Capgemini — Account is disabled because BU HR is not responding

Hello team,
I am Amrita Rai (SAP FI Consultant). Due to some BGV process my account is disabled since last 2.5 months. I mailed my reporting in this regard to BU HR and entire team but even after several mails and reminders I did not get any response from their side. I called her too but she is not picking up. Its been 2 months that i have mailed about my problem but not a single person bothered to reply me and did not try to solve my problem. This kind of professional behavior from a reputed company like Capgemini is totally not acceptable. Since I am a fresher it is very frustrating and mentally stressful for me. At least someone tell me if there is any document missing or something else that I can solve. So my humble request to you is please solve my problem immediately as it is affecting both my career and my knowledge.
