Respected sir,

I am uday, I applied for Capgemini off campus recruitment . I cleared first round and I got mail from Capgemini. To give interview at scheduled time 7- 7-2021 slot 10-11am . but am unable to attend because of, I couldn't get chance to join the call in the scheduled time. Tried multiple times joining the link but unable to show up.

Hence, Kindly reschedule my interview.

    The PF transfer has not reflecting in my passbook. I had been to PF office and the case worker mentioned to come with a complete annexure k so that he will be able to process as even he could not see this transfer happened in my passbook..

      I have initiated PF transfer from capgemini PF account to HCL PF account and the same seems have got approved, In EPFO portal I can see the status as Accepted by Field Office and also I got the update from capgemini support team that the transfer is approved and also the amount is also transferred to HCL PF account and they have also sent annexure-K . But when I checked with the HCL PF team they said amount is not credited yet and they were asking me for the below three details.

      I have been following up with the capgemini team for almost 3 months but i am not getting proper response on the same. Requesting you to kindly help me with below details.

      1. Payee Bank name
      2. Payee Bank a/c no.
      3. Cheque no. & date/ UTR no.( mandatory)

        The place is unsuitable to work as managers talk were arrogantly and there is no work ethics. they just blame and threaten. As heard capgemini is employee friendly is false i did not see anything as such. i would request people pls do not join this company as it is dirty environment to work.

        i would request top management to look into very deeply on every department there are some dirty managers where they are spoiling the environment and name of the company.

        True buddy, I agree with you.When we report this unethical things to the next level, they say that it happens everywhere.I had experienced it.
        I was threatened by the manager in the call saying that it affects my career.

          It's been around 2 months since I am being interviewed at Capgemini. I have cleared all my rounds and had salary discussion. I have also submitted my documents but still haven't received my offer letter. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times but still no response. Why do they even call us for interview when there is no intent to provide the offer letter.

          Please look into this.

            Hi There,

            I was interviewed for the FATCA & CRS contractual project from Nityo Infotech on 27th May 2021.

            I have not received any response yet, Nityo Infotech. On contacting Nityo Infotech they are stating that they are awaiting for a feedback from the interviewer.

            I have sent mail requesting a feedback, but the mail is yet to be responded.

                My Emp ID 46056393 relieved on June 28 2021 from Capgemini.I have got reliving letter but didn't get service and experience letter. I mailed to Capgemini offboarding services but there is no response.

                  candidate with employee ID 46052999 has provided you a fake certificate (from fake company) this company will give background verification on phone but not if you reach the same at doorstep. this company provide fake experience certificate on chargeable basis. if you have doubt plz visit company or ask candidate to provide bank statement and verify the same at bank....

                  I had many interviews from Capgemini . The interviews went the best . They gave me feedback also saying, we are good to start with you as ur technical skills are strong ..
                  After the first round I didn't get response from them . I myself asked them the update as I had got a v good feedback from teachnical lead . They said sorry u r technically weak even though u have 4+ experience . I was shocked . First of all I have only 2 yrs exp .plus the same person on interview told me that u r very strong technically for ur small Experience . Then I left it there . After 2 days the same interview team scheduled an HR round interview with me . I was shocked . They called me & said there's was mistake so we r taking ur HR round . I waited at the time . But no panel members showed up . I wrote an email to them saying is this rescheduled or something . They said u did a no show hence we cannot move forward with ur candidature . I had never seen such irresponsible HR team ever . It was them who did a no show . Plus the technical lead said I am technically strong and the HR said ur name was rejected bcz u were weak . They don't even know what exactly they are doing . Don't waste people's time and make them excited when I really don't want to hire anyone .

                    Hello Team,

                    Greetings.

                    After getting a call from Talent Acquisition Team from Capgemini, discussing my expected CTC the interview process was further carried out(after the basic screening)

                    I appeared for the L1 and L2 rounds of Interview for SAP BASIS domain on 14th May and 25th May respectively.

                    After clearing both the rounds of interview, I had a discussion with the concerned HR person from Capgemini on 2nd June regarding CTC where he said that he will proceed ahead with the approvals.
                    All the documents were shared on the same day over email.

                    After that I did not hear from him in spite of multiple follow ups over the phone and email.

                    Yesterday, I sent an email expecting a reply from him and to my luck he replied that he is not getting the approval from Business for the discussed CTC. After that, he did not even discuss the negotiation.

                    Just a concern, it took him almost 22 days to get back with the above mentioned statement.

                    Just for the information, he agreed over the first call which was on 2nd June where he offered me x CTC to which I asked to take approval for x+50K CTC and now he is saying he's not able to get approval for x CTC which is strange and asking me if I'm fine with x-50K CTC

                    To add to the above statement, he, being an employee of Capgemini, said that I should go ahead with the offer I am holding for another MNC.

                    This is really unprofessional plus waste of time for the interviewers, interviewee and the team involved.

                    I, at least, expect a timely reply from the concerned person.

                    I have been getting multiple calls from Capgemini but the in progress candidature is restricting me to appear for other good opportunities/projects.

                    Please look into this matter.

                                  HR not responding on Joining date Issue

                                  I got selected in Capgemini & received offer letter from them, but the date of joining was mentioned as after 30 days. During the HR discussion I have clearly mentioned that my current company has a notice period of 3 months, also at the time of document submission I have mentioned my current company notice period in my documents.                                   I am an ex-employee of Capgemini, left the company in 2018. The employee there registered my PAN and bank details incorrect. On 17th May 2021, I emailed them to create a Bank KYC request since I was not able to create it from my side o[censored]AN Portal because of some tech trouble.

                                  The PF work of Capgemini has been handed over to a company called AllSecTech. After 10 days of literally begging they create Bank KYC request for me which is pending for digital E-signing since 25th May.

                                  Capgemini/AllSecTech employees never replies on time, They are so lazy and incompetent that they don't even read the mail chain to understand the issues. If at all they replied to my mails, they always misguided me and said they will look into the issue.

                                  It"s been 22 days and only get a on liner response from them saying 'they will update shortly' and their shortly takes 7-10 days of response.

                                  Even I tried reaching to all escalation levels, but nobody responded.
