Recently i was selected for the capgemini and the hr discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I have provided the required documents and i got call from another hr that the one took my hr round is facing some medical issues hence he will be taking my candidature ahead and since then i dropped several emails, numerous calls nade to hr dept but there is no response in 2 months. It was a matter of releasing offer letter to them. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter. My details as follows:

    hr not responding after taking documents

    Hi,
    I have cleared two technical rounds of capgemini later i got email that for hr discussion need to submit document but then i got call from hr to share documents.
    I shared all documents experience letter, educational documents etc but been 15days they not responding anything even after dropping them email.
    They can miss use documents...

    Here is the issue, capgemini holds their employee pf amount into their own pf trust, however, i have been chasing them giving proper documents to transfer.
    While they collect everything and end up doing nothing from past a years.

    Why do the firstly hold into their trust, why its not transferred on time as expected.

      Hi,

      I joined capgemini on 5th july 2018 and as mentioned in my offer letter i was eligible to get the deferred bonus of 10000rs every 3 month for an year. It was given to me till april 2019 (I. E 3 times) but for the last cycle they have not provided my deferred bonus. I asked for the reason they told that it is due to some misplacement in there system. I left the company in october after continuosly following with them. At last they told that it will come in full and final settlement but i didnt received in that too. When again asked so some different person replied that he dont have any information about it.
      I dont know how the hr policy works and why the employee has to follow up for so long time. I want my full defferred bonus and want to take legal action against it.

        I have submitted written request for pf withdrawal in dec 2019. I did not receive any update on the same. I have tried several times via emails and calls previously from 2017 but had no response.

        I was employed in capgemini from 18th april 2017 to 31st august 2017. I have requested for my pf withdrawal many times but no response. My employee number is 078135...

        Hi,

        I left capgemini india pvt ltd on 27th feb 2019 and moved abroad (Sweden) due to employment.
        As i left country i wanted to withdraw my epf and eps amounts. As capgemini which is a it company doesn't have any online process i need to submit application form along with hard copies of supporting documents, which cost high if you send documents from abroad.

        However, i sent all requested documents and application form via a reputed courier service. I courier on 14th dec 2019, which was delivered on 19 dec 2019 as per details provided by courier company.

        When i contacted, first they said they did not received the application and asked me to send the documents again, which means arranging everything again and send via courier, which cost more as i live abroad.

        When confronted them and provided all proofs (Name and mobile no of the person who received the package in capgemini india office) they finally agreed after a month i. E. Around 17th jan 2020 that they did received the application and other supporting documents. They told me to wait and revert after 1 week.

        After 1 week, i send the reminder again asking them to provide update of my epf and eps applicatoin. However, they simply ignored and didn't bother to reploy.

        Its been 3 months now after sending the application and i don't know any update on it.

        Capgemini pf team is not bother to provide any update or even reply to my mails.

        It is so strange that global it company does not have an online portal for pf withdrawal. I suspect they have plan to take my hard earned the money and they must have done to other ex-employees also.

        Moreover, it is even strange that they do not have any process to register greviences of ex-employees.

        I request indian consumer complaints forum to help me get my money back from these thiefs.

          It has been a very bad experience with capgemini india. I have left capgemini on 2018 july. I did tried to claim the pf balance transfer to my current organization twice but, it seems capgemini is not interested to transfer my hard earned money. I have requested again 3 months ago in online to transfer the pf balance and it was approved by employer but still with field office.

          I was working in Capgemini before. From Last one year i am trying to transfer my capgemini's PF amount to my current company's PF. But Capgemini is unnecessarily delaying this process. They are also not giving any valid reason for the delay.

            I left capgemini on 21st july 2017 and after that have tried to transfer pf offline as they did not have any online facility. I had sent form 13 from my current organization but they did not transfer it yet.
            Now they have the online facility but they have not updated my date of exit yet in spite of repeated reminders so i am not able to transfer online.
            Please let me know how to solve this issue

            They are not updating Date of Exit in UAN portal. Due to which I am not able to trigger pf transfer request.

              Hi,

              Hemanth here, an ex employee of cg (66360) i applied for pf withdrawal in the month of november, but still i dont see the team responding properly for my queries. I dont understand who this guy called narayan is... He is least bothered..
              I am sure even this complaint of mine doesnt make any difference as this team will ignore as well (I know how things works as i worked in cg for 4 years).

