Since 2 years my salary has been kept stuck at the same bar, giving some excuses or the other just before the time of receiving the compensation letter. My question is - I didn't get the company's grievance mail ID hence posting publicly here you gave me a hike (in the year 2019) of 30.9% with this purpose back in your mind - that my salary shall be kept at constant for the rest of my working life in this company? I did not have any red lines or black marks in my working profile. I have good communication skill and a sound computer skill. I am a Masters in business administration. I know what rules, policies and etiquettes are.
There is no transparent distribution of policies among the employees. I don't know what the upper management does? If they are too much worked up with their work then why don't they leave some luggage and do what is necessary - the "communication". the mailers. the CCed.

Rajyalakshmi Muppidi has submitted fake documents and doing job in Capgemini Hyderabadand she recently joined.even her interview was attended by proxy only she managed lip movement infront of camera.she not even know any technology.i don't know how it is possible to succeed her BgV.please take care don't encourage fake guy's. Please recheck her interview videos and cross check her.

I was interviewed for the vacancy of SAP mm fresher and the interviewer asked me questions that can only be answered by an experienced consultant. He asked me only one question that I could answer. I couldn't understand if the company is actually interviewing for rejecting the candidate only

I observed that some of my friends have got the joining letter as well as the kit but I'm yet to receive the onboarding mail, when could I possibly expect to receive it? expecting a reply soon

I am Prasanta Kumar Pradhan, EMP ID -79656, an ex-employee of Capgemini. My Joining date was 13th July 2015 and Exit date was 12th February 2018 . But in my EPFO, Date of join (DOJ) has updated as 1st March 2016 which is wrong . I have wrote 10-15 emails to HR, Capgemini Retirals Team but didn't get any satisfactory response from them .

Due to this mistake done by capgemini team, I am unable to switch the companies . Always getting rejected by the companies during background verification .

So i request you to update my DOJ in my EPFO ASAP so that i can switch the companies .

I applied for analyst position and got selected, I submitted my documents within 3 days of receiving my confirmation mail . My joining date was already completed but I got no response from your side, it’s been 1 mouth I don’t know about my joining date

My name is Shweta Manohar Barkade[protected]. I have gave my aptitude exam on 24 March 2022 for capgemini exceller program batch 2021. I was successfully completed my aptitude test then my interview was scheduled on 29th March. But interview was conducted for *Capgemini trained fresher hiring 2019/20/21-4*. But I was not given the aptitude test for that, then why my interview was scheduled for that program..??
I successfully completed my interview. But on same day my some friends also gave the interview. But they was received mail for exceller program. And in last week they got LOI from your side. And on superset my interview process is shown for pooled trained fresher hiring not for exceller program.
Please let me know why this happened with me?? And when I will received mail about my results??

I accepted an offer from Capgemini on 11th Feb for my dream job and was expecting the start date of 28 Feb 2022 as per the offer letter.

On the day of the start date, when I reached out to the recruiter, I was told that the start date has been delayed to Mar 7. When I reached out to the recruiter on Mar 7, I was told that my start date would be 1st week of April as I'm yet to submit H1B docs. Whenever I tried to follow up through email to Amir (amiruddin.[protected]@capgemini.com), I never got a response.

Whenever I tried to call my POC recruiter Roshni Sinha (roshni.a.[protected]@capgemini.com), I got a response all the time that Amir is in a meeting and he can't respond. He never took the courtesy himself to speak to me after his meetings ended.

I was sent an H1B list of docs email on Mar 15, which I had delayed in submitting on Mar 24 partially because of Amir not responding to my email queries.

On April 1st, which was supposed to be my start date, I spoke with Asif, who is also a recruiter, he said that my start date will again be delayed to the 3rd week of April as he'd be scheduling a client round for the project allocation on 4th/5th April, which again got delayed to 6th and 7th April. I spoke with Amir on 11th April and he has an update on my situation the same day later and he's going to update me the next day. As usual, I tried following up the next day but kept getting the same response that he was in the meeting and he'd call me at the end of the day, which again never happened and I was promised to get an update on the 13th April afternoon. So, I called Roshni on the 13th afternoon and she said that she hasn't heard anything from Amir. At this point, I pretty much gave up the hope of chasing my dream job. I beg you to please look into this and bring the resolution ASAP.

These are a few of the questions that I, you, and everyone at Capgemini should be trying to answer.

If the process was going to get delayed, why wasn't I acknowledged in advance instead of me following up with you on the start date?

Why do recruiters say that they are always in meetings? Don't they have 5 mins of their time to speak to the candidate in the whole day?

Why was I asked for H1B docs after giving me the wrong start date a couple of times? I can't believe such a level o[censored]nprofessional planning from such an MNC.

Are recruiters so busy that they don't even have the time to reply to the queries of the candidates through email?

There is some issue while accepting the offer letter .I had already send you many mail regarding this but there is no further notification.

and Joined Wipro but the Capgemini not yet transferred the Pension amount to Wipro Trust and Wipro not transferred the Pension amount to Accenture.. Currently working in the Accenture. My last working day in capgemini was 29 December 2021 and was working from home and was not called to office even once and even on the day of resignation I was not told that I am suppose to deposit the laptop by visit the office though for rest of the employees it was collected from home but for me I was told that I am suppose to visit the office and deposit it manually.
