesting you to solve the issues as soon as possible so that can provide better service

                I have bought canon inkjet printer e 410 from kvr system sales & service pvt ltd, kozhikode 673005 (Ph :[protected] date : 22/3/18 client number : robert v. S [protected]. I couldn't install it myself so, i requested to the dealer. But they didn't install it. They told me to contact gloria business & services, bank road, calicut -1 (Ph:[protected] but they told me they want 500 rupees for installation. Up to this time i could not install it.

                      We purchase g3000 serial no kkwp00929 printer on aug 2017 but i am facing lots of problem in printing 5times i submit complain every time service engineer came and stated that it’s not a big issue now it’s resolved but i am facing problem regularly so i suggest to everyone don’t buy canon inkjet printer it’s wastage of money and service quality is very poor from company side.

                          I bought my camera 1300d with 18-55 lense on 18th feb 2018 and my charger was not working properly when i went to the customer care ppl they told m that i can not get it done now and it will take 20 days, i mean really i got it on 18 n i hv not even used it n now i hv to wait fir 20 days more to finally use it... M really disappointed with the service...

                            Canon mf-4750 seven printers purchased from m/s vivekanand traders, ambala city - [protected] - approx 15 days before, but till today no printer is installed with fax facility as there are telephone numbers working in each section with broadband facility. No action has been taken so far.

                            You are requested to kindly deputy an engineer for the installation of fax facility so that all seven printers were function smoothly.

                              I have purchased Canon 1300D camera on 25th Jan 2017 .while I try to register on Canon edge for product warranty and to get free tutorial for photography which is mentioned in the package . But till the date i have not able to register with the site . The link for product registration shows "Please complete your profile before registering a product!". When i try to complete the profile following error message shows " There has been an error on server. You will be redirected to home page in 10 seconds." I request to take immediate action against this issue .

                                I've canon 4820d multifunction printer, it shows #nopaper error whenever i place paper in drawer 1, and it shows #paperjam error whenever i place paper in upper section of drawer 1, i try all possible solutions to resolve this problem,

                                    We are purchased a canon photocopier printer (Canon image runner 1435if, ser no - (21) sca01173) for the year 2016. Total photo copy + print state of till date is near about 51000.in this period we are faced so many problem then we were compliant in customer care service in canon customer care agra, up i. E m/s speed business machine. The vendor repair printer two times vide their invoice no sbm/i/212 dated 29 aug 2017 and cost of 7509/- inclusive gst for drum kit (Npg -68 drum unit) and invoice no sbm/i/543 dt 28 nov 2017 for an amount of 7080/- inclusive gst for film assembly (Fm1-h642-010 (Fixing film assemb). After that changed of drum kit near about 20000 print has been made and same required to be changed now. Film assemb changed on 28 nov 2017 and it also required to be changed. We booked a complained to speed business machine vide their complaint no[protected]. The vendor has not solve the complaint and told wait till next week.in this matter it is very difficulty to running the office smoothly.

                                      i have purchased canon printer maxify mb5170 six month ago and using it nicely but now its cartidge has short and i have search all where to find out its cartidge but non where available. Now i am facing a lots of problem and feels that i had made a huge mistake to purchase it. My question is that if you can not provide accessories in market why sell it ? please do needful action.
                                      Office of the circle officer gola bought a canon ir 2525 model printer cum photocopier machine from your dealer Apex corporation pvt ltd Ranchi after calling many time the service provider does'nt proceed here to repair the machine Always giving us consolation that the work is done in next two days. Plz send service man to repair our machine
                                      We had nuy this printer 2 months back
                                      this printer was working good
                                      but now it is not accepting paper for printing
                                      we are facing difficulty as we have a retail shop and have to print bills every now and then
                                      kindly send personal to take care of the same
                                      I brought this camera a month ago. But since then I am not able to register in canon Edge page. As a result i am not able to get some extended warranty and stuff like that.

                                      Please help me out.

                                        2) complain by phone on 02/01/2018
                                        3) engineer (Satyaki adhikari) visit & reported carriage unit, rat cutting, need to
                                        Be charged for changeable basis on 03/01/2018
                                        4) engineer (Anther) visit & replace new carriage but printer not work, then new
                                        Carriage remove & go, (But no reported) on 09/01/2018,
                                        5) no activity till now (16/01/2018)
                                        6) again complain by phone on 16/01/2018

                                        Want to best service for good & long relationship in future.
                                        Canon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Lens has been not working because of company fault and service station person is saying to pay money to repair it whereas it is ib warranty. It is given at ahmedabad service station and bill name is of karan pujara. So I request you to do as soon as possibe and without paying any money.

                                        A canon scanner installed in Goa Medcial College more than a year back has been malfunctioning and the cable has been damaged. It is required to be checked and repairs carried out as neccessary
