I bought jeans and shirts on 19/11/2021 discount of purchase 2 items and get 5.As non availability of two items (jeans)as per size Rs.3199 and 2399 they assured in writing that items are in pending and may be supplied as they receive in stocks, now they have denied and giving an inferior items, still Kindly make some arrangements.

This is to inform you that few days back I visit your showroom at Rajouri your staff at billing counter was soo rude and this is the pathetic experience I have ever had at your place. I liked oneof your product very much firstly your staff told us that's it's under offer you can purchase 5 items after some time your another staff arrived and told us that this is not under offer this is fresh arrival you can get 20% off on this product we still agreed and ready to purchase then at the billing counter that staff told us there is no offer on this product we still agreed and told him to give this product then after sometime he said there is some problem with the barcode of this product I can't give you this you can purchase something else. If this kind of service you are providing then no one would like to purchase anything from you. I have spent hours to select all my collection then he directly denied on my face you can't purchase this and even he is not ready to explain the reason properly he was keep saying "ye ni mil sakta kuch or dekhlo" educate your staff atleast to know how to behave with their customers.

This is to inform. You that being frequent purchaser I use to purchase cantabil products like shirts and shirts from pitampura store. Last purchased shirt was found completely ripped and destroyed being old stock. Firstly I was it was torn from collor so I get is ruffueee but tje person told that shirt cloth is in bad condition and look bery old stock so it being turned and Damaged or ripped again and again . If tje shirt was very old then was same was sold . Pls revert

Today I visited cantabil store. I select my pent and shirt then they asked money for alterations and I am ok with that. but on other hand he didn't charge a single penny for his friend alter. This partiality with costumer is not good. please take any legal action as soon as possible.

I m not satisfied with your staff service my wife purchased 5 shirts from the store at Nirman vihar vikas marg opposite v3s new delhi. After 2 days i visit the store for size change from 40 to 38 but the manager said today i dnt have 38 size in white formal and come back after 3...4 days than i visit the store again after 4 days than he also tell me the same and now i visited the store for 5 times in 1 nd half month but the problem is same I m so irate with your service and my problem is not resolved yet

I have buy one suite from Cantabil Crystal mall Rajkot Gujrat on 07 July 2021 and after 5 to 6 days wearing of this suite, thread stars to coming out from blaze arm when i complained same against this thing on store by telephonic then store manager told to me that visit in our store and we will check.Very next days when i visit at store then store manager told to me that its a genuine fault and its manufacturing fault so we will replace it or you can do shopping of same amount in our store after 10 days, But now almost 10 days gone, staff of store is not giving response .And today when i called up in store then staff was saying our manager left the job now we can tell you and they given to me one landline telephone no([protected]) for complaint. when i called up that number the lady who picked up the call totally misbehaved with .Now i am totally harassed from Cantabil staff .There is no one to listen your complaint.And we cant expect this kind of behavior from the staff of International brand.Now i want to replace my suite or refund my hard earned money.

You Change Those T-Shirts Or Money Return.

Dear Team,
I had purchased a swear shirt from your Vaishalinagar Ajmer store on 03/01/2021 and after wearing a single time pilling was visible on the product. I had returned the product to Vaishalinagar Ajmer store for replacement complaining the same.
But till 31/01/2021 not got any revert from The store. Again I visited the store for tracking the status but store said we had dry cleaned the product and they said we know company will not replace it.
In denying our acceptance they agreed to send it for replacement but today on 16/03/2021 we have received call from store saying company has refused to replace the faulty product.
When I asked for replacement sheet there was no such evidence visible in the sheet that the product was forwarded for replacement. And after ending of winter time product is not of any use to me.
Therefore request your intervention to resolve the issue.

I bought 2 trousers and 3 shirt First time from cantabil showroom Before 5 months.

I felt that very poor quality of stitch provide by your company because my shirt button fell down automatically 2 times and today is my trousers pocket side stitch automatically open.

I feel very down in front of everyone

First of all I really loved cantabil clothes I used to purchase clothes from cantabil it is very eye catchy and comfortable to wear. Recently I have done one shoot for the same so i want to ask that can i use catabil logo in my pictures which i bought from cantabel. Kindly let me konw so i can uploded it as soon as possible.

I have purched jackets from your outlet(cantabil Retail India Limited (haldwani)shop No.2, Nainital chowk Tikoniya chowk, Haldwani, Nainital (invoice No.YT[protected] Date 22/11/2020.where i got defect on one jacket when I went to your outlet to change it they said they do not have the same jacket they will repair it i said i do not want to repair it why i will buy repair where i have paid amount for new one then i said to them give me anyone jacket in the same range of high or low range in the same pattern they said they do not have and behave very bed the store manager was very poor guy he do not know how to talk and how to handle the query well.all i want that please replace my jacket and tell to the store manager handle customer well .

I brought 3 shirts from cantabil (narela) day before yesterday by chance 1 piece has a cut on upper right shoulder I came back & showed that cut to employee (Ganja) but they totally refused & there behaviour was also non-satisfactory i am shopping with cantabil from last 3 year but this time it was worst experience & I’ll not be shopping anymore & my family too

But your jacket is made from racsin.

We bought a t shirt worth rupees 1599/- and it was in 50% off offer but it was getting dul after every wash so we gave it back, even after 3 months we didn't get any call or message so we went to see our progress regarding exchange and they argued about giving back discount they didn't even give any satisfied answer so kindly help us

An outlet in patna maharaja kameshwar complex frazer road patna opposite of buddha smiriti park... Shopkeepers Or owner was cheated with me Or many of customers by duplicacy of cantabil brands please raid at this outlet and you Or your team were found hundred percent so many stocks of duplicate cantabil jeans or mny of products... Before covid 19 in feb 2020 I reached at this outlet by cantabil brand board or name outside of store and i was purchased jeans of cantabil brand jeans with duplicate mrp or tag
Please stop making public fool or cheating
Now your responsibility to stop this and fined or take legal action against them
I was hurted or cheated badly

I purchased 5items in buy 2get 5scheme from cantabil sec 8, panchkula, haryana, but today i visit store for replacement, i take a trouser in place of shirt, trouser was with in amount limit which i purchased as per policy, but they denied to replace it, and were asking for extra money, then what is the meaning of buy 2get 5policy, if matter will not be resolved i will go to consumers court

Paid online to Cantabil India through PayU Rs 1099 for 3 checked shirts on 20/06/20220. Neither recieved the items nor any intimation of the same. Saw Your items on Facebook.

I purchased 3 shirts and 2 pants from cantabil ambala cantt, nicholson road, ambala cantt, haryana 133001.

But one shirt colour fad in first wash, and i submit it on dated : 07.02.2020.

But till date i have not received my shirt.

Kindly help to get asap
