Issue: no proper response from pf & hr team
I have been following up with pf team for more than 6 months for pf withdrawal application. I had submitted pf withdrawal form with gitesh gosavi personally & then have been rigorously following up with the team for status.
On submission gitesh said i would get the amount in 45 to 60 days, but after 3 months when i did not recieve any status/ amount i had contact team to check on the status. They came up & told they have huge request of applications & it would take another 3 weeks for my application submission (This was after 3 months from my original submission).
Then no mail for another 3 months, again after following up they told me my application has been rejected due to zero balance & no contribution. & when i asked them to check pf statement for the term served the amount came to be approx 60k. (How can it be zero contribution when pf statement clearly shows my contribution)
Then while i was checking the list of member id's mapped to my uan no. On epfindia site i had found one incorrect eps mapped to my uan which does not belongs to me & when i raised this concern again to pf team they came up with new story & showed me some other uan i dont know whose it was, telling me its my uan no.! (Ohhh god, now another flaw in the system)
Till now after multiple escalations i haven't recieved any firm solution from team & still following up with ananya, narayan, umesh, nayana, jyothi...
