I am done with all my rounds, discussion with hr, finalized my package, submitted all documents but still i haven't got any update from hr regarding my offer letter as its been 3 weeks after discussion with hr. My interview took place in 12 january 2019 through walk-in.
I communicated with the hr via mails but always received the same response that "will call you".
I guess this is bit unprofessional and not expected out of such a huge company like capgemini. Can someone please help in letting them know that they shouldn't delay so much in providing the offer-letters. It's really maligning their brand image.

I have filled in a form for freshers hiring with capgemini on or before 12th january, 2019.in-spite of meeting all the criteria i was have not received the call letter yet. All my known people who have applied for the post have got the call letter. As the drive is very close i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and help me accordingly.

I have been working with capgemini from sep 2016 till oct 2018. During this i got 45000/- inr as advance money for training purpose.

After completion of my notice period payroll/finance team informed to pay 45000/- advance money to receive my reliving letter and experience letter hence i have paid this amount.

On 14th dec 2018 i have received my fnf amount (8981/- inr) but as per policy my last salary (Of month oct), paid leave (27 days) and per dm was on hold which definitely will be more than the fnf settled amount.

Kindly look into it as it might be a system error where in the exact fnf amount might have been deducted with advance amount (45000/-).

Its been more than 75 working days from my relieving date and still there is lot of confusion in resolving my fnf issue

Got selected for asp.net developer on 17th november 2018. After one month hr round happened. Till now didn't received offer letter.

Hr has asked all my documents in mail. But till now no update on offer letter.

In a yearly, this is second incident from capgemini, where i have been selected but didn't got offer letter.

Shame.

Pf trust number for our capgemini pf account is updated by them in our online epfo profile. Hence we are not able to make transactions online.
I tried doing the same offline but got a mail from epf department saying that offline applications are not accepted by them anymore. Why don't they just make their processes simpler and online. This is wasting a lot of time and efforts.

Recently i was selected for the capgemini and the hr discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them. So far there is no progress made. For my mails also there is no response from the concerned hr. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter. My details as follows:

I was interviewed on 28 october in capgemini @airoli, mumbai office.

I completed 3 rounds of interview :
1. Technical 1
2. Technical 2
3. Hr

Hr also told me that you have been selected and even we have discussed on the salary, we agreed on the salary part. Hr said i will receive offer letter on 2-3 days after documents verification.

But it been more than 2 month, i didn't got any mail regarding documents verification neither offer letter.

Even hr is not replying and not even picking my call.

I have been cleared all the rounds for java developer 3 months ago, 3 times i got mail from 3 diffrent HR's to send documents, i have been sent but still i did not recieve any update from them even i have been sent lot of mails to these 3 hr's but no one responded so could you please guide me whom do i need to contact.i have got mail from shalini.[protected]@capgemini.com she requested for documents I have been sent documents to her but after that no response, after few days got mail from another HR sanjana.[protected]@capgemini.com she also requested for sent documents to process profile I have sent but no update from there, after few weeks got mail from sayali.a.[protected]@capgemini.com to send documents I have sent but after that no response from her even I have sent daily plenty of mails to get status, last got call from one of hr she told like corresponding HR will contact but no one yet contacted .I have attended walk in drive 3 months ago but still not received offer letter

I have cleared technical interview, manager round and hr discussion on 22nd september.in past 2 months 3 different bu from capgemini requested same documents and submitted the same. Today also requested and documents and after giving the documents hr called and informed that the position which i cleared is on hold, sorry for the delay to inform and you can try at capgemini after 6 months.

Experience letter, and salary slip etc, they have joined on 27/08/2018

While ur conducting telephonic interview round institute trainee person has spoken with you, while in skype the intervie person's just they give lip reading and answers are giving some others person's to you.

So i'm requesting please recheck all the things.
And they have not done single project still now.

Hi i gave my interview in capgemini, hinjewadi, pune on 13th oct 2018, for application support l3 - and as per the final discussion with the hr and manager on call, they shortlisted my name and i was supposed to get call from hr for salary discussion and offer letter.

This process took more then 2 weeks, still no response from hr. I was discussing the same with the recruiter who took my interview at the very beginning, as per the discussion with him - my profile was shortlisted and hr will contact soon.

Anyhow, i got the number of hr after calling her yesterday, she said that she left for the day and i should call her tomorrow - 24 oct 2018.

I did the same and she replied that she is very busy and i am not shortlisted for the profile with very rude tone.

This is what capgemini is doing with the interviewers,

Its been more then one month i have given interview and completed all my rounds for informatica developer as an experienced candidate at bangalore, and i have sent all my required documents to concerned hr after hr discussion, it has been more then 40 days that i have sent documents and waiting for the update, i have sent many follow up mails to respective hr, and tried calling her extension but no response from hr and call is not getting connected. Such a worst experience from capgemini, they could have clearly told me whether there are positions to fill or not, so that i can go with other options. I have not expected such rude behavior from capgemini.

I tried contacting pf team after i left capgemini for my pf transfer but they are not helping me. I have written so many mails but they are not providing proper help. I tried transferring it online in epfo portal but it shows that the pf number that capgemini has been provided is not valid.
I have written many mails to resolve this but they told me to fill form 13 but not helping me out.

Writing with a pain that i have been interviewed with capgemini on 01/09/2018 and have cleared all the rounds later on i did all my documentation as per hr advise, and he promised me that i am going to receive the offer letter by 3-4 working days but its been more then one month they are not releasing the offer letter, for updates i am continuously mailing and calling up the hr, but no response from them. Capgemini recruitment is the worst i have ever seen, i have heard similar complaints from others and i think this is a kind of regular unethical practice they follow, this is definitely a very bad thing as they play with the hopes of candidates, i totally lost hope after this.

Training was good but during training i experienced racism.
There are some racist people.
Three people were discussing and they assumed that i dont know marathi and started discussing in marathi about my nose and looks and were smiling looking at me.
For people there looks matter more than brain.
I am loosing my confidence due to capgemini.
I experienced the racism in school also but my teachers and friends were very good.
I ignored that incident but after training i also had bad experience.
There is no respect for freshers.
I cant take it anymore.

I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them.
So far there is no progress made. For my mails also there is no response from the concerned hr.

I have requested for pf transfer from capgemini to nokia on july 16th 2018 by submitting the form 13. Its been more than 2 months now it has not transferred yet and whenever asked for an update, capgemini replies with 'transfer out cheque is with trustee for signature' with no improvement till today. No proper information provided by them, and they don't give any contact number to call and get an update. How can we contact the trustee to sign the cheque?. I have sent follow up mails and personally going to bmp office since one month with no proper communication.
How can i complaint / escalate this issue to capgemini?. Never expected this kind of work by capgemini.

A guy with name pushkar with fake java experience of approximately 2.5 years has given interview on 1st sept at bangalore and he got though the interview process. He was interviewed on java and he has been said that he would be working on angular. He has been sent form to fill all the details. He has paid money to get all the docents like offer letter, salary slip etc

My trip was on thursday 30h aug 2018 (Route - r 06- orchid school balewadi phata to phase 3).. The timings was 11:18 from orchid school balewadi phata and i reached my pickup point sharpe at 11 and i waited till 11:51. However the bus didn’t came. I was not even able to track the bus, it was still showing me the same track (Near hadapsar since 1 hr). This incident happened with me before also and i am very disappointed with the service.
And today again i have faced the same issue. My pick up was from comfort zone (09.34 am) baner to capgemini hinjewadi. I waited till 11 but bus didn't came. They have not provide any contact number of the bus driver. I want my refund from metrozip. Please do the needful as soon as possibile.
