I have requested for pf transfer from capgemini to nokia on july 16th 2018 by submitting the form 13. Its been more than 2 months now it has not transferred yet and whenever asked for an update, capgemini replies with 'transfer out cheque is with trustee for signature' with no improvement till today. No proper information provided by them, and they don't give any contact number to call and get an update. How can we contact the trustee to sign the cheque?. I have sent follow up mails and personally going to bmp office since one month with no proper communication.
How can i complaint / escalate this issue to capgemini?. Never expected this kind of work by capgemini.

A guy with name pushkar with fake java experience of approximately 2.5 years has given interview on 1st sept at bangalore and he got though the interview process. He was interviewed on java and he has been said that he would be working on angular. He has been sent form to fill all the details. He has paid money to get all the docents like offer letter, salary slip etc

My trip was on thursday 30h aug 2018 (Route - r 06- orchid school balewadi phata to phase 3).. The timings was 11:18 from orchid school balewadi phata and i reached my pickup point sharpe at 11 and i waited till 11:51. However the bus didn’t came. I was not even able to track the bus, it was still showing me the same track (Near hadapsar since 1 hr). This incident happened with me before also and i am very disappointed with the service.
And today again i have faced the same issue. My pick up was from comfort zone (09.34 am) baner to capgemini hinjewadi. I waited till 11 but bus didn't came. They have not provide any contact number of the bus driver. I want my refund from metrozip. Please do the needful as soon as possibile.

Few weeks back i got a call from hr regarding interview, then they ask my current salary and expected salary and they agreed and call me for the interview process at noida office for aem developer profile. I attended the interview at noida office and cleared both technical rounds and fill the form and they said hr will contact you for further details. Then i got an email from hr for submitting the documents and on next...

I am done with all my rounds, discussion with hr, finalized my package, submitted all documents. Later they called me again and told that 'i have not called you earlier this is first time i am calling you and we will not give that much package'. After discussion, i agreed what they offering with the package. Then they told that financial team will call you. After that no call.

I called after 10 days from the day of hr discussion and asked for time frame to release offer letter. The hr told that, we will not give more than your current package and it should be less than your current package. So that is less than your current salary. Hence we are dropping your profile.

If they are not ready to hire, please let them know, drop the profile before document submission and do not play with candidates. Very bad experience i got from capgemini.

I am writing this complaint regarding my offer letter. I was called for End point security interview.Before attending the interview i had a verbal discussion with Capgemini HR team regarding my expertise, notice period, salary expectation.
I've successfully cleared all the interview rounds.After that i was asked to provide all the document including my govt ID through email.It's been 3 months but there is no respond at all from Capgemini. I have sent many emails to concern person, but they didn't even replied to a single email. My point over here is why did they take my interview & documents if they were not suppose to release my offer letter. We people spending our valuable time, waiting in que for 4-5 hours & after that we got nothing.My sincere appeal to Govt kindly take necessary action for such issues. Below are few HR person from capgemini who did this fraud with me. I can't imagine such a big MNC & internally such types of incidents are happening.

Greetings of the day!

This is to inform you that i am jitender rawat. Today (31-jul-2018) was my online aptitude test at pimpre chinchewad college of engineering (Pcet's pccoe nighdi, pune) for capgemini. Cocube id: 1354124
When i submitted the test there was error "unable to submit the test" due to some network or your technical problems when i asked available supervisors of capgemini they refreshed the page but all my answers were gone and i was left with only 7 mins to solve all the 32 questions.
However i reattempted the paper but my result is not yet announced.

Could you please assist me in this matter. I want to give the exam again because the situation was totally unfair.

As per the discussion with the invigilators they asked to click the picture of the screen.

It’s been 5 months my pf has not yet been processed. When sent them reminder mails they reply once in a blue moon. It’s my hard earn money why can’t they put themselves at our places and realise for once that people need their hard earn money. On documents it’s written 45 business days and the count is 5 months now. How hard is it to process someone’s request.
Plus the team doesn’t reply on time in fact they never reply appropriately once after 5 reminder mails they say they can’t estimate the dates.
My fnf status is not yet updated after multiple reminders which is why the pf must be kept on hold. This was the situation updated to me by the pf team. So capgemini was suppose to update my fnf status on their system and i am have no information whether they updated or not. I kept asking them but still no reply. I have no words on the work they do on the service they provide. Capgemini is just a name with lame people.
Totally irritated by the service they provide. These people should feel ashamed while taking their salaries back home.

