Dear sir/madam,

I lalit mohan sahu, working in a company at sector v, salt lake, kolkata would like to bring the following lines for your kind attention.

One of your hr consultants working at your kolkata office, i. E. Subhashree susmita had come with a person on 16/11/2017 at 12:35 pm to our office. Before entering our office, she and the person accompanying her (Believed to be one of her colleagues) had threatened to murder me and throwing my body at a place in kolkata from where my body can not be recovered.

I was on my way to have lunch and came face to face with subhashree susmita and the person accompanying her while entering inside the elevator on 12th floor of the building.

I was in deep shock listening to the life threat abuse and thought that it would not be safe to stay in front of them. Immediately i went downstairs.

Definitely she had come with the intention to harm me along with a person.

Therefore, i request you humbly to take immediate and appropriate action.

With due respect, this is my duty to inform you that, I am one of the happiest and lucky person in this world to
get a chance to work with Capgemini Business Services (India) Private Limited world’s greatest organization.
There is two big reason which are I am face in my team under the training period. 1- No proper training for
employees, 2- Job Location. Regarding this many times I am informing to my both of team manager through
office communicator, mail and face to face, but unfortunate they are not take any action regarding my training. In
October 2015 my join time they are provided training for General Ledger process and in the process I am learn
good, after that they are shifted me to Fixed Assets process. In my training period I am face lot of problems
created by my old team manager (Mr. Deepak), he misbehave me and unnecessary shouting me. There are lot of
think happen with me I am not able to right every think in this letter.
Three days before my uncle passed away, that’s why I am going to cancel my railway reservation (PNR
No-[protected], DOJ-07/01/2016), I want to be a part of our great organization, before that I am requesting to
you, please provided me proper training and place me in Chennai, banglore and any part of north India.i am
waiting for your conformation. If I am writing any think wrong please forgive me.

    As we know that we have limited 139 buses which is travelling from guindy to siruseri a day. It is operating on timing basis. It is such a good route to reach sozhinganallur without heavy traffic as like velachery and taramani routes.

    We would be very happy and will feel more comfortable if you could provide many 139 buses from guindy as like m119. Many passengers are eagerly waiting for your this good service.

          I resigned my job on oct 2014 from capgemini.
          But i didn't receive my pf amount. I have submitted the pf form twice a time. No one response properly from anybody.

          Lot of mail chains happened between me and pf help desk team members. Each person giving the different status. But seriously i don't know what is happening inside the organization.

          Please help me to get my pf amount.

            I have concern with pf transfer department. Do they
            1) have deadline to respond to mail? Average 8-10 days for response
            2) read mail before replying? After 8-10 days i get in-appropriate responses
            3) maintain the conversation context? Multiple people/resource are involved resulting into loss of actual info
            4) receive call? I tried calling [protected]*2291320 and [protected]*2291321. Call getting dropped after 3 rings

            I am following from almost 2 months to transfer my pf to current company account

Even i went to capgemini kolkata office personally but their was no support from the hr. I went several times but not a single hr agreed to even meet even after waiting for 5 hrs.                           This is a exactly the same situation for me. I had applied for pf withdrawal in capgemini on august-2017 and had been following up with the [protected]@excelityglobal.com for almost 1 month now.

                          They gave me an address and details to be sent, but don't acknowledge the receipt and processing of the documents.
                          I also tried to re-send e-mail with "escalation" as the keyword in subject line, as suggested by them. But there are absolutely no reply from them.

                            I am smita chowdhury roy was engaged with capgemini from 2012 march till 2014 may. Now i have already sent pf withdraw form to main brunch in mumbai. It took almost 2 years to get the info on that from them. My pf claim id is ththa[protected]. I have received only 13000 inr on 3rd august 2017 now the remaining amount has not received.. I got an sms from pf site on 10th august, 2017, stating that it has been approved for payment through cheque and under process. Now it's more than a month but i have not received my remaining amount.                                     Hi, my self shiva kumar last week i have attended for capgemini interview in bangalore office. This interview was scheduled by internal capgemini hr itself for opening of ics/soa. After successful rounds of technical rounds for almost 6 hours i was selected and the hr intitated the process of documents.
                                    After submitting the documents i was not recieved any offer or call. When i asked reply from hr their was no reply atleast then later when i call them they said your offer not approved from c level. Atleast hr should have common courtsey to inform for candidate. This is second time i have faced issue with capgemini.

                                      I have worked as a software engineer from 13th november, 2014-13th january, 2016 after getting placed on-campus from tezpur university.

                                      On december 2016, i had put my resignation letter to my manager after completing 1year of bonded period as i thought that it was my right to freedom (Article 20) to put forward that. Thereafter, with some negotiations with my manager sachin ingle, i requested for the cancellation of the already made request for resignation. However the result was not soothing. I was debarred of my timely promotion after one year and it being hard for me to work as a software engineer with my batchmates cum colleagues as senior software engineer, i chose not to return back to the same office. I strongly believe that it was against right to equality and right against exploitation.

                                      The right of eligible employees to be considered for promotion is virtually a part of their fundamental right guaranteed under article 16 (Equality of opportunity in matter of public employment) of the constitution.

                                      I have been an active participant in capgemini activities which i managed with a hectic project schedule with one of the best groups of morgan, only to come out as a victim of exploitation by the so called management.

                                      Therefore i request you to take this matter seriously and negotiate the process as it is important for me to get the exp letter.
