We are from Koppal town, near by shanthinikethan school, Kinnal road, KOPPAL.

We are facing printer problem in the form of paper jaaming during printing again and again, we are requesting you to arrange service & solve our problem as much as early possible.

          The last one-month printer is not working. I think the ink has finished. So I refilled the ink, but still, it is not working. The pipe seems to be empty. I think air is trapped in the tube. Kindly send the technician at the earliest.

              Print quality is very poor, colour is missing in characters/images
              I have already used your software utilities like head cleaning, head alingment. Ink tank volume is sufficient.

                Hello Team on 21.9.21 i had submitted one printer model no mg2570s as it was not working to my nearest canon service center with the shop name joy enterprise, serampore but i have still not recieved the printer back i have called several times in the shop but they are telling me that its waiting for some approval can u please check and resolve the issue, jobsheet number:CSP/20210921/2511386

                    My printer LBP3108B, serial no. MEXA307975 has a problem. When I switch on the printer, it gave some sounds. With that it doesn't give any print. Overall printer doesn't work.

                      I am employee of nippon life india asset management ltd. Recently i received new canon printer 1653i and your engineer mr. Vimlendra (from lucknow office )visited my office for printer installation as he misguided about printer operating.when i called him he talks very rudely and disconnected my call multiple time and said talked to my office i can't help. Worst service, bad experience from canon as we can say mr. Virendra deteriorated image of organization. I hope organization will take legal action against vimlendra and will get positive response from your side.

                          I have a Canon EF 24-105mm 1:4 L IS USM lens which I got repaired in 2020 Feb fom Mata Electronics in Bangalore. The repair was with regards to an ER01 error which costed me around INR 12000/-.

                          After that, pandemic hit and i hardly used the lens for like 3-4 times. I shifted to goa recently for a month or two, and when I started using the lens, it gave the error ER01 again. That was frustrating.

                          Further, when I reached out to the collection point in Goa for Canon Centaur Computer Technology, I was told it would take atleast a month to get it fixed which is quite surprising.

                          Such long service time from a company like canon is surprising and further, is is supposed to be a weather sealed lens too.
