As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer PF which is maintained by EPFO.
I can see the status of the request in the EPFO as completed but the transferred amount is 0. I have checked with the EPFO team and they have told me that this is what they have received from Capgemini and I need to contact Capgemini for an original copy of Annexure K and transaction details.
I have been in touch with the Capgemini retirals team and because I have not been able to get any answers from the team for the last 1 month, I have escalated this to the highest level but I have still not received even an acknowledgment of the complaint and hence I am raising a complaint here.
After numerous follow-ups with the retirals team, I have just received a copy of Annexure K which is not original and doesn't mention anything related to transaction details. I have requested them n number of times to share the original copy of Annexure K but they have been turning a blind eye to my request and they keep on sharing the same Annexure K again which is of no use to the EPFO team as well as my current employer.
I have lately also received one email which mentions cheque number.

Escalation matrix for PF in Capgemini to which I have already dropped an email and I have not got any response. This is as per the mail which I had received from Capgemini mention the escalation matrix

I am also sharing a copy of Annexure K from EPFO which mentions that the amount transferred is 0.

Capgemini customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Not getting any single response from CAPGEMINI team. Please look into this issue.
Still not received any confirmation from Capgemini and from your end. Kindly check and let me know the status.
