This is Badrinath working in IT company. Recently I was selected for the CapGemini and the HR discussed with me regarding all the formalities. I have provided the required support and it was a matter of releasing offer letter to them. It got delayed for more than a month right now. So far there is no progress made. For my mails also there is no response from the concerned HR. I request you to help me in getting the offer letter. My details as follows:

Recently "Murahari Swapna swetha Hima Bindu" is joined as a 3+ experience candidate in Chennai location in Jan 2017 ending. She studied M.Tech(Embedded Systems,[protected] in vidya jyothi institute of technology, Hyderabad and living in Madiwala, Banglore upto 2016 December without any job. As first step I mail to their team members regarding this. But still no action upon this. I cant figure out how all these cleared background verifications. Please check with the candidate for attested bank statements. Even she provide those they are fake. I know the candidate very personally and I am 100% sure that she is fake. Please take necessary actions and keep our company technically strong.

I resigned Capgemini in 2015 and since September 2016, I have been following up with them for my PF Settlement. It's been more than 6 months yet no update on my request. They have stopped replying to my mails now. I have dropped more than 50 emails so far but they don't have the courtesy to respond explaining the reason for the delay in my PF settlement. They need to understand its my hard earned money that I am asking for and not for any "benefit" from the company.

Hi, I got selected in capgemini on Jan 1st week 2017.
Hr gave the confirmation i got selected.
then i have submitted my documents. After that i got a cl from hr, he asked about salary expectation. I told my expectation. after 6 days i called him and asked about my status of candidatature.

Hr told, all the position went on hold.. Because of few budget control .
Really i m confused about this..

I was selected for the technical support position p0 lvl in 9th jan 2016. The HR (Alekkha Dutta) told me to submit all the required documents and confirmed that my joining date will be 19th jan 2016. I did not receive any mail from the company side till 18th jan. Then, i asked to my HR what is wrong. The HR told me then my graduation percentage is below 50% thats why the confirmation has been putted in hold. My question is if there was criteria for only above 50% holders then why i got selected by the HR. After giving the joining date over the ph again the HR is telling that i am rejected for my percentage issue. If the company do not appoint any candidate below 50% holder then why they take interviews of people like us ? And why they select also ? Why ?

This is Harish here who worked along with my ex-colleague Mr. Praveen Kumar Mudragada, we both worked in Accenture for same duration. I heard that he recently joined Capgemini at the capacity of Program Manager. I saw him making his friend attend the first round on behalf of him...so called Proxy Interview(It was Telephonic Interview happened in the afternoon).

Also that he has shared lot of false information during interviews, where in he managed to present himself as Delivery Manager for multiple accounts in Accenture, but he is not. He was Just Associate Manager by his Designation. He is not even rightly skilled for his role and this is the reason why he was being given Performance Improvement Program and given a strict timeline to improve. In the mean time, he managed to get through this interview and join Capgemini as Program Manager, which I believe is very important in Capgemini's hierarchy.

Kindly consider having a thorough investigation of facts and do the needful to terminate him from his current role, as this would only help Capgemini improve choosing qualified professionals instead of facing the losses because of his unethical activities.

Hi team,

I was working with capgemini and left dec 2015, for pf transfer i have contacted capegmini multiple time over the e mail and phone and got response stating that they received my pf transfer application form and its under process.

Since more than more than 4 months follow up with them but did not get any response.

Please help me on this issue.

I had initiated the online PF transfer online about 45 days back. As it is the capgemini pf trust account that they maintain that requires the submission of additional document called "Form-13" to their pf trust address for the further pf transfer procedure, hence i filled the FORM-13 duly signed by my current company and sent to their address and it has reached there on...

I have given the PF Transfer request December 2015. Till now there is no action taken against my application. No response from the company PF trust.

It's getting delayed for long time and no response from Capgemini PF team.

I left capgemini on 13th July 2015 and tried to transfer my PF to my current employer. As capgemini has created my PF account with wrong Date of Birth so my current employer is unable to transfer my pf account.
I have trying to reach Capgemini PF team for help but receiving no response from them.
Kindly help me in correcting date of birth so that I can transfer my PF.

Notice period of 3 month but HR is not ready to release me.I have good opportunity from other company they have early joining on 14 Nov 2016.I requested HR for Buy option but she is not ready to give me buy out option

Dear Sir/Madam..i hav complaint on today's new joining people(19-0ct-2016)of Capgemini, Banglore. In Banglore Capgemini Companies, HR 'S are giving jobs to fake experience people for recommendations...atleast without doing any background verification...MNC companies and catried out more than thousand of verification for candidates in south region in background, Education, pre-employment, Address verification and criminal (police) verification. Without any verification ...with recommendations people are going to join on today (19-0ct -2016) do verification n take Action against fake employee in Banglore Capgemini Companies.

