I returned a product on Cantabil website and it's been more than 10 days that they picked up the product from my home but they didn't credited any refund into my bank account and their website is saying that the refund was credited on 1st may I even talked to their coustomer service they also said the same thing. I even went to my Home Bank branch to check and they also there isn't any money credited

I purchase so many cloth and after some time, every cloth have problem with their quality

Hi, Actually I purchased 3 Shirt & 2 Jeans from Cantabil Tilak Nagar New Delhi. I got products discount only 34 % but In online it's showing 65%. So please refund my money.
My total bill amount is 9798. So please calculate extra 31% amount and please refund me.

I purchased the kurti described in CB12312370 from Cantabli Raja Park.When I went to exchange the product due to cheap quality product stitching, they informed me about other policies. This is a pathetic below level quality fraud brand. The salesperson had made a fraudulent misrepresentation by telling me I could return and exchange the product within 45 days with any flaws. Just ask me to switch it by my self because quality is poor only

A few days ago I bought 6 pieces of paint and shirt from a Bikaner showroom, but out of that I was given one piece of a different color and when I went to change it, I was refused and was told that after 7 days it would be replaced.But I was told at that time that whenever you come, we will change it, even after many requests, they did not even change the color, which is an example of very poor customer service.If you do not get this problem resolved, you will lose the trust of a customer forever.

My slipper is damaged in only 15 days so i want to replace my slipper and wants new slipper againts my damage slipper

I bought a pant from cantabil kharar, punjab on 16 January, 2023. Its not even a month and there are fuzz balls or pills on the pant.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services and the approach of the Area Manager.
The brand doesn't care about the brand at all.

They are not sticking to their words.

I had purchased an item @60% and after the discount the amount paid was 3200

Post that I wanted to get the item exchanged which was for 3000 flat at the store but they refused to adjust the amount and asked us to pay additional amount.

We will definitely take it ahead if we do not get the right solution as a consumer which is our right.

Udaipur staff not good for customers service . Road side tips staff. Staff Misbehavior.

I had purchase a jeans of grey color. In 2 wash with hand the color of jeans faded from grey to white and it looks bad in condition. From inner side of jeans there are tears in the clothes. I went to the showroom from where i bought that jeans for change but they refuse to change it. So i request to provide a solution.

5 days ago i went to cantabill, vaishali nagar, ajmer(raj) store to buy the clothes. I have shopping of more than Rs 10, 000 and they take a photograph o[censored]s with there store members. I took one jeans and one trouser and ask them to do alteration by themselves.They said that they will do aleration and fitting of the two items by themselves when i did the shopping but when today i went there to take my alter jeans back. They refuse there words and asked for the alteration charges they said they don't know when they tell us or behave that they even dont know us or seeing first time.
So i am very disagree with the cantabill and i face this thing first time in my life.
So i want to file a complaint regarding it so no other customer get the same thing.The owner and staff all are rude and so i want my refund or give again all my clothes to them because i dont want to buy anything from falso shop like this.
I hope you can do your action fast and look for the best

I bought 3 shirts and 2 trousers with Invoice No MR[protected] but when i asked for 2 shirts in return of 2 trousers storekeeper denied citing it as company policy but behind their invoice it is mentioned that goods can be exchanged within 7 days and i approached within 7 days for exchange.

Yesterday 18/08/2022 i was purchased the clothes from cantabil rajpura store i am dimand 34 waste pent but Store keeper billing 38 waste finally i reached home and i see this after 2 hours when i go to store the store keeper abuse me n said that product never exchange.cantabil policy on the back of Bill they exchange in 7 day's.i am humbled request plz change it.

I have bought pack of 3 tshirt men.
The size of the t-shirts ( M - size ) is not as mentioned. The length is 26 instead of 27 and chest is 38 instead of 40.
I have been buying these tshirt from past 2 years never experienced such a size issues.
The medium size that I got this time is somewhat tight.
The company is not offering return or exchange policy.
Please look at the matter
