I gotthe acknowledge email stating that I will be receiving settlement amount in 10 to 15 days. Till now I have not received it neither I am getting any reply to my emails

    Myself Anu, a new joinee was mentally harassed by the HR manager Srinivas and program manager before joining itself for Hyderabad location.HR has approved for a CTC and started negotiating before 2 days of joining. Rigorous phone calls were made daily morning n evening, simply playing around to negotiate one side and on otherside the CTC was approved.

    This is a big remark on the organisation and the HR team to treat an experienced employee in such a way.

    Request the concerned team to take immediate action against them

        Emp id 46018791 harish This employee produced fake documents like 4 years experience certificates and form 16, Still working in Capgemini Bangalore now working in home.Please take action against cadidature and save the company standards.. Kindly check with the employee then you will know the truth Why you didn't cross with the candidate and how they cleared the background verification. I know very well the candidate produced the fake documents. Let's see how soon Capgemini will take the action against the employee and he is sharing company information agrinest company rules ease take action as soon as possible.

          Hi A guy with name Harish Y he joined with fake experience certificates of previous company 4 years fake experience certificates submitted and joined in cap gemini last year in Informatica admin project in banglore location.he has paid 20000 to get these all fake documents and he harrassed girls still he is working with same informatica admin project in capgemini banglore before he worked in bpo project but he put fake documents with other company please take action immediately because of him so many girls suffering and it is againnest of compdny policies also.His employee I'd 46018791

              I have filed request to transfer my PF (PUPUN[protected]E0070025) into current PF (THVSH[protected] account on 27th October 2020 but still have not received any amount. Following with PF office, Capgemini Staff and my Current Company Staff but no positive response has been received as on date. I have visited Vashi PF dept. also but they have not taken my application and ask me to drop in the box. File 2 times grievance, in the last grievance, officer has suggested me to drop email to Mr. Narendra Lahore (narendra.[protected]@capgemini.com), I did it but still not received any respond. Request your help and suggest.

                Hi Team,

                One of the worst PF withdrawal process.
                I am chasing them from last more then 2 months and they are not even responding to it. I have tried 1st, 2nd, 3rd level of esclation however no one responding to it. I tried to call on the number they share however that number is not working at all.

                I literally can not believe that this is capgemini in which i used to work.

                  I checked this my Present company accenture and i got reply from accenture PF support is "Kindly inform your previous employer to update the DOL in the EPFO portal, post you will be able to initiate the transfer process online.If you have any further queries related to PF"

                    I'm trying to get my PF Claim from Capgemini since May 2020. I've mailed the document via Speed Post. I waited for 3 months, and didn't get any response. Hence I mailed to them to check the status. At that time they told due to Covid-19 they couldn't collect the same and asked me to scan and sent it over email. Since then I'm mailing the documents. I've mailed it at least 5-6 times and each time a new person will be responding to my queries and asks me to send it over again. this is happening since August till date. I'm fed up with these guys. I even Emailed to the escalation Level 1, Level 2 also. But still no response. I've wasted so much time, effort behind this. I'm in big trouble and I need this amount to be credited to my account asap.

                        I am writing this with regards to my PF issue which is going on since last 2 years. I am facing some financial issues because of salary cut down.

                        I am an Ex-employee of Capgemini India, left the organization on 8th August 2018, since then I am trying to transfer my PF to current PF account but even after sending 100+ emails I am not getting proper and correct response from PF team.

                        In 2019 when I started my PF transfer procedure I submitted Form 13 to office and within 3 months my PF cheque was released from CG trust and sent to EPFO Thane office. My current employer’s PF team got that cheque back from EPFO Thane office saying, they have stopped accepting cheque for any PF transfers.

                        I informed this to CG PF team immediately but they were sending Annexure K with same old cheque details (Not valid any more) and after a long time of 3-4 months when they understood the concern, they started giving me same reply “We have processed your PF claimed same has been send the NEFT payment advice to Authorized signature. We would request you to wait for some time”. Since then I am sending them reminders to get the update and they are telling me same stuff after every 2 emails from last 2 years.

                        I also followed up with new vendor Allsec by sending them emails as per escalation matrix given by CG, but no satisfactory reply from them as well. When I checked on portal for my PF balance, balance is showing Rs 110.

                        I did not received any amount from previous employer and they are showing no balance in my account. Could you please help me with my PF amount and transfer/ withdraw.

                        I am not getting response from Narendra Ladole, even after sending reminders. My PF is showing 110Rs. and no one bothered to reply back on my email.

                          PF Amount not credited to current account

                          I was working with Capgemini. And due to work load i was so much depressed.
                          Manager behaviour was not good, it was always dominating. Use to laugh among all colleagues.
                          Due to that i was in a depression, so without servicing the notice i left the organisation and i didn't ask any reliving letter. After 6-7 month company has sent sattlement document that i have to pay 1.3 lakh.

                          The asset was already taken from me.i got the slip as well.

                          I am ready to pay the basic for the 3 month, why i need to pay HRA and other allowance.

                          I didn't sign any bond with company. And i was a member of 8-7 people in team so i don't thing there was any lose as all of them were productive.

                          If i don't pay the notice period sattlement, is there any possibility where company can file case against me?

                            I have raised request to withdraw my PF amount since October 2020. They are not processing at all and saying we are not able to find your employment details. This is the way an MNC company is running.

                              Due to some reasons I had to leave my job after 6 years of service in CapGemini on 3rd Oct 2019. After submitting the gratuity form, I expected them to send the amount with FnF but it never came. Its been more than 1 year and still no response or action has been taken from their side. No replies provided to the emails sent.

                                PF did not transfer since 1 year

                                I have applied for PF transfer in December 2019 and I received mail in March 2020 saying that PF transfer is processed and status showing as settled, but till now PF transfer amount is not credited into my current PF account.
                                Raised Grievance in EPF and they said my previous employer needs to submit the original copy of annexure-k along with bank details duly attested by employer at Gurgaon PF office, but till now its not submitted....

                                I have applied for pf transfer and its been more than 2 years, but still my pf is not transferred yet, when i started following them, they are keep changing their words, it looks like i will not get my PF .

                                when i checked status in epfo portal it shows me status settled with amount 0 INR but it should be more.
