I purchased one inkjet printer model - E4270 serial no. KLUN 12833 in January 2020. Just after purchase it started malfunctioning and I lodged complaint and the issue was resolved by their mechanic. On 12/07/21 it stop functioning and one error code 9500 appeared. However, I lodged complaint and one mechanic attended on 12/07/21 and checked the machine and said that the motherboard needs to be changed and the motherboard not available hence I should go for a new one. My quarry is that whether the company can deny to rectify/change the defective parts, if yes than why they are not displaying such notice on the printer.

        I purchase the above mentioned printer in January 2020. Just after purchase there was printing problem and your mechanic came and rectify that. Actually some minor problems started thereafter. I was managing some how. Of late the problems aggravated and suddenly one error code 9500 appeared. I contacted your customer care centre and lodged complaint. Your mechanic came and examined the printer and told that the motherboard is not functioning...

            Recently, I raised my printer issue with Ticket Number CSP/20210413/2287338 & Model Number G3000. Issue was being resolved for a while but same issue raised again within my printer.

                Very poor response and service.. Since April 2021..my printer compliant is pending.. Hope atleast now canon.. Will take action Registered your *Service Request*. The reference number is : *CSP/20210430/2305847*. The estimated response time is approximately 2 days.

                              I have purchased Canon Printer imagerunner 2006N on 4th April 2021 from your dealer SAI SALES CORPORATION, Stop 87, 1st Floor, Phase-11, Mohali. I ordered printer with DADF and Duplex but on the day of delivery they sent only duplex and printer and told me that due to Closing DADF will be billed after 15th of April but after so many calls I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the dealer and now he is not taking my calls. I had transferred full amount on the date of delivery. Please look into this matter ASAP.
