Capgemini — Account is still disabled

Hi All,

I am Amrita Rai, my user id is Arrai. I am a SAP FICO Consultant.
My work is stuck for 3 months please solve my issue as soon as possible . As you asked I have provided you all that information regarding BGV.
As I am a fresher so it is affecting my learning very badly . I joined capgemini with full confidence but now i feel very helpless. It is very stressful for me .. this is my humble request to you please solve my issue immediately .
