1st I made UPI transaction from my payment but they said we didn't recieved it's time out but i got debited my amount

When I went to exchange on 03/12/2023 the cloth at women trends Chandanagar The store Manager said me that the cloth Cannot be exchanged due to JUNIPER BRAND is not available at this store. As per my knowledge the garment can be exchanged all over india within 30 days.

On 4th February, i have done shopping on reliance trends for 5571 and i have paid the amount through Paytm, the amount got deducted from my account but the session expired.
The cashier said that the amount will be refunded again to my account, so I have paid again and done my shopping.
But till now i didn't get any refund from the reliance trends.