              I made the team clear that i am not working in india and i am abroad so hence i want to withdraw my pf amount, the team come backs again and again saying that i need to transfer to the present employer. When i am not working anywhere, when my last date of my last company is updated in the records, how am i supposed to trasfer it? These guys doesnt make any sense what they talk...

              If you can resolve this issue, else ignore like how those guys are doing.

              But still before forgetting my pf money, which are struck in cg thought of letting the other people know how horrible pf department of cg works.

                I have submitted partial claim reimbursement. Query was raised to submit the documents which were shared with bajaj allainz as partial claim. They have sent all the original attested documents which we have posted to mediassist.

                But still mediassist is raising a query for original bill reciept. Bajaj allianz person has assured that all original documents related to partial claim have been sent.

                I have sent all the related documents including inpatient credit bill etc. Given by bajj allianz.

                Kindly advise.

                  gratuity amount - delaying the process

                  Hi Team,

                  I have submitted my Gratuity amount and till now Capgemini is not crediting my amount. I have transferred all the details. Mr. Naran Desai from Capgemini also confirms I will get the gratuity amount before the end of Dec 2019. Till now I have not received any credit. I left Capgemini in the month of Dec 2018.

                  There are no contact details to contact them, the only way is [protected]@excelityglobal.com....

                  This is nageswara prasad addepalli and relieved from capgemini on 17th jan 2019. I have applied for my pf withdrawal in the month of aug 2019 and its been 4 months but still i did not get my pf amount. Initially, i got the response to wait for 30-45 days and i waited for 120+ days still i did not get my pf amount. The worst part is they are not even responding to my followup mails.

                    Why my pf account (Pupun31643exm xxxxxx) is not linked to my uan number: 10xxxxxxxxxx.
                    And form 3a is also required for pf contribution which needs to be submitted at epfo office.

                    After multiple mails for 3 months still not getting proper response and no update.

                    Since 19th september and pf is stuck for 2.5 years

                      I resigned from capgemini in april 2015. I was told that i could withdraw my pf amount after 60 days or my funds could be transferred to new employer. For the past 16 months i have tried following up with the retiral services team at capgemini mumbai office but have not got resolution. It has been 1 year now and i am trying to withdraw my pf amount from capgemini.

                      The epfo site says "present employer has not made payment in your pf account."
                      When i contacted the cgretiral services they told me the previous check was not sent by mistake to of office and it expired. Now for the past 5 months i am being told by 1 ms pallavi that it will be transferred next week while there is no resolution yet. It is frustrating as they keep giving new reasons everytime.
                      Please help me out.

                      Capgemini PF office has not been responding to my complaint for 3 weeks now. Last communication received says that the Authorized signatory is yet to sign the cheque. I have made application almost 1.5years ago and I do not have any resolution yet. I need to register complaint with competent authority as Capgemini is not serious about resolution. May I know whom to raise the complaint to? Thankyou

                        I have raised request 2 months ago with excelity regrading my pf amount withdraw but still i didn't get any response from them like when can i receive the pf amount. I have forwarded all the requested form -16's of my first company also.

                        Recently i sent a follow up mail to them and got auto generated mail like response will get in 2-3 days. But even after 2-3 days also no one responded.

                        Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                            I need to transfer my pf to my current organization and as per the standard process from epfo, i requested [protected]@excelityglobal.com (As found in the capgemini website). However, the team seems very slow in responding to the emails and they ask me to use previous employer as attestation type and provide the pf account number as-is in the payslip. When i try the same, the get and error to "verify the mid". Does this mean the capgemini pf trust isn't providing clear details to the ex-employee? Can you please help speedup this process?

                                My employee id: 77445_fs its been more than 6 months now that i have submitted of withdrawal application and send so many follow up emails to know the status but hardly get a response stating under process and no further updates. This is really frustrating to send regular follow up emails and no one is concerned about those emails and requests. I feel atleast machines might have a gratitude to revert back but why not employees working over there doesn't seem to have to respond back with status and expected completion date.

                                True. Its the worst service i have ever seen. In my case also, I am sending follow up mails everyday but hardly getting any response. I worked for capgemini for 13+ years and I am finding it very hard to get hard earned PF. cgretiralsservice is the worst service I have ever seen.

                                  I relieved from capgemini on june 12th 2019 and applied for pf settlement on 19th sep and got acknowledgement from pf team by stating that "it will take 30 to 45 working days to complete this request'. I made several follow up with cgretirals team up to today, they keep on replying the same template"it will take 30 to 45 working days and asked me to wait".in my case the sla is breached. Could you please help me to get this solved?
