Capgemini — Adapt login credentials blocked / deactivated

Dear Capgemini Sir/Madam,
My name is Mangesh Buktare. I have accepted a Capgemini LOI for an Analyst role. After that, On 10 Feb 2022 I got my ADAPT login credentials. I have started working on modules I have completed 100% all modules but now, when I try to login to ADAPT platform using those credentials, it says the username is inactivated or blocked, My respective allotted username is CAPG2022B11ADA2014 .
I have mailed Capgemini adapt team continuously but i never got proper response. Please tell we what to now? who is the right person to ask? Help me by resolving the issue as soon as possible.
