Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited — Loan account added to Experian and other credit score agencies

I have not taken any loan from Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited, . However its still shows on my credit score report on June 7th, 2022 for Rs. 12000 saying its a one time payment.

Please correct this as this is very much incorrect information reflecting on my credit score report.
