Recently i was selected for the capgemini and the hr discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them. So far there is no progress made. For my mails also there is no response from the concerned hr. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter. My details as follows:

    My current employer has started the process for pf transfer almost 1 year back and still it's not been completed. During follow back, i got the response as things are pending from previous employer.

      Capgemini is not conducting interviews directly. Instead they put people inside from sonyo management consultant they are not passing my resume. I have been waiting for 4 hours and asked one lady from soniyo consulting 3 times she said we will send your resume to panellist but atlast she kept my resume on rejected list. I got frustrated and people from sonyo consultant insult me. Capgemini is not conducting interviews. Please don't go for interview if any one apply to capgemini.

        Hi,

        Any one suggest me, i have worked 5years in cg and now i want with draw my pf amount and have submitted my pf forms on 29th dec 2017.

        After sending multiple reminder mails from day one they are responding 45 days to take to complete

        Still they are telling 45 days almost 90 days over.

        Please help me to withdraw my pf amount.

          pf withdrawal after quitting from capgemini

          I resigned from capgemini in april 2017. I was told that i could withdraw my pf amount after 60 days. For the past 12 months i have tried following up with the retiral services team at capgemini mumbai office but have not heard back from them. It has been 1 year now and i am trying to withdraw my pf amount from capgemini.

          The epfo site says "present employer has not made payment in your pf account."
          Please help me out....

          Recently attended an interview for capgemini. Cleared 2 rounds of interview filled the hr form and submitted the form including photograph on that day itself.
          Hr called me after 1 week done with hr discussion also from then i was keep on following with hr whenever i call them they used to say wait for some time approvals are pending.
          Today i have called them asked the status they said that your profile got rejected since you are short in experience by 5 months we are basically looking for 4+.
          If that is the case why interview was scheduled and hr discussion happened and morever are you considering experience on numbers instead of skills??
          And morever conducting every weekend interviews i really dont understand for what they are conducting.

            I am done with all my rounds, discussion with hr, finalized my package, submitted all documents but still i haven't got any update from hr regarding my offer letter as its been 2 months after discussion with hr. My interview took place in december through walk-in.
            I communicated with the hr via mails but always received the same response that the process is in progress.
            I guess this is bit unprofessional and not expected out of such a huge company like capgemini. Can someone please help in letting them know that they shouldn't delay so much in providing the offer-letters. It's really maligning their brand image.

              It’s been more than 90days not at all a proper response. They need 40-45 days just to check one application??? They need another 40-45 to process the application what type of process is this. I’m fedup with this guys. I’m struggling to get my money very irresponsible people. Worst service regarding pf claim process. I am telling them from past 3months that i have a problem and i have to undergo some operation this guys are not responding itself they are telling the same purana’s from past 3months i’m fedup by them dono how to get my money i m facing lot of problems need this money urgently to solve my problems this guys will not understand and they play with our suitations. Very bad very bad and sad too.

I got mail on 24 nov 2017 transferred has been done but as i checked with capgemini they haven't received any details. I have sent many mails for [protected]@wipro.com but no luck.                   I have been following up with capgemini pf transfer team for online pf transfer. I have asked for what is the procedure for pf transfer.
                  And i have been following up with them through email/phone from last 6+ months (The capgemini team) but no response at all.
                  I have send dozens of followup emails and calls — but no response. This is really frustrating... I would really appreciate if i can get this done

                        I have been mailing to capgemini since so long to get my pf transferred from igate to wipro, but they do not respond to anything.

                        They are backdoor jobs happening in capgemini bangalore whitefield campus. The people involved in this are an anglo indian with the name anderson,
                        Ashok, ajay (Infosys bangalore)
                        And they are also few more people involved in this

                        I worked for capgemini for more than 2.5 years till july, 2017 and then left the company for pursuing my masters. As i am pursuing further studies, i had sent an application to withdraw my pf in july 2017, however i am not receiving any concrete replies.

                        I had sent the filled up withdrawal form along with all the documents at capgemini's mumbai office address and have been following up with them ever since. However, it has been more than 5 months now and i still have no updates.

                        Can someone please help!!

                          Issue: no proper response from pf & hr team

                          I have been following up with pf team for more than 6 months for pf withdrawal application. I had submitted pf withdrawal form with gitesh gosavi personally & then have been rigorously following up with the team for status.
                          On submission gitesh said i would get the amount in 45 to 60 days, but after 3 months when i did not recieve any status/ amount i had contact team to check on the status. They came up & told they have huge request of applications & it would take another 3 weeks for my application submission (This was after 3 months from my original submission).

                          Then no mail for another 3 months, again after following up they told me my application has been rejected due to zero balance & no contribution. & when i asked them to check pf statement for the term served the amount came to be approx 60k. (How can it be zero contribution when pf statement clearly shows my contribution)

                          Then while i was checking the list of member id's mapped to my uan no. On epfindia site i had found one incorrect eps mapped to my uan which does not belongs to me & when i raised this concern again to pf team they came up with new story & showed me some other uan i dont know whose it was, telling me its my uan no.! (Ohhh god, now another flaw in the system)

                          Till now after multiple escalations i haven't recieved any firm solution from team & still following up with ananya, narayan, umesh, nayana, jyothi...

                              I have been following up with capgemini pf transfer team for online pf transfer. All the documentations send to them.
                              (There were no responses from this team earlier as well when i was asking to approve my uan details on portal)
                              Somehow, i got one response to write to excelity for any pf queries and i was sure that with excelity i wil certainly get some response. — which i got as well. Excelity has send the annexure k for authorized signatory to capgemini pf team. And i have been following up with them through email/phone from last 4+ months (The capgemini team) but no response at all. I have send dozens of followup emails and calls — but no response. This is really frustrating... I would really appreciate if i can get this done

                              I raised PF transfer request and it got rejected due to certain reason which needs input from Capgemini technology.
