Cantabil — woollen coat / I am complaint about the woollen coat

Dear team,
I have purchase woollen coat in the month of dec'19. The price was 7000/- and i got it under 50% discount which comes 3500/.
After wearing 2-3 times only in the coat it comes cried on this in full coat.
This is highly unsatisfied for me.
After investing 3500/- i am not at all satisfied.
I need it to be replac