In Jun 2018, i attended an interview in Capgemini Bangalore Campus, I cleared all the rounds and on the same day they took all my details of previous employment. After one day, I received an email about submitting documents and i did it. Later they told me to share all company experience letter, where i have submitted previous companies all documents except my first company job was contract basis, where i have submitted my contract letter also.
But they kept me waiting for almost a month, they said they cannot hire me because of my first company does not have experience letter, even though i tried explaining it is contract basis job, they don't even know what it is ?
I just lost hope, and left behind that option. later in July mid of the month i got an email stating they would offer me salary less than the company offered in my previous company, if that is case i said to reply them with a particular reason, till date i have not received any update from.
they are just playing with others career life wasting our time by delaying things and closing it without any reasons.

If there is any person who really concerns about capgemini company process, please try to streamline it and don't play this silly tricks with candidate who experience though.

Hi, i'm venkatesh, i have attended couple of interview in capgemini and cleared the interviews after that hr taken all the details and told release the offer soon after this again they are started playing arranged the one more in person and skype discussion after that they told will give sr consultant role for that also told fine and gain they are played arranged one more onsite person interview and finally rejected, this will done because of expected salary is high then rejected my candidature, i loss the lot of time and effort and cached the continuesly they are fake promised and i loose the other opportunity

I had left capgemini on 30th march 2018. Since then its been 2 months and i am unable to claim back my gratuity amount from capgemini. The address given and documents sent to have not confirmed if they have received anything.
The poc are all useless and have no updates about the same. No replies to mails or on anything.
I am not sure who is to contact to now and how to recover the gratuity and pf transfer.
Kindly help.

I have attended interview on saturday (12th may 2018 karapakkam). I have cleared both face to face round, and telephonic round. Hr told you will be getting mail on monday but still now i didn't get any mail or call. Please let me know the status of my interview. Waiting for your favourable response. My contact person is mr. On 12th april, at capgemini office hyderabad,

We attended capgemini interview and some are selected in technical interview face to face. After two days some people got call from hr for package discussion and submitted the required documents.

For updates hr says that your details has been sent to finance team for approval.
Sometimes, says that details sent to client for approval.

Played with candidates like as same process in previous drive also, there are still vacancies.in bangalore drive gave offer in one week. Here in hyderabad, for selected people till now no updates.

What is the purpose for calling the candidate and told that we will offer you this much amount is it ok for you?

Unnecessarily taken the documents and conducted multiple times interviews and wasted candidate time.

I have applied for pf withdrawal last september 2017. Since then i am following up with mails but no response. It's been 1year since i left the organization and 9 months to application to pf withdrawal. Does it take a year to withdraw pf? This is highly disappointing. I need some action on this asap. If not i wi proceed with legal notice.

My name is mesteriuc luminita viorica and ive been working to capgemini suceava office til today. Since the first week of employment i kept asking for training. We were told that during the first mo th we will be trained but it did not happen. So. E of the collevues started to leave because if this reason.in the end from 10 we remained 2persons. I mept asking fortraining because each project supposes the knowledge of new applications, used for those compaanies. The more i was asking for training the more more they were huressing me. What can i say. Im ok now cause they can t do it anymore but what they are doingis wird. They were ordering us toassist gitil employers wirhout having any ideea about how to use go assist programme. I consider tis a foolish action. They started to lie that i don t do tbis and that so i asked my collegues from other projects to testify for me. Today i asked them which is the reason for asking me to leave and the manager answered me that he doesn tknow anything. This manager wasn t my project manager. We had no trainer, no manager for our project in our city. There was absolutely nobody who we could ask info for. My very rude managers name is paul gherasim. He andhis team-alexandru bujenita and sandu larisa did their best to descourage me and my collegues to work. I will take measures against this type of recruitement in my city suceava announcing all the local authorities about their misable, iresponsable, wird bihaviour. Why would tbey pretend that they need people for gitil and not training them???

After completing technical interview, INTERVIEWER said that I was perfect.
But as of now no updates.

Is these drives are really genuine drives ???

You conducted multiple rounds.
Conducted project round also for EON project for pune location.
But still no uppdates.

Is these drives are for any new project or
just conducted for time-pass? .
You haven't gave any updates though selected in drives.

People are losing faith on your organization. Kindly conduct genuine drives.
