My Canon Image class MF244DW Printer has been detached from one side which needs to be repaired and it is out of warranty period

My camera is not turning on please solve my problm.

Take this printer back to you company ritan....

Printer also working fine but xerox not working come out paper black with 3 lines.

Purchased by February 8th 2022 by Amazon

I have also warranty card

My printer under warranty however registered complint not attamed by the company since last four days.

I'm using canon imageclass mf244dw printer since previous 5 months in my office. but from previous some days scanner is not working and it is showing error "cannot communicate with the scanner, the cable may be disconnected or the scanner may be turned off". however all other functions like printing, copy are working properly.
i have also tried to call in customer care, however i got no response from the toll free numbers and they are not connecting my call to the executive.
kindly resolve my complaint as i'm facing difficulties in my office.

CANON PRO 521 Large Format Printer with serial no. BANX00086

I bought the above printer from Apex System on 27 feb 2021. It has serious defects.

Printer never shows an accurate estimate of the paper roll inserted in it. Sometimes it says there is no roll even if it is feeded with a complete roll. This leads to the printer in non-functional mode. Due to all this production stops. Due to which I am not able to print the pictures in a lot .

Printing through USB is not working.

Engineers from APEX system have visited thrice at my place but no solution has been given till now. Even though there was no response from apex reception staff. Whole management of apex is ignoring this issue.

Service request no. SD[protected].

There have been various call discussions with apex system staff (Mr. Kaushal Gupta & Mr. Joshi) but no satisfactory response.

Very poor service. No professionalism.

I am therefore asking you for a refund of the amount I paid for the canon pro 521 or just replace it asap with a new printer.

I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and look forward to your early reply.
