Hi All,

I got mail from capgemini careers saying that there is opening for fresher with good package 3.7 lpa with HR details. I called HR to process my profile for the interview.
She said that I have to pay 10K amount as advance to process my profile. I agreed to pay 10K amount to process my profile.
She sent account details from her personal e-mail ID and said that it is her manager's account.
I transferred money to his managers account.
After that I didn't get any interview-venue address to attend the interview, I did multiple calls to HR but no response from them and later switched off.

Please file a cyber complaint on HR and take seviour action on her.

Even i attended the interview of cagemini.. Which was happened in pune on 30 of july... There i cleared all the rounds and here after the completion of technical round hr coordinator told me that i got selected and all... Even they told me that they will mail me the further updates... But after few days he is telling that i got rejected... How come this is possible? Or what went wrong?... Or at least i want to know why i got rejected... Or else why you keep the false hopes with the aspirant... Please take a action against this type of employees... Because it will damage your brand...

I would like to share the worst experience I ever had here with HR recruitment team but not the Technical hiring team.First of all I was scheduled for interview four times on different months after which they finally took my interview fifth time.When I cleared my three rounds of interview I was finally called for salary negotiations, in which they told I am crossing there bandwidth of salary range, hence they took 10 days time to come back to me.Still, they confirmed for my salary at last and asked for my documents.But didn't come back ever after that.The worst part is that HR will interact on one to one basis and there's no one in Cc for the interaction between the HR and the Candidate, so no trace of what the HR person will do with Candidate's profile can or may hire or throw his candidature in Dustbin, no one can ever come to know in Management, which I haven't seen ever in my 8 years of corporate experience.Henec, there's no reliability on there Professionalism.

I would like to bring a kind notice that capgemini has cheated me with a fake interview call which wasted my time and money. This started with a telephonic rounf of interview and then followed by a online test on icompass web site. I have been called for the third round to Mumbai head office Vikhroli. I have all the emails for the interview call from the respective HR of Capgemini. Leaving my all other scheduled interview in other companies, I decided to go for the capgemini third round in Mumbai office since i was much confident of cracking and joining the company. I prepared till mid night and left from Pune early morning just to reach mumbai office on time and when I arrived in mumbai office they made me wait for 3-4 hours till I meet the interviewer. When he called me for the interview, he check something on his system and asked me if i have been through the telephonic round. I said "yes, this is why i am in third round followed by the online test". Then he said, you have been showing rejected in telephonic round which made me shocked for a moment. I did not understand why I have been called for the secong and third round if the system showing me rejected in first round?
HR (Shivani Nain) shivani.[protected]@capgemini.com came and said that you can leave for the day since you were not selected in first round.

I just left silently with the sad face with a question not for me but for the HR and this reputed Company that are they making fun of people by wasting their time and money ? Is their recruitment system is such a cheap that they cant even track the status of someone's candidature? Why i have been called from Pune to Mumbai? Just to let me know the status of my first round ? I didnt came just to hear sorry from that HR. I am not disappointed even a single cent because of status of my first round but the process. I could not thought of escalating this because i did not had any right POC for this but now i thought of writing this here and made you guys aware. This was not expected from a senior HR of such a reputed company. Beware guys.

Please Don't Amount Pay on This account Number, Cheater and Basted. Both are Wife and Husband Doing this bad Things about People.

This is to inform you that one of the employee from capgemini is committed suicide because of management harassment and this news didn't come out to the media.

Came to know that they are pressurizing employees to stay in capgemini and no career growth, not allowing employees to hometown and not allocating to project as per employee wish.

Recording this information here, people like us should take care of other employees

Here employees don't go to office, give access card to any friend. Just sit on desk enjoy and take salary. Best company to work. Like government jobs. Just take client money and enjoy. Lucky to get this job. One of my friend working in capgemini divya shree technology park. Rarely go to office, give card to freind and enjoy. If capgemini have so much money please help people who is in really need of job.

I had a experience of 10 years in capgemini, and i have seen the management structure very closely.
Eriously the management sucks in capgemini

(i will say not all are the same but majority are culprits and extremely cheap)

Capgemini fails to maintain the class in their management structure
I have seen managers behaving like slummers and rickshawalas in capgemini. they often land in personal levels and harrassess employees

Managers like rajeev aggarwal (oracle-siebel practice), sunit mahatre (siebel-p4), pallavi shirude (siebel - eim-p5), namrata sirur, buddhadeb bhattacharya (siebel eai-p3), gaurav singhal (siebel), manish jain (siebel m2), shibu george (m4-oracle practice)... are majorly responsible for bad image of management in capgemini

They often harrasses employees with cheap comments and dirty politics
They often keep a very aggressive and hippocratic attitude in workplace.
Rajeev aggarwal uses abusive languages in project and often forces employees to work according to him, he will create a work oriented wattsapp group and hamper personal freedom of employees thereby disturbing employees even after the office hours and late night. he uses racist comments many times in team to insult employees. he will teach bad behaviour and work skills in project to freshers thereby turning an environment of chaos and fights within team. he often passes dirty comments related to girls and will try to take sexual favours.

