Hi,
I left capgemini india pvt ltd on 27th feb 2019 and moved abroad (Sweden) due to employment.
As i left country i wanted to withdraw my epf and eps amounts. As capgemini which is a it company doesn't have any online process i need to submit application form along with hard copies of supporting documents, which cost high if you send documents from abroad.
However, i sent all requested documents and application form via a reputed courier service. I courier on 14th dec 2019, which was delivered on 19 dec 2019 as per details provided by courier company.
When i contacted, first they said they did not received the application and asked me to send the documents again, which means arranging everything again and send via courier, which cost more as i live abroad.
When confronted them and provided all proofs (Name and mobile no of the person who received the package in capgemini india office) they finally agreed after a month i. E. Around 17th jan 2020 that they did received the application and other supporting documents. They told me to wait and revert after 1 week.
After 1 week, i send the reminder again asking them to provide update of my epf and eps applicatoin. However, they simply ignored and didn't bother to reploy.
Its been 3 months now after sending the application and i don't know any update on it.
Capgemini pf team is not bother to provide any update or even reply to my mails.
It is so strange that global it company does not have an online portal for pf withdrawal. I suspect they have plan to take my hard earned the money and they must have done to other ex-employees also.
Moreover, it is even strange that they do not have any process to register greviences of ex-employees.
I request indian consumer complaints forum to help me get my money back from these thiefs.
