Purchased a shirt on 3rd July. The cloth was defective and faded after first wash so I went back to the outlet in CP for return. Kept the shirt and informed me that customer service will contact within 7 days. It has been two months, they have kept my money and product as well. Now when I called outlet, every time they say we will get back to you.contacted customer service on 24 Aug regarding this through facebook page. They informed sorry for inconvenience...you can collect your piece from the store...on 25 Aug.Went to the store on 28 aug at 10:45 am to collect the replacement. Firstly, I was denied to enter the store then I told them that I just need to collect the replacement. The executive informed that replacement would not be possible as the owner is not coming today. I asked them to either issue the refund or provide me the replacement piece as I traveled all the way from pitampura just to collect the product. They clearly denied. After that I asked for the store timing so that I can talk clearly. The answer was "11:00...11:30/..12:00 jab Mann karega tab kholenge'. I told them this is not correct and they said "photo Aur naam le le Jo kar sakta ho karle" then one the executive abused from behind. Still no refund..no product.. No item...have contacted them several times but no response