Senior managers like shibu george is not efficient enough to handle such chaos prevailing under him, rather he indirecty supports all such nuisances
Thereby leading to a very dirty and political environment with very low project productivity.

Because of such type of managers, many employees who are very good at work, often turns into a subject of depression with degraded performance levels

This is to inform you that there is no system allocated for the newly joined employees and existing employees who are not allocated to project!

But this organization will ask employees to sit somewhere within the organization and ask them to be in office for 9 hours till they allocate to the project..

Have not seen any such organization who are unprofessional and NOT EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY !!!

I have been interviewed in capgemini on 23rd july, 2016 for below requirement:
Interview date: 23rd july, 2016
Interview type: f2f
Interview location: bangalore
Work location: bangalore/mumbai/kolkata

Hr told me that i have cleared 2 rounds, we will call you for further process, then i got call from hr for submitting documents.
Package, role, location etc was also discussed. After submitting all documents, next day hr called me saying they will release offer letter only if im relocating to kolkata and mumbai, else they will have to drop my candidature.
During the first round, 2nd round and hr round i had clearly mentioned that i m looking only for bangalore location.
I dont understand why are they calling for interviews for bangalore location when there is no opening for bangalore location.

This is all rubbish as i can still see interview call letters from capgemini for bangalore work location and for same skills.
When i called hr to follow up on this, she is telling why are you calling me if there are openings for bangalore location. Just apply it.
Then why did they conduct interview for me. For time pass?
Why should we keep attending interviews when hr's are only not clear on their requirements.

They should have rejected the profile itself when there is no opening for bangalore location. Why to process all rounds and reject after sending documents.
They dont value others time.

Hi i am an capgemini employee and its been a month that i am under notice period. I have resigned due to a miscarriage (Ectopic pregnancy) that i recently faced and had a surgery. I have resigned on medical grounds providing my documents to hr. Initially the hr gave me two options looking at my health condition that i may either buyout or go on lop till my notice and then return and complete my exit. Due to post complications of my surgery it is not possible for me continue and due to family obligations post my surgery i have decided to quit my job. Now all of sudden my project manager started harrasing me and came up saying that without business approval i cannot be released and there is no early release. He has even moulded the hr to talk hs language. Now after giving me a written confirmation over email evn the hr is saying that early release is not possible. I have completed my kt and even taken approval from my n+1. I am literally being harrased my managers. He is the worst inhuman and uncultured manager i have worked with in my career. He has even said that my documents are fraud! Evn when the hr has want to work at all however tbey are forcing me to go on lop. I really need help! Cg as a company is not bad but it seems here in kolkata hr changes their policy based on management requirements. Now i seriously want to go legal. Please advise.

When the employee is suffering from health issues after showing all the valid documents, they just want to allocate the employees to any project (No matter what is health conditions, no matter what his / her family constraints) simply they want to close the demand and get the billions of money from the client.

Let's take an example when an employee is having 6 months old new born baby when he says he is having family constraints, this company will not believe it. They just want to close the demand... Is this called humanity?? Because of money they can come in top 5 in the market but the reality is this!!!

When an employee is having health problems after showing all the medical certificates to concern team, they will nag and torture the employee to get again the medical certificate!!! Simply nagging, torture employees to go anywhere in india where the demand is open...

Is this called humanity??? Is this called employee friendly??? Is this called concern from the employees???

However i strongly recommend not to join capgemini at any cost!!! Then it is upto you!!!

I resigned from capgemini as associate consultant on may 30, 2014 which was duly accepted by the management.

I was told that i would be relieved as soon as my replacement is on boarded and trained. I did take up the task of finding my replacement. Within a week, i scrutinised and short listed 17 was admin profiles.

The client manager (Scope international) told me that he would release me by end of june 2014 due to billing issues. However, there was an internal movement within scope. The client eventually released me on july 10, 2014 after getting consensus from our capgemini management. Unfortunately, i was denied an early release from capgemini end due to inexplicable reasons and my troubled circumstances compelled me to leave cg on 11th july 2014. I also served a notice period of 45 days in the due course with integrity and was recognized for my efforts by both the client and cg. I agree due to inevitable circumstances, i had to leave abruptly. But i kept everyone updated about my status and whereabouts. Also, i was always willing to buy out the notice period.

