I have requested multiple times and followed up but the team is not responding.

This is in regards to my Full & Final settlement amount which I have still not received. My LWD in the organization was 21st March & the Final Clearance completion date was 29th Mar. I have written multiple emails to fnfhelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com & offboardingservices.[protected]@capgemini.com but not getting any response from them.

Kindly help me in getting my Full & Final settlement as well as the statement.

Hi my LWD was April 4, 2022 in capgemini and it's been 42 days now but still I haven't received final settlement amount from capgemini and no one from fnf team is responding to my email even after multiple followup. Please help to resolve this issue.

I have resigned from the company in October. And I am currently unemployed for more than 6 months.
I have raised a PF withdrawal and Im having issues while withdrawing the PF. From the field office the PF has been rejected twice due to to details mismatch and I have contacted capgemini but there is no response at all.

They have recently raised a query(RID-9867-[protected])and even though I have shared all necessary details they do not respond at all.

I want my PF withdrawal as I am currently unemployed.

As my joining was there in Capgemini in the month of May Hr Preeti Rani from Capgemini informed me that u can't join due to your company which fall in suspected list.so please provide PF number.But already i discussed this things before two months back and submitted all documents to Vivek Rao hr and Abhishek that I'm getting salary but i don't have pf number .That time they told it's ok no issue so i dropped my resignation paper on that basis and I left my current organization too

I had taken my interview on 21st April 2022 and got select for the position and shared the details to he for release the offer letter . After keeping on trying to call and reach her she told me she will release offer letter on May 2nd 2022 later she transferred the date to may 4th 2022 . After that she is not responding my calls and emails also can I get an clarity about my offer letter.

I have successfully completed my interview and I got my letter of Intent on 24th March 2022. Still, I haven’t received my offer letter. Please, resolve my issue. Thank you.

My Candidate Id is 5487217. I got official offer letter from Capgemini in FEB 2022 and submitted all related documents, I have accepted the offer letter and got joining date as 26-Apr-2022 and it got postponed to 29-APR-2022.

My last working day in capgemini was on 2nd of march 2022. I have submitted all the assets and it has been 2 months but still I haven’t received the relieving letter and the final settlement. I have tried reaching out the support team multiple time through email and calls but not getting any reply.

I am Dinesh SR, superset ID 1560641.I was told that my DOJ will be on feb 22nd 2022 and it got postponed. Its been 2months since i have not received any mail regarding this and I have been trying to contact my HR and she is not even responding to my mails. Im a little worried here it would be better if you could solve this.

Regarding offer letter release.
I have selected 2 times in Capgemini, first time was selected 5 months back and now selected on 24 march 2021 drive at Mumbai location. I have done with all provided requested documents on superset as well as I accepted LOI but still I didn’t received any offer letter from Capgemini. It’s second time happen with me, so it causes I am loosing my trust on Capgemini. Is really this time I will get my offer or not. Same thing happened with my couple of friends also.
Please help me out in this.

My name is Alimul Kubra Mohammed and my superset ID is 2555720. I received a mail from Capgemini stating that I have cleared the Interview process and can download my LOI from Superset by uploading a list of documents. But I cannot see any updates at my superset after accepting the offer.
Kindly look into the issue as the last date to accept the LOI is 28th of April 2022.

Hello,
I am Java developer with an experience of 8 yrs. I attended an interview with Cap Gemini on April 2 2022. The very next day, I got an email stating that I cleared my interview and they are forwarding my candidature for the next steps. And on April 4 2022, I got a call from HR which is a typical HR call for communicating the selection & salary negotiation. They offered with a reasonal % and I agreed for the same.I was asked to submit all my docs which included my proof of graduation since my 10th and all valid ID proof, payslips, BGV form signed which I did on the very next day. I was also told that the process would take 48 hrs for the approval and I'll be getting the automated offer letter with in a couple of days. It's been 22 days and I haven't heard back anything from the HR. No response for calls, emails. If they wouldn't do an interview process professionally, what to expect about the outcome of such reputed organization? Such an irresponsible behaviour. Even if it's HR reject it's a matter of responding back with a msg. You can't simply play with the time of others especially with experienced asking them to provide the docs which you are not gonna process. I wonder what would be case for freshers! I really demand an answer for this and I learnt from this site, there are many like me who is still waiting for the call back! I can provide the details of those involved in this process wherever required.
