I have given my printer having serial number KLYU41191 for repairing in jammuservice centre 15 days has been passed I did not get it and they are not replying

I have given my MG2470 serial no. KLYU41191 for replacing in service centre of jammu and15 days has been passed I didnt get it and they are not even replying

The printer (model - G3012) was purchased on 15th Jan 2022 for personal usage and within a year, there were 3 complaints raised for the same issue, "Print not coming, not able to see the content on the page".

We strongly believe that the issues were temporarily fixed as there are continuous similar issues being experienced with the new printer.

Again, we are facing the same issue and the customer care is charging Rs. 650 for the same. Cannon should have checked the issue and replaced the printer with a new one or they should have repaired it with a good technician. Paying 650 for homely usage which is too much as the print demand is approx. 100 pages in a year. Also, paying 650 does not guarantee that you may not pay the charges in the next 1-2 years.

Very highly disappointed and disheartened to pay such a huge amount for the printer with so many repair incidents :( ... I would highly recommend anyone to purchase not just this model but not trust on cannon products anymore.

As i have purchase a canon printer PIXMA G3010 vide serial no. KMYG52150 from vendor. As i have purchase in the last few months and it is in warranty.

The Engineer says that i will not come to taks the printer, I can not come this far and again complaining that the wait does not come anymore and will be 8 days the complaint does not give any response . and even 2 months ago I complained but did not receive the call, plece reply

सर मैं एक फोटोग्राफर हूं, 8 महीने पहले मैंने एक कैमरा खरीदा था उसकी 2 साल की वारंटी भी है पर अभी वह ऑटोमेटिक ली खराब हुआ उसके बाद मैंने वह कैमरे को सर्विस सेंटर भेजा सर्विस सेंटर मुझे ₹60000 की मांग कर रही है पर मेरा यह कहना है कि कैमरा वारंटी में है तो काम फ्री में होना चाहिए उसके बाद मैंने स्टेट महाराष्ट्र का जो ग्राहक संरक्षण विभाग है वहां पर संपर्क किया पर अधिकारी अपना काम नहीं करते हैं सिर्फ जनता को चूर्ण लगा के भगा देते हैं उसके बाद मैंने नेशनल ग्रीवेंस मैं भी संपर्क किया परवा से भी कुछ भी काम नहीं हुआ सब जगह पर पैसे ही मापते हैं ऐसे में गरीब जनता ने कैसे अपना गुजारा करना है इसलिए मैं आपसे गुजारिश करूंगा कि आप इस विषय में ध्यान दें...

I purchase canon DSLR before 8 months ago and now the DSLR is not working and I collect it to canon service centre and service centre demanding 60000 but my camera is still in warranty I think company selling a problematic model and when it's not working so they are to customer collect cameras to service centre and earn money...

Printer also working fine but xerox not working come out paper black with 3 lines.

My printer under warranty however registered complint not attamed by the company since last four days.

I'm using canon imageclass mf244dw printer since previous 5 months in my office. but from previous some days scanner is not working and it is showing error "cannot communicate with the scanner, the cable may be disconnected or the scanner may be turned off". however all other functions like printing, copy are working properly.
i have also tried to call in customer care, however i got no response from the toll free numbers and they are not connecting my call to the executive.
kindly resolve my complaint as i'm facing difficulties in my office.

CANON PRO 521 Large Format Printer with serial no. BANX00086

I bought the above printer from Apex System on 27 feb 2021. It has serious defects.

Printer never shows an accurate estimate of the paper roll inserted in it. Sometimes it says there is no roll even if it is feeded with a complete roll. This leads to the printer in non-functional mode. Due to all this production stops. Due to which I am not able to print the pictures in a lot .

Printing through USB is not working.

Engineers from APEX system have visited thrice at my place but no solution has been given till now. Even though there was no response from apex reception staff. Whole management of apex is ignoring this issue.

Service request no. SD[protected].

There have been various call discussions with apex system staff (Mr. Kaushal Gupta & Mr. Joshi) but no satisfactory response.

Very poor service. No professionalism.

I am therefore asking you for a refund of the amount I paid for the canon pro 521 or just replace it asap with a new printer.

I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and look forward to your early reply.
