Capgemini did all rounds and collected the required documents and they said will share the offer letter when last date is very close to it because people will find another job using this offer and I said yes and didn't searched for any other job
Now my notice period is getting over in another 20 days I am keep on calling recruiter and emails no response please find the attached issue...

I have requested them to [protected]@allsectech.com, retiralshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com to provide my exp letter with Roles and the request ID is RID-9702-[protected] on 22 NOV 2021 and they have not email back about letter and never provided experience letters.

I am not sure what they will achive by harrassing ex-employees like this.They are just sending automated emails which i more frustrating.br...

As my joining was on 18 Oct 2021 I got offer letter but onboarding was not done to me.
I got a mail from Capgemini hr that due to technical issues We unable to onboard you we will back to you soon.
Im waiting from 1 n half month till now update regarding joining so please help me out with the problem....

I have contacted smruthi pattanayak (MY HR) and postponed my joining date and she said I will receive a mail with new DOJ. It's been 2 months yet I didn't receive any. My Capgemini job profile status says 'offered' on superset after I cleared my rounds in Sept 2021 and it has been 3 months now, yet I have not received the LOI from them. What should I do? Does Capgemini reject the offer after showing 'offered' status too?...

I was selected for QA role with package 7 LPA but never received release letter. I have cleared two rounds 1. Technical & 2. HR round. I have been told I'll be receiving offer letter and have uploaded all the documents needed for process.
I tried to contact my HR sankalpa das but he isn't received any calls and bot replying my emails. I have also sent email to it help desk but still no response...

My last working day was 26th October. I received a mail on 6th November that my gratuity amount was processed and I will receive the amount within 10 working days. Its 24th November today but I didnot receive the amount yet. No one from Capgemini is giving a relevant reply. Please help....

In Capgemini, i have cleared the technical round along with assessment. As per the HR communication he got all the approvals to release offer. Its been a montht still not received any offer and HR is not responding for calls, emails and message.

Please check and resolve my issue why offer getting delayed....

I have successfully completed my all interviews, got Loi and then offer Letter also, completed onboarding process on 19 Oct .
