I have concern against the variable payout recovery.

My concern is appraisal period starts from jan to dec since we served this period we should be eligible for the variable pay although capgemini has done some partial payment this year and asking back since we are leaving before 31st march. I appeared for Capgemini online assessment through a link provided in a mail by Superset on 11th Feb 2022. Today is 21st day after my online assessment and I have not received any mail from Capgemini or Supreset.
Usually I have noticed that Capgemini sends a mail mentioning Pass or Fail in assessment to the concerned candidate.

This company is a PF Fraud. I left Capgemini in March last year. It has been a year. I have still not received PF despite multiple followups. Earlier Capgemini was an EPF exempted establishment, I did the transfer on 22nd April 2021 from my another pf account to cg pf trust when they surrendered they didn't transfer my accumulations which I transferred to CG trust while surrendering to EPFO and that's why my money is still stuck with Capgemini and they are not responding and saying they dont know when this will be done....
