Capgemini was a reputed company, but I am surprised to see many complaints about Capgemini Retirals team who is purposely delaying the process of PF. I have been following with retiralshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com for past one year regarding PF transfer. Last year they requested to hold off the transfer as the Capgemini was merging the PF accounts with EPFO. Then again I connected to them in Jan-22 for PF. They said that the name mismatches...

I have been working with Capgemini for last 10 years. my last working day was 13th April 2022. I haven't received Full and Final Settlement completely, I have been chasing FnF, Retiral helpdesk, Finance and HR team.
No one is revert with any clarification. Please help on this...

This complaint is in regards to not receiving offer letter and joining date after accepting Loi on 19th may 2022.

I am the candidate accepted Loi for Analyst A4 exceller 2019/2020 profile in the month of may 3rd week i.e, 19th may and still have not received my offer letter and joining date. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

I joined Capgemini in Jan 2019 and resigned in Sept 2021. Prior to CG I was working in Accenture and I raised a PF transfer request from Accenture to Capgemini in Dec2020 through EPFO portal.
On EPFO the transfer request shows as settled and it also generated the Annexure K.

I am following up with CG since Jan2021 when I was working with CG to checked if my Transferred amount is added to my CG PF...

I have got Loi but did not get offer letter till now its been nearly two months, may i know when will i receive offer letter....

Respected sir, my superset I'd is - 1895776. I have accepted LOI on 8 April 2022, but after that, I've not received any further mails regarding ADAPT training or offer letter. Please tell me when will I be On-board. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible....

For last 3 months, i am chasing capgemini retirals helpdesk team to
help me on this and update my details on EPFO .

I have attended one round technical interview on 19th may 2022.

After 5 days the technical interview I have checked with the HR who arranged the interview regarding my interview feedback over call.

He called me and said I have received your feedback from panel and it’s positive and I was about to drop you an email on the same.

And in the evening he called me and said it was a miscommunication...

I have received my full & final settlement amount & received shift allowance of rs 6800 for combined feb & march month, but as per roster calculation for feb its 4600 & march its 3400, thus total Rs 8000.

It was approved but still I'm told by shift allowance team, it isn't approved, it's really disappointing to see how ex employees are treated in Capgemini, even after multiple follow ups no one is bothered to check & give...

I found your mail id from one of my friend.as you are a recruiter in Capgemini i came to know you recuted one of the person called battalapalli veeraraghavaiah.he is a fraud employee, interview taken one person and different person joined the company.please check from your database total person changed and in documents also the picture of the person is different and present person is different.totally fake person he doesn't know anything...

The full and final settlement is not completed. My LWD was 23rd March. I have home loan emi pending debit and banks and constantly following me.

Hi my LWD was April 4, 2022 in capgemini and it's been 42 days now but still I haven't received final settlement amount from capgemini and no one from fnf team is responding to my email even after multiple followup. Please help to resolve this issue.

I have resigned from the company in October. And I am currently unemployed for more than 6 months.
I have raised a PF withdrawal and Im having issues while withdrawing the PF. From the field office the PF has been rejected twice due to to details mismatch and I have contacted capgemini but there is no response at all.

They have recently raised a query(RID-9867-[protected])and even though I have shared all necessary details...

As my joining was there in Capgemini in the month of May Hr Preeti Rani from Capgemini informed me that u can't join due to your company which fall in suspected list.so please provide PF number.But already i discussed this things before two months back and submitted all documents to Vivek Rao hr and Abhishek that I'm getting salary but i don't have pf number .That time they told it's ok no issue so i dropped my resignation paper on that basis...
