Cantabil — Piling in the sweatshirt sent for replacement

Dear Team,
I had purchased a swear shirt from your Vaishalinagar Ajmer store on 03/01/2021 and after wearing a single time pilling was visible on the product. I had returned the product to Vaishalinagar Ajmer store for replacement complaining the same.
But till 31/01/2021 not got any revert from The store. Again I visited the store for tracking the status but store said we had dry cleaned the product and they said we know company will not replace it.
In denying our acceptance they agreed to send it for replacement but today on 16/03/2021 we have received call from store saying company has refused to replace the faulty product.
When I asked for replacement sheet there was no such evidence visible in the sheet that the product was forwarded for replacement. And after ending of winter time product is not of any use to me.
Therefore request your intervention to resolve the issue.
