Cantabil — did not refund my and charge extra will exchange

Didn't refund my though they don't have item in their store and charge extra amount will exchange of item. They are making fools to customers in the name company policy. I have given mail to all related to retail but they don't replay and never listen to customer I don't know why they have open customer care when there is no one to listen to customer.
