I have been interviewed with CapGemini on Dec -2021 and was selected to the post of Automation Tester after two rounds of interview. After that I was called for Hr discussion and even documents are submitted and attented AMCAT exam as per the requirement.

I was told that I will be onboarded on December month itself, but its been january-2022 mid already and Hr is not responding to my calls or emails.

I am still waiting for the offer and would really be greateful if i get any update on the same

Being such a huge tech giant i dont believe The capgemini team can be soo heartless and irresponsible. Please value the candidates time .

I Syed Shoaib have cleared all the round of Capgemini and on the interview day the interview was not scheduled it showed wait you will be notified but nothing happed I waited for it the whole day and the page did not change, I have mailed regarding this several times but was unable to get the response, so I kindly request you to reschedule my interview as I'm actively looking forward to participating in it.

I was leaving Capgemini at 15-Dec-2021 raising request for surrender asset request is #RITM1731008 through flytta Capgemini pickup my asset but not yet delivered to the Capgemini after taking many days for pickup asset it's not delivered to the capgemini office i have raised many complaint to Capgemini support but they giving false result telling false not ready to resolved complaint but now completed 30 days for my leave but not yet deliver i am trying to ask them but no one telling where is the asset they hiding asset knowingly not ready to provide details about pls check and help me to deliver it at Capgemini office.

This is Diwakaran(206869_BS) working as Process Lead in Trichy during (22-May-2019 to 30-Oct-2019). Unfortunately I have missed my Experience Letter so I am writing mail to and some HR persons. Whenever I sent mail I receive Robotic Message like wait for 3 days or send reminder like that. Still now I sent 8 REMINDERS but no response from any one of the person and again i receive that same Robotic Message. I totally fed-up by seeing that robotic msg and with this company either is working or not and how to contact. Let see after writing here either I got solution or not.

I have accepted capgemini loi for senior analyst role and adapt training program has started from 29th dec 2021. I received a mail from capgemini with login credentials for adapt training program. I have completed some modules and wrote the pre assessment test also. but after a week when I tried to login to my adapt account it is showing my account has been inactivated or blocked. Now without my account I cannot complete the adapt training. I don't know the reason why my account is deactivated. I have mailed capgemini adapt team (adapt.[protected]@capgemini.com) continuously but I never got proper response. please tell me what to now? who is the right person to ask? help me by resolving the issue as soon as possible. thank you in advance

I have accepted capgemini loi for senior analyst role and adapt training program has started from 29th dec 2021. I received a mail from capgemini with login credentials for adapt training program. i too had trouble logging in and they resolved it in a few hours.

Hello, this is Panjala Ruthwik bearing candidate ID 5324560/597277 actually my date of joining was 21/12/2021, On that day my onboarding was not finished and I was informed to join for next joining may I know when is my next joining date awaiting for your response.
Actually my HR didn't make it happen it's very sad for my after completion of my exam and interview.

Same problem. My DOJ has been revised multiple times from 24/01/2022 to 25/01/2022 then from 25/01/2022 to 31/01/2022 And Onboarding request has been initiated with me submitting all documents but never got the weblink to complete my virtual onboarding

I was an employee there the month of Nov, was told I would get paid twice a month. After 3 weeks of working, I never received my paycheck, I contacted multi-sources yet no one has contacted me back.

I have attended interview for "UI Angular" position and the next day I received call form HR for the salary discussion. I received an email for submitting the required documents on Dec 14, 2021 and to this day I am trying to reach through phone call and emails though I never got any response through call, she mentioned over email that the BU Approval is pending, and somehow when I called today she received and told me that we are not processing your candidature without any reason.

How can a reputated company like Capgemini can treat candidates this was and after all the process just say they are not taking it forward?

I accepted the LOI and submitted documents before 3 weeks. I didn't get any further information about the onboarding process. I called HR back they didn't respond properly. I complain through e-mail also they didn't respond properly.

This is to bring to your attention that Jagruti Padhee has joined Capgemini in July'21 as Consultant/B2 - Testing.
She has forged her documents while joining.
She has no IT experience, however provided 5 years of fake IT experience from Nexus Technologies, Pune with fake payslips/Form16.
This organization is paid heavily to clear the BGV.
Hope appropriate verification is done and capgemini work towards saving it's company values.

My interview was scheduled and in the initial discussion I asked them to schedule a call if the package is some x amount and after that the call was scheduled and I was informed that I was selected and informed that the file got approved and will get offer letter in 3 days. On the very next day they called again and told that we cannot afford the amount requested by you and told that it was rejected. If they cannot afford the amount that I initially asked then they should not have scheduled a call and then inform me that I am selected. And the worst part is that they simply said that sorry miss communication happened in our initial call. So request you to please pick this complaint on priority and take an action so that such cases cannot be repeated.

Capgemini did all rounds and collected the required documents and they said will share the offer letter when last date is very close to it because people will find another job using this offer and I said yes and didn't searched for any other job
Now my notice period is getting over in another 20 days I am keep on calling recruiter and emails no response please find the attached issue

I have requested them to [protected]@allsectech.com, retiralshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com to provide my exp letter with Roles and the request ID is RID-9702-[protected] on 22 NOV 2021 and they have not email back about letter and never provided experience letters.

I am not sure what they will achive by harrassing ex-employees like this.They are just sending automated emails which i more frustrating.

I have contacted smruthi pattanayak (MY HR) and postponed my joining date and she said I will receive a mail with new DOJ. It's been 2 months yet I didn't receive any. I contacted her again and she said she is no longer my HR and I will receive mail by someone else. But I didn't receive it yet! I'm worried.
