I have applied for pf settlement on 03rd sept 2019. I have received the pf amount details, however pf amount is not credited to my bank account. When i asked this qestion to cg retiral service desk they say they are unable to credit the amount, bank account not exists. My bank account is active. I have provided other bank account details after their request, after that there is no reply from them. I am chasing them on daily basis, but no response from the team. Please check this issue. My emp id 69180_fs.

I had applied for selenium testing role, online amcat test and technical round was cleared and then hr said you can leave for the day, we will send you the link for document upload, this was all done on 23rd nov 2019. It has been already 4 days and i was following up with the concerned person through mail but no response, today i got his call asking about notice period, when i said its 60 days he said currently there is requirement for immediate joiners and upto 30 days notice period. When i asked him you didn't inform him on the day of recruitment then his answer was you were so happy that day that's y he didn't told me, the so unprofessional answer i have ever heard.

They already had notice period details on my resume still they just wasted my time. These people are so unprofessional, they only know how to waste time of candidates.

It was walkin that day and this was totally unexpected.

I worked in capgemini, pune from dec 2017 to july 2019. Capgemini did not generate the uan number for my account. I joined the infosys in july 2019 so cabgemini is saying that asked your next employer to generate uan. But i want to withdraw my pf from capgemini but they are not allowing.

Please help me in that so i get my pf balance soon. Because i dont have uan so i can not transfer my pf from capgemini to infosys. So i directly want to withdraw my pf.

Please help.

My last working day was oct 11th 2019. Employee id was 82854. I have submitted my gratuity application on 25th september 2019 through speed post. Can you please let me know when i will get my gratuity amount. My joining date : april 23rd 2014. I have mailed my issue to excelity email id. But i didn't get any response. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Your employee budda srinivasa rao went out from the office with a lady in between 4 pm to 7 pm approximately in bangalore. He was not there at that time in the office. But when budda srinivasarao wife got suspection and enquired about him. The office generated that he was in office between 10.30 am to 10.30pm in the office by misleading her. So pleased take action on the candidate by spoiling the credibility of capgemini. Date he come out 31/10/19 between 4pm to 7pm, bangalore office, i don't know the place. I have submitted my pf transfer from capgemini to jpmc with below details,

I mailed multiple times for last 2 month, but they are only responding that the pf transfer is complete but they are providing annexure k for this transfer.

It looks like something fishy going on, that's why they are not able to provide annexure k.

Please help me on getting the annexure k from this unprofessional company capgemini.

I submitted all the required forms and documents for epf transfer from capgemini to my current employer pf account in january, 2018. And my current employer even received acknowledgement from epf office.

But cg didn't take any action. And now i have received a mail from them asking to settle this all soon or else my pg amount would be submitted to some elder welfare service.

Worst service ever. They don't take action on their side and then send such mails.

And then they suggest the process which needs logging in epfo site and initiating the process. But they haven't updated epf site with their details and hence i get error message telling that no details are available for past employer.

What can an employee do? Very disappointing and frustrating.

1. I had raised online request for my epf amount transfer on[protected] with tracking id: 999318051606240033808
2. Then on 30th august 2019 in an communication email, ruhi (Cg infocentre) just told me that, cg not supporting online transfer for epf amount transfer and requested me to send physical form through current employer.
3. Then i requested my current employer to send physical copy to cg. Which immediately rejected from your side that you are not supporting manual application.
4. Multiple times i have told you that, i have already raised both way. Manual way was rejected by you and online application is in submitted state from[protected].
5. As i have already submitted online transfer application on[protected], epf portal not allowing me to submit any further applications. Something i am telling multiple times.

After selection in capgemini pune, hr (Roshni tolani) called me up for salary negotiation and offered me a job. And she herself promised me to provide an offer letter after 2 days, that day she called me for 3-4 times and had a discussion with me and she was insisting me to submit my all docs as early as possible and on those call i have asked for multiple times, if i got selected or not?. She confirmed that i was selected. I have recorded those calls. After that i had asked her for e-mail confirmation and asked her that "should i drop a resign mail to my current company?" in order to relieve early, she replied me "yes, you can resign". After my resignation and submission of my docs to capgemini, there was no reply or call from their side. After so many times of follow ups and lengthy mails, one of their hrs (Shalu kataria) told me that, "demand from client side kept on a hold for some days, we will let you know". And finally i didn't get an offer letter from them. I was serving my notice period and missed my promotion from my current company. This is very unprofessional way of working, to push someone for resign and then hang that person without any clue.

