In my CRIF credit report fetched by CRED, I have noticed an issue wherein one of the *credit lines does not belong to me* which I wish to call out.

I have not taken any loan from CAPFLOAT FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, but in my consumer credit report by CRIF is showing loan is taken and its ongoing from last 1.5 year.

Hi I was checking my CIBIL score and it showed me a consumer loan of Rs 2000 from your organisation. Meanwhile I am have not taken any loan as such. The account number it is showing is DEL22E[protected]. Kindly rectify this issue as this is affecting my CIBIL score.

Suddenly a message came 1110 from account was debited by capfloat to raise a dispute I called cc of my bank they said they can’t do anything and i need to speak to capital float cc because it’s a emandate transaction and also got information that’s a loan of 20000 I have taken in 2019 which was already closed and today 31aug 2022 again they debited some amount without any acknowledgment this is so ridiculous now i want my money back and none was there to help me out…team if you reading this please do needful

I have not taken any loan from Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited, . However its still shows on my credit score report on June 7th, 2022 for Rs. 12000 saying its a one time payment.

Please correct this as this is very much incorrect information reflecting on my credit score report.

As checked other complaints on the forum, I also have not taken any loan from this fraud company.
However, it's showing on my cibil report that I have a loan from this company along with Karur Vyasya bank for which I will be raising another ticket/complaint.
