Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited — I am complaining about unnecessary loans which are effecting my cibil score

I have not taken any loan from capfloat . I also not have any account but they are showing that I have taken loan from them in my cibil score .. plz recheck and remove the loan amount from my cibil
