I would like you to complain about a candidate who has been appointed by Capgemini as Sr analyst/software engineer, as per my knowledge he came to capgemini with experience with no prior experience. He have submitted all the fake documents with the help of one consultancy which is in Bangalore . All the interview process was not done by him it is done by consultancy people and candidate paid 2 lakhs for this job. The reputation of the company will be damaging by these kind of people. So I request relevant team to consider this request and take proper action against the candidates.
They are submitted fake documents and doing job without fear and cheating Capgemini.

I have cleared 3 rounds Technical interviews and 1 HR round and after cleared all the round I got the confirmation from HR that your salary has been approved from leadership team and asked me to share the documents and on 4th Nov'2022 She sent the provisional offer letter and said to me that you can resign now as you are confirmed now and will get the formal offer letter in 1 day. So after confirmation I have resigned from current organization on the same day and after 10 days they are telling that there is some issue we can not release the formal offer letter, Please help if MNCs like Capgemini will do like that than where we will go for job.

I have worked with Capgemini India in 2016-17 and I started my PF transfer from 2018 by posting all the necessary documents to them.

Meanwhile I have send hundreds of mail but could not get any response from either of these contact details ("IN, Retiralshelpdesk",

Last year I was just browsing and got to know that the PF transfer information can be available on one Capgemini employee portal so I checked there and found that my PF transfer has been done long back, and I can see my Annexre K form there as well.

When I shared all the details with my current employer to check if transfer has been reflected in there system or not, they replied as NO and asked me to collect some transfer related details from Capgemini India.

Since then its been again more than one year I am asking those details but always getting only one reply “your request has been submitted and we will come back to you”, post which nothing is happening.

Could you please help me here to transfer the amount or escalate it or some contact details.

I have requested Capgemini retirals helpdesk for correction of DOE in EPFO portal and submitted all the required documents thrice in the last 10 months, but the issue is still pending and receiving no proper response from help desk team.

My Correct DOE is 19/03/2019 but currently it is as 01/04/2019(incorrect one). So, I would like to correct my DOE to 19/03/2019.

Due to this issue my PF amount got stuck and I'm unable to transfer my PF.
Request someone to help on this or provide some contacts to escalate the issue.

I got selected for the role of Analyst and A3 in Capgemini in April, 2022 . It's been six months i have received LOI. And i accepted the LOI also. I completed my final semester examinations without any active backlogs. But still I didn't get any update on onboarding.
I am waiting for the onboarding process.

I have applied for a3 associate post in Capgemini and have cleared all assessments. I received letter of intent on 16th June and after that it has been 4 months I have not received my date of joining. In which month I can expect my date of joining. Please help as I have not received any updates from Capgemini since 4 months.

I raised PF transfer request and it got rejected due to certain reason which needs input from Capgemini technology. I sent emails to [protected]@excelityglobal.com, [protected]@allsectech.com several times but didn't get any response till date. They are not understanding the urgency of the issue. Hi Team,
Interview reschedule for 4 times in Sept Month and then I went through virtual interview interview for PowerApps profile and on next day I missed HR call post that I didn't received any update as I knew that I was selected since I have given technically which was thoroughly done.
Again after an month received interview call today from same HR. She scheduled my interview as slot booked for half an hour as usual. I joined meeting within 5 min and Interviewer asked Hr to again reschedule the interview as he Is having another call at the same time and saying post call since 15 minutes not even completed after disconnected the call and complaining to me that I have joined 15min lately to the scheduledcall which was false statement.
Request you to not schedule interview for any candidate if interviewer\HR are not confirmed with time confliction and not valuing the Candidate time.
If 1 interview panel is not available any back up panel should be there .
