Capgemini — Applied for PMO Manager positions from past 6+months and receiving no response

Hi Team,

I am a Job seeker whose saw the various career growth opportunities in Capgemini . I tried for all the positions where I am suitable, Qualified and possess Primary and Secondary skill . Still there is no response from any HR regarding any type of missing's in my profile . For Eg : Let me share the latest one " In Careers page of Capgemini, I saw for role of PMO manager (9 to 12 Years) Pan India Pune . Attached is the screenshot for your reference .

I am currently possessing all the mandatory qualifications and skillsets for the same along with relevant experience in the same profile . Still my profile is neither considered nor anyone from the team is connecting me regarding the feedback or misses in my Profile.

I just need a chance to prove myself and I promise that I won't let the company's goal sufficed for anything .

I am currently working as Assistant Manager and have overall experience of 10 years in PMO . I am PMP, CSM, and CSPO certified
