I have purchase the Shirt for Reliance trends on 15/06/2025 at Karanja location in Maharashtra state. But due to some size issue now I want to exchange it. My name is Jeyaraman Alias Senthil. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a highly disappointing and financially damaging experience I had at your Trends store in Tirunelveli Vannarpettai branch.

I recently received a Gogift card worth ₹6, 400 from my company. To ensure the card was functional, I transferred ₹100 to Trends and visited the store to make a small purchase and check its validity. I approached the cashier, Mr. Subash, and clearly requested him to verify whether the card was working. I picked up a face mask worth ₹98 for this purpose.

After scanning the item, Mr. Subash claimed that the card had ₹100, and since the billed amount was ₹98, the card wasn't working due to the small difference. He advised me to purchase more items, stating he would then apply the amount. Trusting his word, I went ahead and made additional purchases.

However, after billing, Mr. Subash changed his stance and irresponsibly declared that the card code was invalid and couldn’t be used. This sudden change in response, without proper verification initially, resulted in a loss of ₹6, 400. When I insisted further, he escalated the matter to the branch manager, Mr. Ashok, who was professional and raised a support ticket with Reliance customer service.

While I appreciate Mr. Ashok’s support, I am extremely disappointed with Mr. Subash’s careless and unprofessional handling of the situation. As a frontline employee, his failure to follow proper procedures and his misleading statements directly led to the loss of my funds. This is not just a technical issue — it is a matter of accountability and basic customer service.

Money earned with hard work is not something to be dismissed lightly. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and demand that the ₹6, 400 either be refunded or made redeemable as intended. Moreover, I strongly urge you to take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Subash to prevent other customers from suffering a similar experience.

I hope for a quick and fair response to restore both my funds and trust in your brand.

I have purchased some 3 t-shirts on 17th May 2024 and returned 2 t-shirts by keeping credit and could not take any items for that money. When I visited the Electronic city store recently, Trends staff is saying that I don't hold any credit at all.

I visited your trend store at Shyam kripa complex, B 36/10 PJ1 Durgakund Varanasi 221005 on 2nd dec 2024. I urgently needed a jacket & I couldn't order it online, but it was Rs 2899 charged to meof Dnmx jacket at store which was Rs 2000 on yours Ajio app.so it is too much charge as compared to online store. i didnt got any offer or discount on that. so what can I do for this now?. I totally feel waste of my money.

I had purchased reliance trend gift voucher thru Amazon on July 23. This was for a friend of mine who works abroad. Unfortunately, he didn't purchase it on time, and I too forgot to remind him about it and due to some personal loss in family he couldn’t travel and use the vouchers. The total amount of the voucher is around 10k. Tried reaching Amazon, but they asked me to touch base with reliance trends. today i wrote to them and they have washed off their hand by asking me to contact amazon. i want my hard-earned money back or the the gift card reissued.

Sir, I liked 2 nail paints but your DM did not bill them. I did not like them at all because of the old stock in your store. I bought only 2 nail paints because your DM refused to bill.

Offer mentioned on display is not passed on and Cashier and its member are not aware and after billing they are asking for Complete Payment as per MRP. On 7.9.2024 i purchased kurta of MRP 699 and offer price Rs 499. After going home crossed check the price of item it was come into notice that Offer on kurta was not given. immediatly went back for discussion with cashier he said that offer is not valid and system is not accepting manually. and they just blindly put it on every category to attract customer. They are cheating customer.
Please take strong action.

Both bill copies printed are destroyed, Now required that bill duplicate copies required for claiming purpose at my company.

Today I have puchased a T-[censored] from trends (Trends - RONAK COMPLEX NEAR AXIS BANK, MANSI MARKET KOTPUTLI, JAIPUR-DISTRICT 303108) which was on discount. When I went for billing the executive refused the refund and exchange of the item because it was on discount. I went ahead with purchase and went for billing then he refused for card payment and then upi payment also. He said that they only accept cash. I didn't have cash so I asked him if I sent it to his personal number and he can bill it for me in cash and he accepted. After I sent the money he refused for the receipt of bill saying the system is showing error. Anyway I took the shrirt and came out. I waited outside the store for 5 min and saw one customer who was standing behind me came out and he had bill for the item he purchased. I asked him about it and there was no problem with him while billing.
We as customers buying from brand like reliance expect some form of responsibility and clarity on such matters, otherwise what's the difference between Reliance and local vendors. Even local shops provide bills and exchange for the item if not of the correct size. I didn't expect such irresponsible and rude behavior from the trends staff. Yesterday I purchased 2 shirts from trends in Gurgaon and one of that was on discount but they accepted return and exchange if not of size.

Today we went trends store at virudhachalam and selected dress above Rs 3400 and we given Rs 1000 worth discount coupon but cashier didn't accept and said that coupon was not activated, even he didn't check with trends store at trichy, karumandabam branch where we got this coupon in our previous purchase. No one support us from the store for this issue Moreover, Today is the last date to the coupon.As a customer how does know whether coupon activated or not and what is the use of coupon for consumer of not able to redeem.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

I have purchased clothes from Reliance trends for Rs 6404/ on 12.04.2024 and after discount of Rs 2000/ I have paid Rs 4404/. There was an offer of dicount of Rs 2000 on purchase of Rs 6000. Now One top with price Rs 799/ I want to exchange due to size issue, but they are not giving me xl or xxl size which I required. when I selected other top of Rs 699, they are demanding Rs150 more. why will I pay more because I have already paid Rs6404 which is Rs404 above from discount price. Hardly one month it was last month March 8th I had purchased one jeans and wored for one time for 2nd time I had wored it in office. And I was on the way to office I got to know that it has tored. I have buyed cloth from reliance trends sangli .when I buyed cloth there offer buy to 50%off.but due to some issues I went to return one piece...the coustom service guided me wrong they said to bring both piece to return then u can exchange...when I went both piece they said I can't exchange because it's 8:30 and it's time out now...and they said me to come tomorrow ..when I went today they are now saying the offer is no more...and I can't exchange...they not informed about offer validity...the coustomer service is very I request u to please take action on this ... please don't guide people wrong and don't waste there time
