Cantabil — Leather belt | |||||
I am a regular customer of cantabil and using many garments up to satisfaction, however, recently, i have purchased a leather belt from cantabil store at v3s mall, laxmi nagar vide invoice no. Lili-0001645 dated 02.07.2016. Copy of invoice is attached for ready reference. However, after buying it, i only started using that belt for the first time from 05.08.2016. To my surprise, that belt broke within a short span of less than a month. I contacted the cantabil store at v3s mall, laxmi nagar on dated 04.09.2016 to report such manufacturing defect in the article, however, they simply rejected to help in any manner. I have send emails to this effect on dated 04.09.2016 & 08.09.2016 at [protected]@cantabilinternational.com, however, no response has been received till date. Therefore, i am sending this complaint and request you to kindly look into the matter at earliest and arrange to provide me the refund/replacement of said belt which broke within less than a month o[censored]sing it due to its manufacturing defect.
