Hi Team,

As per below mentioned highlighted PF status, I am not able to find the PF amount status. As per Allsec, they suppose to merge my both the account which is from CAPGEMINI only but still not received any update. First account is from August 2015 to March 2017 and from April 2017 to November 2019 as I have moved from FS to IMS. Find below PF details for your reference.

    I am Akasmita Samantaray, Employee ID[protected], payroll - i2nexus, Got released from the project From Capgemini And may 13 2020 was my last working day. As per the rule and terms given to me the FFS should be done within 60 days of the last working day . I understand that because of this pandemic this process may take more time than usual. So I waited till 3 months. I tried to contact HR from i2nexus about the payment but she denied every time saying we didn't get a payment from CAPGEMINI. This is October and it's been the 6th month but still we didn't get the payment. I2NEXUS is accusing Capgemini for not paying the FFS amount.
    This is the 2nd email I'm writing to you about this concern. But still I didn't get any update from anyone . Of course Capgemini is one of the MNC still we are suffering like this . We want our payment because we earned that and I think it's illegal to hold someone's earnings without any reason.

    You can find the attachment for mails i2nexus clearly mentioned that Capgemini didn't pay them. And every time we are looping you to escalate this issue our consultancy is telling not to loop you . We sent several mails looping subconmanagement teams but still we didn't get a single reply for the above issue .I think management took all these for granted .

      I was employed with Capgemini from July 2010 to July 2012 as associate consultant.
      i had applied for full and final settlement of PF through the submission of 10C and other forms requested by the firm in 2018

      I haven't receive the PF amount neither in the form of a check nor was deposited into my bank account.

      when I checked, they said that account has zero balance and PF amount has already been withdrawn.

      I want to know why the account balance is zero and to which account the amount was transferred and the transaction receipt.

      kindly look into this matter as there is a misunderstanding and I have not received the deposit.

        I have requested for my PF to be transferred to my new account. I left the company in 2018 and I have been following up for several months but the matter is not yet closed.

          No response - PF Related for ex employee

          I really had a bad experience from Capgemini retirals team.
          I was one of the ex employee of capgemini. When i want to transfer the PF amount, PF portal did not allow me to do it, because it has some missing information for my profile which can be updated through cagemini support.

          Till now i have sent more than 30 mails since feb 2020 to oct 2020. But for every 3 responses - the conversation starts from the begining....

          As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer PF which is maintained by EPFO.

          I can see the status of the request in the EPFO as completed but the transferred amount is 0. I have checked with the EPFO team and they have told me that this is what they have received from Capgemini and I need to contact Capgemini for an original copy of Annexure K and transaction details.

          I left capgemini in dec 2019 and i have requested for pf transfer by filling online pf transfer form and submitted the form to cgretirals id. Its been more than 4 months now and my pf is not transferred yet and also i am not getting any response from concern team after taking followup also continuously.

                I’m resigned from CapGemini on last year August. I’m keep on asking them to transfer my PF money to current organisation account they are not responding. It’s been 8 months that I’m trying to get my PF money back.

                  Dear sir/ madam, i worked in capgemini from auguest 2015 to november 2018.. Employee id: 80843, pf no. : pu/pun/31643/00e/187213. I am trying to apply for my pf transfer to may current organization but my details are missing in the pf portal from capgemini end. I am sending mail to them form past 4 months (More than 50 mails) but there isnt a single reply from them. I dont know whom to approach and what to do. Please help me in this.                       I had submitted form 13 to my current employer for pf transfer from capgemini trust account to my current account in dec 2019. After few months when i checked with my current employer they told me to contact capgemini office and get annexure k and they also said pf transfer is already intiated from their side. My employee id in capgemini was 88696. I have dropped several emails and also tried to call on all available nos to get a response...

                        I was part of capgemini from 25 oct 2016 to 28 may 2018. Once i left capgemini and joined another company i started process to transfer my pf. But after 2 years also i m not able to done pf transfer because capgemini does not replying on email. I sent around 100+ email even i got tickets no but no response.

                        I request autherity to make some rule for companies who manage the pf as trust so people will not be suffer to get there hard work money.