I got mail from capgemini careers saying that there is opening for fresher with good package 3.7 lpa with HR details. I called HR to process my profile for the interview.
She said that I have to pay 10K amount as advance to process my profile. I agreed to pay 10K amount to process my profile.
She sent account details from her personal e-mail ID and said that it is her manager's account.
I transferred money to his managers account.
After that I didn't get any interview-venue address to attend the interview, I did multiple calls to HR but no response from them and later switched off.

Please file a cyber complaint on HR and take seviour action on her.

Even i attended the interview of cagemini.. Which was happened in pune on 30 of july... There i cleared all the rounds and here after the completion of technical round hr coordinator told me that i got selected and all... Even they told me that they will mail me the further updates... But after few days he is telling that i got rejected... How come this is possible? Or what went wrong?... Or at least i want to know why i got rejected... Or else why you keep the false hopes with the aspirant... Please take a action against this type of employees... Because it will damage your brand...

I have received an offer letter on 6th october 2016. I have tried to login to the portal but it got locked. I was unable to accept the offer.
It says : the action cannot be completed.

I would like to share the worst experience I ever had here with HR recruitment team but not the Technical hiring team.First of all I was scheduled for interview four times on different months after which they finally took my interview fifth time.When I cleared my three rounds of interview I was finally called for salary negotiations, in which they told I am crossing there bandwidth of salary range, hence they took 10 days time to come back to me.Still, they confirmed for my salary at last and asked for my documents.But didn't come back ever after that.The worst part is that HR will interact on one to one basis and there's no one in Cc for the interaction between the HR and the Candidate, so no trace of what the HR person will do with Candidate's profile can or may hire or throw his candidature in Dustbin, no one can ever come to know in Management, which I haven't seen ever in my 8 years of corporate experience.Henec, there's no reliability on there Professionalism.

I would like to bring a kind notice that capgemini has cheated me with a fake interview call which wasted my time and money. This started with a telephonic rounf of interview and then followed by a online test on icompass web site. I have been called for the third round to Mumbai head office Vikhroli. I have all the emails for the interview call from the respective HR of Capgemini. Leaving my all other scheduled interview in other companies, I decided to go for the capgemini third round in Mumbai office since i was much confident of cracking and joining the company. I prepared till mid night and left from Pune early morning just to reach mumbai office on time and when I arrived in mumbai office they made me wait for 3-4 hours till I meet the interviewer. When he called me for the interview, he check something on his system and asked me if i have been through the telephonic round. I said "yes, this is why i am in third round followed by the online test". Then he said, you have been showing rejected in telephonic round which made me shocked for a moment. I did not understand why I have been called for the secong and third round if the system showing me rejected in first round?
HR (Shivani Nain) shivani.[protected]@capgemini.com came and said that you can leave for the day since you were not selected in first round.

I just left silently with the sad face with a question not for me but for the HR and this reputed Company that are they making fun of people by wasting their time and money ? Is their recruitment system is such a cheap that they cant even track the status of someone's candidature? Why i have been called from Pune to Mumbai? Just to let me know the status of my first round ? I didnt came just to hear sorry from that HR. I am not disappointed even a single cent because of status of my first round but the process. I could not thought of escalating this because i did not had any right POC for this but now i thought of writing this here and made you guys aware. This was not expected from a senior HR of such a reputed company. Beware guys.

i got mail staying that there is opening for fresher for honeywel, capgemini with good package of3.7 lpa if interested the reply back.i replied as honeywell thinking that they would process for the interview.i got reply staying that u have to pay 10k as advance as it is a well reputed company.i told him i cant pay 10k
but ill pay 1 k, he didnot agree for that but told me to pay 5k atleast tp process for interview.got a call from company hr she told me to pay amount i agreed and transfer money to his managers acc.After that i didt get any venue address to attend the interview, i tried calling the person and that hr but no reponce from them and later switched of...

Please Don't Amount Pay on This account Number, Cheater and Basted. Both are Wife and Husband Doing this bad Things about People.

Hi All,

This is to inform you that one of the employee from capgemini is committed suicide because of management harassment and this news didn't come out to the media.

Came to know that they are pressurizing employees to stay in capgemini and no career growth, not allowing employees to hometown and not allocating to project as per employee wish.

Recording this information here, people like us should take care of other employees
