Hi capgemini team (Noida sector 82),

This is regarding the offer letter in capgemini,, i got selected in march and received the email from hr (Yashi saxena) for submitting documents, i shared all the documents and she also discussed the package over the phone, she also sent me a confirmation email mentiong "i am shortlisted for the position", she asked me to join on 20th march and i agreed to join on that day, she also confirmed that she will release the offer letter within 2-3 days, but she didn't send me the offer letter and she said that it is pending for approval, since i didn't get the offer letter after 2 months, i sent an email to hr keeping the manager in cc so she replied that hiring in on hold and she will contact me when hiring will be resumed, it has been 5 months, but i still didn't get the offer letter, should i wait for the offer letter to release or should i again appear for the interview in capgemini as i really want to join this company,

Uppalapati pavani (Role: tester) was submitted fake experienced documents. Changed the experienced documents dates in photoshop. Ask her to to submit hard copy. Nearly 6 months completed

Hi, i got selected in capgemini on may 3st week 2020.
Hr gave the confirmation i got selected.
Then i have submitted my documents. After that i got a call from hr, he asked about salary expectation. I told my expectation. After 10 days i called him and asked about my status of candidature.

Hr told, all the position went on hold.. Because of few budget control.
Really i m confused about this..

My interview was started on may 7 and completed on may 20nd.
I have attended 5 levels.
1. Technical
2. Technical
3. Manager round.
4. Hr round
Finally hr told all the position went on hold.
Because of covid.

Is it true or not?

Please kindly give me the correct information?

I have sent all required documents long back to the given location but they is no response from capgemini for status and they blocked my email.

Due to current pandemic situation it is very important to withdraw my pf

He was worked as tutor in mvj college but he created one of company details from pune for fake experience. His placement process started and last week candidate verification call was done from company side, please stop such illegal entry in such good company and protect the comapany reputation.

A recruiter found me on naukari site the name of the person is kartik (Karthik. [protected]@capgemini.com), and then, set up an initial l1 interview with the peers. The initial contact was a phone screen regarding the job location, title, salary, etc.in banglore after that, he set up the meetings with peers for the interview.

The interview was too good, but one thing which i feel bad interviewer asked me salary while this is the part of the hr department, so why interviewer asked me salary during an interview, this is totally not good for any candidate because if the candidate expectation is greater than the interviewer salary then definitely he will not hire that candidate that means.

After interview:-

then, kartik hr contact me again to tell that they are willing to offer less salary 14lpa than that was decided
- i said yes, and they asked me joining date
- i provided the next week date itself
- but i never heard back from them afterward.
- i tried to contact kartik, but he is not willing to reply

Very unprofessional behavior and bad experience. I don't know were they just wasting my time.

I am lincy the ex capgemini employee and my emp id was 45650_fs and 128576. I resigned in 2018 and since may 2019 i have been trying to withdraw my pf from capegemini.
I sent my pf withdrawal forms to below pf department 1 year back i. E 5th may 2019 and
After that i have been constantly following up through emails and over phone but no response received from them.
I have also posted the required docs via speed post.
Its one year and no update.
I just get a response
We are processing your pf
I also raised a pf grievance ticket, but they said they cant help as its an establishment.
I wrote back to capgemini and no response.

Please help me this kind of issue.

I have selected as a devops engineer in the march month mean women's day drive. And the second week of march hr called me and we had a discussion about salary after she took all the documents.

It's been 4 months till date their is no single update from her. But we really trust the capgemini norms and services. We only bother that hr should respond on the offer, hr is very careless about other lives and hope.

I have reached to 'cgretiralsservices' team to get my pf statement but they have responded me back they do not have any idea for those employee who has left the company before 2016.
Then who will take care of pf they do not have any idea. I had an information that they are keeping the pf money in trust but these kind of activity in not at all trustworthy.
I am feeling cheated as capgemini is not responding back.
Any mail id of any team or person with whom i can approach to initiate my pf transfer and pf statement.

Hi team,

My name is karthik former capgemini employee. This complaint is regarding one of my colleagues pf withdrawal. Her name is supreetha (Supreetha. [protected]@gmail.com) and her employee number is 153797, she has also left the company on may 6th 2019. She had submitted the withdrawal letter along with the bank passbook copy and pan card. While filling the form she has added one extra zero in the beginning of her bank account number. Pf team has check only the manually filled form and not cross check the account details from the passbook then why is the passbook included in the withdrawal mandatory documents. It’s almost been a year the pf team is so irresponsible to sort out this issue and transfer the money to the correct account number. The pf team is stating they have transferred the money to the account number mentioned in the form and it’s incorrect so the transaction would have been failed and also not giving any transaction id so that we could get it checked once from the bank. I request you to look into it and fix this issue asapif not i’ll have to bring this issue to the notice of the capegemini india ceo. Hoping for a positive response. Thank you in advance.

My manager taking vulgar language to me thats why i was resigned my job .but still she is not giving my experience doccuments and putting my mobile number in block list.

She told lie that her grandmother is i'll & she is going to her village & after that she joined your company so that kindly investigate the same & take necessary action...

My name is yamini tara. My offer letter has been revised thrice. As per latest offer letter my joining date is 4the april 2020. Due to coronavirus the onboarding where taken virtually. One of my colleague who applied for same job got the offer and her onboarding has been completed.
Mine still i haven't received any virtual link nor any response from onboarding team.

As per the company policy of 90 days, prior notice of resignation was given on 25.11.2019. And the last working date was on 21.02.2020. Reason being medical emergency, my medical emergency date was on 03.02.2020. I had applied for medical leave letter (Early release permission letter) on 27.01.2020. As per the instruction of my manager, all relevant medical documents were submitted on 27.01.2020. Since then no communication was received from the company. I had also asked for early release on 01.02.2020 (As medical leave date prescribed was 03.01.2020). Company manager has asked me to go on leave by applying lop and not on medical leave on 31.01.2020. Via whatsapp. And yet no official communication was given. Accordingly, i went on leave from 03.02.2020. As demanded by manager on watsapp i have returned all company's id on 31.01.2020. After that i have not joined the company as they have taken my all id's. On 21.02.2020 i completed my exit formalities also as told by manager and hr. On 24.02.2020 company demanded from me rs. 10, 141.51 as a compensation for lwp/ lop of 21 days (By mail). Since it was my first job, i had done all the procedures on manager and hr direction. Now company is neither issuing me my release letter and experience letter, nor they are responding to my any of the mails.
Expect you to kindly redress the grievieance at the earliest and help me out.

Claim is settled but 0 amount is credited to my current pf account. Attaching screenshot (2) for more information.

Even after going with the procedure they are not doing things properly.
