I have worked with capgemini india for a period of 2 years from[protected]. From 3 years i am following with them through mail regarding my pf money. They have not credited my money to the bank account nor it's been transferred to my pfo/uan account. The people in pf support capgemini is irresponsible. They don't care about our queries. They are cheating us.

I am Capgemini Employee and I accidentally/ mistakenly selected parental insurance while submitting and which I tried cancelling immediately, but it didn't the cancel request.
I do not want to add my parents for this insurance because which I already have made from outside and now it is waste of money here. For three months the insurance company is deducting nearly up to 9250 RS of amount from my salary account.
I do have my personal commitments like education loan and vehicle loan which I need to pay, there is short of money to pay those loans now and I cannot explain these things to bank now, where they do not listen to all this stuffs.
I spoke to 'N' number of people in mediassist and everyone answers the same that they cannot cancel the policy once it is opted.
This is ridiculous and stupid rules which is made by insurance company, it is individual decision and our money which we are paying it to you and we do not have any rights to cancel the policy.

I do not need any explanations on this anymore and I just my want money back on this what ever it is deducted for two months.

If so as per the prorated charges, deduct the money from the time I have opted and refund the amount immediately.

I got my offer letter in nov 2018 which mentioned my doj as 14 january. That's why i left my old job. Now my joining is delayed and i don't know when i will be joining. This is really frustrating. Can you please tell me how much more time it's going to take for my joining. Please inform me quickly as i really need a job and now i have a 3 months gap in my career without my mistake. This is highly irresponsible behaviour. Why do you give false doj if you can't make us join on that date.

I attended 1st round interview at capgemini india pvt. Ltd. Campus 6b, rmz ecospace in last week. I answered almost 70% questions. They told me that you are selected for second round interview. After a week i asked them interview scheduled for second round. They said that you are name is not list for 2nd round. I don't know what is going on. Recommendation or politics is working for selection process. I was really disappointed of the system of this company (Mnc).

I have selected 2 times with capgemini first time 7 months back and now on 9th march 2019 drive at hinjewadi for sap abap consultant profile. I have done will all rounds hr discussion and i have shared the requested documents to hr also but not getting any offer still it been 1 and 1/5 month now. It causes i am loosing hopes from capgemini and trust also.
Can you please help me out in this to get the offer

It's been 4 months (31/1/2019) when i cleared my all rounds. There is one telephonic round second face to face round i cleared all round and after i got an email within hours for document verification. I have immediately submitted all documents with scanned copies. But still, they are not replying & updating to emails.

At least from hr side, they should update the status. Now after reading the above responses, my hope is totally gone. Don't know such a big company & such an hr process.

Whenever i called hr or mail no response at least update me. Why they have taken my documents when they don't want to give offer letter & also wasted my 4 months due to which i lost another opportunity as well?
Why this is happening in such a big company this is harassing the candidates mentally m disturbed for too long i was mailing again and again to hr ankita gaur puneuge location hinjewadi phase3 but no response please i want an answer from the company

I am Karan Singh from Noida. My Salary account in the AXIS bank. Last day I checked my balance, they had cut the 897 rupees from my account written as a consolidated fee. This is the second time this has happened.

Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

Hi, i have booked a shop in gaur city center noida extension and paid 1 lac amount but after 2 month i was cancelled that shop. I went to gaur office and submitted all required documents and assured by mr. Ashwani refund manager that i'll get my refund amount within 90 days it's being more than 9 month but not getting refund amount i have called so many times to gaur customer care met so many times in office.
Send so many mails regarding the same but not getting my money back. This is the worst builder in my life and no body helping me.
Can some body tell me what should i do?

I was selected for the r2r process at capgemini on[protected] and the hr mr vivek. A. Thinakaran discussed with me regarding all the required documents. I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them but there was no progress made then i decided to reattend the interview once again for r2 r process on[protected] but hr. Vivek...

