I cant withdraw my PF and Capgemini hasn't merged data for employees on the pf database to make this already difficult process any better....

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the Provident Fund (PF) settlement process from my previous employment with Capgemini. I was employed with Capgemini from May 2011 to August 2015, with employee ID 34826. Despite the fact that it has been over 10 years since my tenure at the company, I have yet to receive my hard-earned PF amount.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability...

I stayed at Colive Columbus from June 1st 2024 to Aug 31st 2024. With one month prior notice I had vacated the property on Aug 31st 2024. Its been almost 2months and I haven't received my security deposit. To make matters worse, they're sending legal notice messages on whatsapp.
And I didn't understand the final settlement, in that they're deducting separation charges for 10days and on top of it 1500 rupees extra...

I have joined Capgemini on March 17th 2015 and worked till 10th April 2020. Trying to transfer my PF Account to my current company. But there is a mismatch in my data in the EPF Portal.

Hi Team,

I am an ex employee of capgemini. In the PF account my name is incorrect so i am not able to transfer my pf amount. I was suggested from capgemini share the supporting documents to correct it.

Then i sent the hard copy of all the supporting documnet and i was asked to wait for 2 month. Now when i am asking for update they are saying sennd the supporting documents. I am struggling since Feb to transfer my PF amount.

Please help to fix the issue

As per the mail below, I got the offer letter on 18th Jun 2023 and I Informed immediately the recruiter that I am not joining Capgemini due to personal reasons.I wasn't worked any single day in Capgemini but I could see PF contribution happened to me from capgemini from jun 2021 to august 2021 since i didn't worked any single day in Capgemini. My new Organization required a Confirmation letter from Capgemini...

Capgemini is not transferring my PF.
I left Capgemini on 26 Nov 2019.Since then I had been following up on this but no use.
I started strictly following up since July 2023 till date without any delay in responses, sent multiple emails with all required details.
I couriered them Form 13 as they requested with all required documents. My previous employer also couriered them Form 13 attested from their end.

After this I did not receive a single reply from CG PF team.
All I see is multiple tickets being raised after every followup and no action taken on any of it,