The notice period clause in my employment offer letter clearly states that the contract between the company and the employee can be terminated anytime by either giving 90 days notice or gross 3 months salary provided satisfactory handover of the responsibilities assigned to the employee.


Now, the hr's with whom i was in touch have left the organization. I don't know whom to approach.

I visited capeemini chennai in august 2015. One of the hr's told that they would be looking into my case, but they have stopped replying.

The 13 months experience matter a lot to me.

If you could please show me a way to proceed ahead.

There is no trust, concern from the employees.. They just want to close the demand and allocate the resources to the project...

Will you accept the fact or not? Or do you have any evidence?.. Kindly understand the problems from the employees perspective, especially when employee is having family / having health problems because of climatic conditions.. Will your company ask employees to send them to any locations?? Where is the humanity in this???
Are you guys having any humanity or not?? Are you guys doing proper business instead of killing the employees health and family?
If you guys project yourself as international company, are you guys following international rule, international benefits to the employees?
Think about it!!!

I have been interviewed in walkin and hr told me you have clered second round we will call you for further process, then i got call for submitting my documents. After submitting all documnets hr called me saying i have to give one more round of interview (Managerial). Afterwards she haven't schedule it neither receive call nor reply to my mail. After two weeks i dropped follow up mail keeping her manager in cc, so then she gave me call saying i haven't cleared my second round in walkin that day and its a mis communication from their side. This is all rubbish. Hr people who sent me mail before saying i have been cleared all my rounda nd selected now telling me i haven't cleared in first place.

These people understand their mistake after 2 weeks of documents submission and continuous follow up mails from candidate and sr. Managers supports such unethical behaviours.

I was chucked out from this company for very lame reasons and even after that i was not notified for my termination, i was not given any kind of compensation but was given a letter which states very lame reasons for me being chucked out of the company and that i have worked in there company, which was told to me to use it as an experience letter having which i am not able to get a job anywhere.. My entire life spoiled that i am now begging for money everywhere.. All this was done just for the sake of transfer to my home town which was not only accepted but treated like a foolish..

I would suggest ppl not to join capgemini as that is the company which would spoil your future, blaming you for lame reason and chucking you out, which would lead you to not join any other it company..

I have received sms on 04/20/2016 from epfoho desk that claim id : ththa[protected] has been aprooved for payment through cheque. Pmt under process.
But amount still not trasferred and no status update even after writing few emails.

On the day 12th may, 2016 1st half a mail i have received that a wailin interview will be held on 13th april 2016 1pm-4pm. I am totally confused showing the date. After that for confirmation of the wailin interview i send mail to ragini kumari (Hr capgemini kolkata mentioned on that mail, mailid="raginee. [protected]@capgemini.com") & alekhya dutta (Mentioned also that mail, mail id="alekhya. [protected]@capgemini.com") that day in the 2nd half.
But got no reply till 13th may 2016. Then i came to know that a walkin was occured on that day (13th may). But due to a wrong date i could not join to the interview. That is all till 13th may 2016.
But a new drama i have seen today 14th may 2016 from 9.35am.
I called koktata capgemini office contact no:[protected] received by a male, i asked for ragini kumari he replied not present now. I told the total matter to him and he adviced me to appear next walkin (Very good advice). Then he told that if now ragini would present i asked her, then i told ok i will call some time later.
As per my commitment i called again 11am, repeateadly two time they received my call but no reply. Third time call received by a male voice again i told "can i talk to ragini kumari"? He replied she is on leave and cut the line.
So my question is who is responsible for this?

My pf transfer status shows 'your request is in transit between epfo out and in office" since 7 months. My current employer said they cant do anything about it. I tried reaching the pf grievance team and they have responded saying that "your establishment i.E. Th/tha/43355/50504 is an exempted establishment. Pf account is maintained by establishment pf trust. You are requested to contact your company pf trust as your related matter and further eps service transfer to py/bom/6127/56 on 20/11/2015 copy of annexure k enclosed h/w for your ready reference"

I tried reaching capgemini pf team to check why they are holding on the pf.
I sent multiple emails but they are not responding at all. I am based out of bangalore and the pf department is based out of mumbai hence i am not able to go in person to visit them.

Please advise how can i get this done.

HI Sir/Madam,
I have resigned and came out of Capgemini in Jul '15, and since then I m trying to withdraw my PF, but I cannot withdraw.
I have worked for 4.5 yrs in capgemini, I thought, if I wait for 6 more months, I will complete 5 yrs and can withdraw the amount easily.
But none of them are giving any response, neither the Pf team nor the HR/exit team.
Now i need the money immediately but dont' know how to withdraw the amount. Please help, i m in need of money very badly. I have taken a debt at 10% interest, expecting to pay, once i receive the PF, but I lost trust in them.

Please help and do the needful asap