I've been selected for the post of "Analyst" on the date of 16th February drive, 2019 (Ms. Pallabi Baruah was the authorized representative of the Capgemini on the date of examination) and conducted by Techno India College, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal.But, not yet received the LOI from your end till date. My serial number was 4 in your published list.Your kind intervention is required to get the LOI at an earliest opportunity.
An early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Hi i have attended interview in capgemini 2 times and getting selected for both the times, 1st time they said project is on hold hold, you will get call from other client, then i attended interview, cleared all the rounds on 20th september, on 21st of september hr asked me to submit all the documents and said i will get the offer on th same day, but till now i am not getting offer or any response, this behaviour is not at all expected..

My pf withdrawal is completed, however after providing all the documents also the calculation is not correct for tds.

20% of tds has been deducted and when asked for, nobody is responding on it. The pf team is not working as expected and the big organisation like capgemini should look into this aspect as well.

Before taking any next step, i expect the pf team to give me clarification on this.

A person named vishal singh, an employee of capgemini banglore, who made an outrageous and racist comments on south indians publicly on social media (Facebook) on a recent post by the hindu in which amit shah wanted to bring in hindi as a national language that can unite all indians.in that post, vishal singh added a comment stating "saying that doesn't make you tiger. You guys are dogs and will also be". The above comment was made by him on a fellow commentator who was opposing hindi to be a nation language. The comment made by him is "not acceptable". It made us (A person from southern india) deeply concerned and left ashamed of such sadistical behaviour of certain people who thinks, calls and treats south indians as dogs or slaves. I wanted to report you that you take appropriate measures to eradicate such behavioral persons that cause damage to our country. I am attaching the screenshots in order to be more specific. I am deeply hurt and feel ashamed of such people who criticise fellow citizens of the country because of their region, language and others. I need some action to be taken on this person.

Dear team,

Capgemini kolkata employee committed suicide due to tremendous humiliation at workplace and abusing language by his manager and senior manager.

He also wrote a suicide note and mentioned the name of person responsible for.

Several employee left the organisation just because of there torture and several employees are in mental depression...

I have submitted my application for pf withdrawal for more than 3 months. All documents are submitted and have been received (I got the mail about it) for last 2 months the cgretirals team is informing me that they are working on that. When i am asking them about eta they are unable to give me. Now a days they are not responding to my email at all.

Early morning dated: 3rd sep’19 around 5.45am/6.00am my brother meet with an accident near by hinjewadi fly over, there were two colleagues one sat near driver seat and other one at back side, vehicle made hyundai ascent, by god grace both employees of capgemini are safe with no injuries.
May be due to festive reason driver has drunk a lot before night and had no sleep during the night and as per schedule he came to pick up the employees in morning and during the drive the driver slept in between and meet with mishap which is totally not at all acceptable, request capgemini to take strict action against the cab services. Refer enclosed photographs.

I got selected in june 2018 interviews where hr has emailed me 3 times for the documentation. I waited around 1 yer for my offer letter. Atlast, i loosed my hope. I got many offers but just waited for capgi, pathetic situation, please do not play with some ones career like this. If you want i am ready to show the emails from hr

Lastly ambuj from kolkata, replied me that all the selected candidates where choosen in randomly and send the offer letter. What type of crap is this!

I have been selected for this company through an off-campus drive in the month of may. They sent me the loi a month later. But since then no further updates regarding the pre-assesment formalities have been shared with me, whereas my other fellow-mates from college who have also been selected through the same process have been updated. Myself being the only exception took me by surprise as well as shock. So i tried contacting the company through the mail id that they mention to be the only point of contact for fresher related queries. Weeks passed but no reply could be found. I shared my status with my college tpo, who also tried mailing the hr but he even was not replied. Now it has been 3 months and no reply from capgemini had been found to any of my mails. My only complaint is that if they do not want to hire me then they should at least take the trouble to let me know through just one simple mail. That would help me stop hoping or wasting my time. Being a mnc they take candidates for granted and let them hang in the middle of a broken bridge.

Torturing employees who left the organisation is not good on your part,

I have left the capgemini office in the year 2018 july.

Even then i am facing the torturing from capgemini hr getting all unwanted calls and following behind me and trapping all my activities in an illegal way.

I will give police complaint against the hr if all the activities are stopped.

Trapping all my personal activities and following behind with spects like person coming behind me all the day 24/7.

Will take a legal action against capgemini hr.

This drive was on 9th march 2019 held at pimpari chinchwad college of engineering nigadi pune.in hr round i submitted educational documents xerox copies and submit one form of capgemini also
But i did not get any mail regarding joining. I continuesly waiting and getting frustrated because now 4 months already completed from my interview date i request you please tell me regarding my joining.