Yesterday, on 05.04.2019, i got a call from a recruiter named pooja mishra about an interview scheduled today 06.04.2019 at 4:30 pm at capgemini office at rajarhat, kolkata. I also got a call letter from her confirming the same. Today i reached the location at 4:11 pm sharp. The security personnel at the gate informed me that the interview time was at 4:00 pm and they cannot allow me inside as i was late. I showed them the call letter and they called the hr who also declined saying the same thing. I am very disappointed by their utter mismanagement. Is the company paying their hrs and recruiters for joking around?. Firstly, it takes a lot of money just to reach that place in a taxi. Also wastage of a lot of valuable time. And when i called the recruiter from the gate she didn't bother to even pick up the phone. Strict action should be taken for this plain harassment.

I tried reaching capgemini pf team to check why they are holding on the pf.
I sent multiple emails but they are not responding at all. I am based out of bangalore and the pf department is based out of Delhi hence i am not able to go in person to visit them.
As I can see, the details have not been updated on EPFO portal.

My last working day was 3rd October 2018 and all the exit clearance has been done, Also I have received the releiving letter. Capgemini is still saying post Date of exit confirmation, they will update the same on epfo portal. Once it will get updated then only I would be able to submit the request to transfer balance from Capgemini pf trust to Accenture pf account. I need pf advance withdrawal for an urgent family need which is getting delayed because of Capgemini's slow procedure. If they can't handle pf trust management then it is useless to keep such feature in the company.

I have attended interview on 12 january 2019 in kolkata and cleared all round. At the end of the day i was told i will get call by next week for hr discussion by didnt received any call yet. I tried to contact poc mentioned in call letter (Sneha ghosh) but she didnt took any responsibility.
So i would like to request you that please let me know by when i will receive offer letter.

Don't believe on cg hr unless you get offer letter handy.

On 7th feb 2019, i got a call from cg hr team for telephonic interview and she fixed on next day (8th feb) then i attended that one, once it is completed immediately i got call from hr team that i have cleared 1st round (L1) then she scheduled for next l2 round on next day. On 11th feb 2019 i went to phase 3 cg office, pune for interview. On 12th feb i got a mail from hr team for sharing the documents. Heading of that mail like this "documents required for releasing your offer - capgemini" based upon this mail i have shared all required documents. After 5 days i got call from same hr and she discussed with me regarding on experience, current sal, expected, notice period etc, after discussing all she confirmed me the joining date and told me that offer will be released once got confirmation from business team.

Now the scenario is different ;
No offer yet received, not receiving my call, no mail response

Pathetic hr behavior, ridiculous.

Hi, i got a mail from capgemini to apply for tosca analyst post. I followed all the procedures including set password.
But while submitting and entering details on career portal there are two mandatory fields which not editable.
1. Highest qualification and cerrtificate: after entering all and save its again set to default as no selection.
2. Job related details: highest qualification field is not editable.

Please check these defect as this is mandatory and i’m unable to apply. Because of this my joining is pending.

I have left the company in nov 2018 and submitted claim form if end of jan 2019 but still in progress there respective person saying every time wait for another 30 days, there side pf team is not committed they want every time how to do lost of there employee.

I have also vary bad experience of pf team when i was employee of cg on that time they revived amount in april 2018 but that amount reflected in oct 2018 in my pf statment.

Gulapalya-matam. [protected]@capgemini.com for ui developer. When ui candidates reached for interview contact person ananya das said we have no interview panel for ui developer role. They should have sync there process and let us know that they have cancelled the interviews so that candidates coming from different cities and far away can get to know this and can ignore time and money wastages.

I count understand why she was not picking up the call after reaching at the venue. So unprofessional behaviour of this talent team. I will never recommend anyone to go for capgemini. Management seems like they are getting free salary just to schedule interviews and leave on.

I have attended the drive on 29 jan 2019 at iare hyderabad. I was selected for the capgemini and the hr discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter.
Some of the students those who attended the drive on the same day have got the offer letters which is listed as version 1. And i want to know when the version 2 will release.

I am chandra sekhar j a former employee of igate which is now acquired by capgemini. Instead o[censored]sing the existing epfo account (Uan:[protected], new epfo account has been created (Uan:[protected]. Upon submission of form 13 also, the merger of both accounts is not performed. Instead, the current account has been identified as termination of service.

Please assist me in merging both epf accounts.
