      Service letter / experience letter

      Hi,

      This is Nandini Priyanka Kapalavai ( Employee id:[protected].
      My last working day in Capgemini was 12th April 2021. It's been 46 days and I haven't heard anything from the offboarding team regarding my experience letter. I need the experience letter for my current employment. I wrote a mail to offboarding team a week back and I have sent 4 follow-up mails as well. But I have not received any reply yet. Please help...

        Hi,

        I have been mailing Capgemini to settle my PF amount, all the necessary documents have been attached. The first mail dated March 9, 2021 for which further documents were asked and I have provided them too. After multiple follow ups in the frequency of about one follow up each week, i escalated the issue to escalation mail ID for which they assigned a person and asked him to process the PF amount within a week. Even then there is no response or action after that. Please assist me in getting my PF amount settled from Capgemini.

          I attended interview 3rd of May 2021, after 7 days Hr called me for HR DISCUSSION and annual CTC, date of joining everything was discussed, he told me to share current company compensation letter for future discussion and told within 2 days he will share link for documents upload, I keep on hope and waited for 7 days, when I not received any link I called to that person he told me tomorrow u will get, after one day when I called he behaving like unknown to me and telling I will msg you and in msg he replies position is on hold .
          My query is if you guys don’t know the position then why doing timepass with us .
          Why you guys took my documents if you are not processing anything .
          Why you guys giving hope and after that saying no .
          Senior management is responsible for this thinks, those HR are thinking they are only the employees rather than others

          Worst management.- worst HR - have some professional behaviour

            For the Final Assessment when I started my test on 10th May, It had only one Section English and test is finished after it.

            And no other sections were there, to me it looks like a technical issue.

            It's your responsibility to give me another test link so that I can give my test again and don't loose my opportunity

              Actually my doj was on 15th April but due to certificate late from my college i requested hr to reschedule and he accepted, then on 17th i submitted my certificates and hr mentioned that results are forwarded to concerned team and will be mapped to next batch .But till now there is no any updates i send mails to hr and support team to but there is no any kind of reply from them.

              Can any one help me out from this

                  I have made PF transfer request but pf is not transfer from company.
                  when I contacted concern PF office they said tour transfer request is accepted from our side but amount is not transferred from you organization.When I contact organization through theire retire desk portal many time I got false commitment from last 1 year.
                  Commitment like we will transfer the amount after 15 days. now almost 1 year has passed they have not transferred my amount.

                  Can you take the strict action against them.

                    Hello,
                    I am Maheshwari, I got selected to the Capgemini more than a month ago March mid week 2021, my package and everything was discussed and was waiting for offer letter to be released after a week asked me to submit complete bank statements I did it, waited for a week dint get any response from HR and I left all hope, suddenly after a month on April 25th 2021 got a text from HR asking what is your notice period, I replied him he said he will be releasing the offer letter, it has been 4 days again still my offer letter not released.I just wanted to confirm whether they are going to release my offer letter or no, or they just wanted to play with the emotions of candidates

                      I had an interview on 3rd April 2021 for SAP ABAP(BODS). I was requested to submit the BGV forms and other documents on 7th April 2021 by the talent acquisition team and I had shared the documents for the same on 8th April. I have contacted the team over email is there any need of documents re-submission and i haven't got any response.

                      I haven't received any call from the HR post for the submission of the documents yet. Can you please let me know the status of my profile or the point of contact to get details.

                        I joined Capgemini in 2019 and since December 2019 I’m working for client project. And now my manager suddenly transferring from one project to another one without my concern. Also he has given me termination threat, I’m having all the evidence of his threat. He is mentally torturing me. I don’t want to work under this kind of people. I have worked so hard and given my 100% efforts in last one and half years for this project. But now getting pissed off by his termination threat.
                        Please help me out in this as this is severe issue in an organisation.

                          PF Settlement issue

                          I am a ex employee of Capgemini. Capgemini PF Team Pune wrongly updated my DOE for my PF account due to which my service and EPS transfer get failed. I requested them to correct the same and submitted the join declaration form along with documents which has to verified and submit to RPFO by them.

                          After submitting documents i mailed them to confirm about the receipt of document and request them to process further.

                          PF team didn't even read my mail properly. They respond irrelevant to my mail.(Saying PF has been Settled) I already aware PF has been settled but I am wondering about service and EPS transfer which got failed due to incorrect DOE for which i am doing this process

                          PF team only responds over mail, their contact number(personal as well as extension) not available. What if someone wants have conversation to make them understand the actual issue.

                          I am facing the same problem. Capegemini retiral team is so pathetic that they are not responding to the mail for 10-20 days. They Entered my KYC details in PF account wrongly and it's been a 25 days of following to make the correction, only response I receive is a ticket number and sometime, they have corrected vthe records when they have not.

                              Hi, I have raised request to settle my pf last one year back.After so many mails the initiated on Jan2021, and recieved mail with Annexure-k .when I checked with current employer, they confirmed still not received amount.i stated to send mail and raised number of request in portal but still not received any required information.i just asked transaction details along with NEFT no, if really transfer I don't why they are give details.few time they provide dummy cheque/reference numbers which is happen long back or not relavent information.I used all possible ways and sent more than 50 mails from past 3 months but no use.i don't know why they given escalation details which is no use .

                                Since October 2020, I m following with Capgemini PF Team for my PF transfer but still not received, earlier I was getting reply from there side but now they stop to send reply also. As per PF grievance they said send email to Narendra Ladole but he is also not replying. Spoken with everyone in Capgemini and exchange more than 50 emails but still they have not transferred my PF.
